It can be hard making sure the glasses you get from here have a good fit. These ones fit my slimmer face very well. The prescription is true, and they are transition for 50 bucks.

I love Zenni glasses. I have at least 6 pairs and they're all great. Except this last pair... somehow I missed the "progressive lens" check box... so they're only for distance. I can't read with them at all. Sadly, because of that, I'm not really wearing them at all. Wondering if Zenni will replace them for me?
My Zenni sunglasses work great. The local opticians only offered prescription sunglasses with polarizing filters. That option does not work for me, because the polarized lenses do funny things with color when looking through a motorcycle helmet visor, and completely black out the displays of a couple radios in the airplane I fly. Zennis are perfect for both those applications.
This pair of glasses was a replacement for a pair I received that I didn't like. I was given full credit since I planned to use the credit toward another pair. The prescription was right on, as has been with past purchases. Very pleased with the service.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. We were sorry to see in our database records that you had problems with the first pair of glasses because you entered the wrong prescription when you ordered them. However, we are happy to see that you returned the glasses for 100% store credit, which you used to place a new order. Our records also confirm that you contacted us to explain that the tint on the lenses of one of the items in your new order was not as dark as you expected. After reviewing the photos of the tinted lenses that you submitted, we determined that the tint you received was as it should be, that it was correct and without defects. Insofar as you mentioned there was no refund available to you, we wish to clarify that our return policy states that any item that was purchased with store credit, cannot be returned for another store credit, but it can be returned for a 50% refund. Our records indicate that this option was offered to you and because you expressed that you did not wish to purchase more Zenni glasses, we also advised that any remaining balance of the store credit that was previously issued to you would be reversed and issued as a refund as well. The partial refund for the tinted lenses and the refund of the store credit balance were both processed on January 10th and the transaction number of the refund was emailed to you. You may use the transaction number to confirm with your financial institution that the refund was processed. We hope that having the refund has resolved this matter to your satisfaction.
