I ordered 6 frames for a really great price. When my glasses arrived I tried them on and immediately knew the prescription on my left eye was very wrong. I have an astigmatism in my left eye and every pair is different and blurry. I contacted them immediately and they asked me to return them so they can look them over and determine if they were right. I mean- they're not. I can't see.
I have two other pair of glasses and a pair of contacts from different places/dr's offices and all of those are the same and correct.
So, they sent my glasses back after having them for over a month and determined they were "right." There goes $200.
Cylinder was off in right lens, refused to fix the issue, got a 50% refund. Almost 3 months of dealing with them for nothing but a headache.

Furthermore, we would like to clarify that it is not the option that our representatives should offer to a customer if a manufacturing error occurred. If a customer notifies us that the prescription in their glasses is incorrect, it is customary for Zenni to request a copy of the prescription and pupillary distance (PD) so that we may verify that they were entered correctly on the order. If we confirm that the prescription and PD were entered correctly, it is our policy to ask the customer to return the glasses to be inspected and the glasses will be remade if the inspection results indicate that they were manufactured incorrectly. If you believe that your case was handled inappropriately, please send us your order number via direct message on this review website and we will respond within 3 business days. Is actually disfunct, it takes 3 to 4 minutes to register every single touch selection on every page, in every process.If I didn't know what I already wanted I would never ever shop thisvsite.It has happened this badly on 2 separate occasions. Whom ever reconfigured your software has screwed your customers and in turn your bussiness which I truly don't want to see it die, so I am writing this hoping someone in corporate finds this and alters the software. I will not return to shop again unless this changes.So sad.

I can't rave about this company enough. I have a VERY high prescription and it just wasn't affordable to purchase from my eye Dr anymore, even w/ great insurance. Who knew you don't have to buy them from your Dr?!?! Zenni is amazing! I have purchased several pairs from them over the course of the past year, and will be using them to purchase my children's glasses as well. Know your measurements and what you like and the rest is easy. Lots of frames to choose from and lots of options if you want add-ons as well. I love that I can add clip-on sunglasses to any frame for only about $4 and I've done that almost every time.
Ordered a pair of glasses - received about a week and a half later. The glasses were heavy as a ton of bricks and were fuzzy, definitely not my prescription. When I called for a refund, the foreign agent proceeded to argue and talk over me, refusing to provide an RMA number, less a refund. The entire process of entering PD, prescription and actual ordering was cumbersome. The reason Zenni offers the extremely cheap prices is that they nickel and dime you over everything else (tint, blublock, etc). The $12.95 glasses I started out with turned into over $100 quickly and didn't give any price advantage over Costco or even a sale at Lenscrafters. I would highly recommend going to Costco where you can at least try the glasses on first.

Additionally, we wish to explain that our frames start at just $6.95 and some lenses are free of charge, however, those lenses are not suitable for all prescriptions and any special features a customer adds to the lenses will incur an extra charge. Even with added features, it is still possible to get glasses at Zenni at just a fraction of the cost of what one would pay elsewhere. Once you have provided your order number, we will be happy to review the order to see if your lenses, with the features you want could have been purchased at a lower price on our website. We hope you will send us your order number privately soon, so that we may resolve these matters to your satisfaction.
2 months later! Had to return the 1st pair, couldnt see TV or read in bed unless I put gasses at very end of nose. 2nd Pair. Cant see "distance" (bifocals). Even went back to my Eye Dr. and had RX checked. I give up. Just wont use again! NOT WORTH IT...
I took three different pictures because it was so difficult holding the computer, then the card, etc... and each time it said " You have this kind of face, blah, blah, blah..."and the results were different each time. Just know what you are looking for ahead of time!

My glasses came quickly and I absolutely love them. I like having a backup pair just in case. I'm definitely going to buy from zenni again.
I have been ordering from zenni for some time and I enjoy all options and styles. They come in their own cases and cleaning cloth. Every time I put on a new pair the crisp look just feels so refreshing for my eyes. You do have to pay more for other options but basic recommendations work just as wonderfully.

I get compliments all the time on glasses that I've ordered from Zenni. There are a lot of glasses to choose from the come quickly, and fit perfectly out of the box. This can sometimes be a challenge with lineless bifocals. I love this company and recommend it to many people.
I have recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses to match a couple outfits, and most likely will buy more. As long as you have the full prescription from your eye doctor it's easy to order glasses. They are durable and darn cute. If a problem happens their customer service is great. Prices are fantastic which includes extra add on that would give you a $500 overall price at a optometrist office, but here you have half of that or less.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. We can confirm that glasses may be returned to us for inspection if a customer suspects that there is a manufacturing error or defect. If our inspection results confirm that there is a defect or error, we will remake the glasses, or if the customer does not want the glasses remade, we will provide a full refund. However, if our inspection finds no errors, the options are to accept 50% refund to the credit card that was used to purchase the glasses or 100% store credit, when eligible. A third option is to return the glasses to the customer. We are sorry that you had difficulty with your glasses although the inspection detected no errors.
