Zenni Optical is the best eyewear provider I've ever had, and I'm 60. But thanks to Zenni I look 40. I was a new customer; and from the beginning of an on-line chat to my EARLY eyeglasse's delivery (Yes, I bought two pair, because I can finally afford it; given there great pricing) Yes, I said EARLY delivery, my eyewear arrived a day early.

Dont break your frame, they are gonna stick you for the full price of lenses to replace. No flexibility. I'll never buy from again. Edit: After I called them, they did sell me frames but they had to put clear lenses in them for some reason... It didnt cost extra, but I had to pop them out. I've changed the review, I now have my old rx lenses in my new frames. Thanks, Zenni.

As a very very nearsighted human, I ordered FOUR pairs of glasses from Zenni -- two for reading, and two for distance. One of the distance pairs that they sent me was made with lenses that were obviously NOT high-index -- they were twice as thick as the three other pairs I had ordered. The other distance pair was simply not the correct prescription in the left lens. The representative I talked to was nice enough, and he said to send the unsatisfactory pair back, but my refund was about $37 short. I now have a credit and will try to get two more pairs. I'm okay -- not thrilled -- with the glasses I kept. I wish Zenni had more frames specifically made for very nearsighted adults -- ones with longer temples but smaller lens heights and widths. A larger lens just makes my glasses so heavy, and also makes my eyes look horrible.

Super long shipping times. Love my glasses, not so much my sunglasses. Polarized lenses are still see though and the clear frames look brown against my face.
By far my best experience getting glasses.

This was my first time using Zenni for new glasses and I loved it! It was easy and fun! I loved being able to "try on" glasses using my phone camera and seeing what they would look like. The price or the glasses is a huge bonus as well! I got my pair for around $50 which is amazing! Definitely will be using Zenni again in the future!
The glasses do not really fit properly. I probably didn't measure correctly. They will be fine.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
