I helped my mom purchase a pair of glasses. Her prescription has biofocals and when we placed the order I didn't know about invisible line biogocals. So, she contacted Zenni when she received the glasses and told them about our mistake. They promptly sent a return shipping label, credited our account, and allowed the return. We then reordered the glasses with invisible biofocals and received the pair. She is absolutely in love with her glasses! They are the best. Receiving such great customer service was the best experience we've had for a while. I also have ordered myself 2 pairs of glasses and they are amazing. I love being able to see what I look like with the glasses on before I buy them. When you purchase in store you can try them on, but you can't really "see" what you look like, because you don't have a prescription lens on. Zenni is definitely deserving of 5 stars!
I just received my brand new Zenni sunglasses. I got cute frames, no line bifocals with antiglare for under $85. I've never had prescription sunglasses. These are awesome. This is my first purchase and I will definitely be ordering more.
Ordering process was easy and there are so many great options to choose from. I got a simple black, plastic frame but can't wait to get a couple more in different colors and styles!
I ordered 2 pairs of zenni glassware couple weeks ago and they are just amazing. Really good quality and fit is perfect! At first i was sceptical about quality and how will they fit, but when i got them they were equaly or even better quality than the brand ones you purcehes in lenscrafters. Everytime I get a new prescription I go straight to zenni for my glasses and sunglasses. Even got my dad and brother. Hooked. We will never go anywhere else
The price is unbelievable. The selection is vast. The frames keep up with the current styles. My only problem is the quality. The frames are always straight flat and the ear pieces are spread too far left and right. I had a professional fit them to my face, and they quickly went back to the original shape they were in. Three of the four recent purchases fall off my face too easily. I love having a variety of glasses, so I will continue to buy Zenni. I just wish they would stay on my face better.
I was initially skeptical of purchasing glasses online but I decided to try it. I purchased glasses from two sites on the same day. The Zenni website was easy to navigate and made the process of choosing new glasses fun and trouble-free. My glasses arrived in less than two weeks, about one month earlier than the pair I ordered from the more popular (and expensive) site. It took 2 orders to get things right. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Even though the first frames should gave fit, they were huge. The pair of sunglasses fit but both had the wrong prescription in them, which I had to pay to have an eye dr. check. So that cost me additional $. Called, returned, waited for credit. Mind you, my old eye glasses were broken, so all this time I'm wearing an older pair. Gave up, ordered a pair from Costco. Used my credit for a pair of sunglasses and a pair of new glasses for my husband. Those arrived within 2 weeks and are very nice. I love the polarized driving lenses. It did cost me additional $, of course:-/

I generally get a new pair of Zenni glasses every year that my eye prescription changes. I've had about 5 pairs now. Everyone of them has been perfect, with many extras and at very reasonable cost that I believe is usually below competitive prices.
My first pair were so amazing and price was great too so I purchased another pair and also purchased a pair for my husband. He has bifocals and was very pleased as well.
I love zenni! They are way less expensive than what I would usually pay and I never have any issues with orders. The last pair I got just really fit my face and of course help me see!
I just received my first pair of glasses from Zenni. Great glasses for an even greater price. The quality is very good. The only problem I had wqas with the tint. I said light gradient gray and they are sunglasses still. The tint is too dark. This is not light but makes some great sunglasses.
I just received my third pair of Zenni specs. Very stylish and perfectly matching my prescription. However, I would never buy progressives by mail order; they need to be fitted in person. I also would be leery of filling a high minus prescription as the visual center needs to be exact. Otherwise they are terrific and very fashionable as well.
Just the worst! Glasses were all wrong. Company offered to make me another pair but I cannot return them if not happy. They said the first ones were perfect. I can't see out of them! Why would I want another. I had to settle for a 50% refund. Waste of money. Customer service in Phillipines and there is no supervisor ar anyone reasonable to work something out with. Don't be a dummy like me. Go elsewhere!

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
