I was unsure about how to correctly fill out the prescription, as I needed bifocals. A customer service representative helped me, and it wasn't long before I had my new glasses. I had mostly been using OTC readers, and it was so amazing to get this prescription and really see things clearly! I love my glasses!
I got my first pair of Zenni and the optometrist I used got my PD wrong. After that, I got a pair locally ( for $250 more, would have been almost $700 without insurance) and they got badly scratched within a month even though they had all upgrades. They were so bad I had to wear the zennis. The zennis to this day are still unmarked even though I treat them the same as the other ones. Just got my second pair of zennis today and they're perfect. I have progressives at +3.25 with +2.00 for reading so they're strong, but I have no problem. Thanks Zenni!

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105.
