You can't get any better than this I'm a teacher and I always recommend it to my parents because kids constantly tear up glasses. But also as a teacher I'm broke so I need these prices too. Fantastic I loves any so much!

Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result. Insofar as you feel that the gold color of the frame makes it look cheap, and you feel that a darker color would be preferable, we want to advise that this frame also comes with black front rims and a gold bridge and temple arms, model 157721. Therefore, you may visit our website to purchase a pair of nonprescription eyeglasses in the black and gold model of this frame, 157721, and when you receive these nonprescription eyeglasses, you may replace the nonprescription lenses from the new frame with the prescription lenses from the gold frame. Here is a how-to video found toward the middle of the bottom of every page of our website, https://www.zennioptical.com/c/how-to#howto-replace-fullrim, with instructions explaining how to swap the prescription lenses from the original frame into the rims of the new frame. You may also telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to talk you through the lens-replacement process. Glasses were easy to order and came within a reasonable timeframe. I am not seeming to adjust to the glasses and have not been wearing them. I am going to try harder this week to get use to them. Neither the distance or the close up feels right.

We want you to know that your glasses are still within the 30-day warranty, which began the day they were delivered to you. If you believe that there is something wrong with your glasses, we encourage you to call our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. When you contact us, please have a copy of your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) measurement handy. The representative who assists you will review the details of your prescription, and if we confirm that the prescription and PD were entered correctly on the order, we will ask you to return the glasses to be inspected, and if the inspection results indicate that the glasses were manufactured incorrectly, we will remake them for you. However, if a review of the prescription details confirms that either the prescription or PD were entered incorrectly on the order, you may choose one of two refund options – either a 50% refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order, excluding the shipping fee, or 100% store credit, excluding the shipping fee, which you may use to reorder the glasses with the correct prescription and/or PD. For either scenario, our representative will provide a prepaid return shipping label that will cover the cost of returning the glasses to us. We hope you will contact us soon so that we may resolve this matter quickly and to your satisfaction.

My puppy chewed my eyeglasses from Zenni. I put a post up on IG after I reordered the same glasses. I thought it was a cute puppy story & tagged Zenni (in case anyone liked my glasses style). Someone from CS said contacted me & said Zenni would like to replace them for free to get the puppy out of trouble. And true to her word, ZENNI did. And true to mine, you now have a very loyal customer. You far in renewing my faith in people. I'm so grateful. Thank you!

A good alternative

Good price, fast ship. The frames are a little light/flimsy. I have to be careful when pulling off from one side; managed to get them bent a few times already.
Got a kinda terse response from zenni when i asked, prior to the order, if i could move the dividing line up 3 mm on my progressives (as costco does for me). Was a little surprised and the second response to that topic included what seemed to be a warning about the return policy. So... i'll buy again but some definite detractions from the joyous experience i was expecting.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the gray photochromic (light-sensitive, auto-tinting) bifocal eyeglasses you ordered, which we were sorry to read have lenses that do not quicky lose the tint after you take the glasses inside, out of the sunlight. Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced due to this matter. This order is almost two months past the end of its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, which the U.S. Postal Service advises was December 18,2021. However, we will be happy to make a one-time customer service exception to extend the warranty period on your behalf, if you would like to return the bifocals for an inspection of the photochromic feature,. Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you. We will email you the instructions to return the glasses for the inspection of the photochromic feature and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage. If our inspection finds that the photochromic feature is not working properly, we can offer to remake the glasses for you for free. But if our inspection finds the photochromic feature to be working correctly, we can return the glasses to you or issue the refund available for an order paid for partially with store credit, partially with an Apple Pay account – a 50 percent refund of the amount of store credit that was used to pay for the order to the Apple Pay account and a 100 percent refund in the form of store credit of the amount of funds from the Apple Pay account that were used to pay for the other part of the order. We were sorry to read that the lenses of your eyeglasses in full-rim, browline, mixed-material, ivory tortoiseshell frame 7822035, with a frame width of 133 millimeters and a lens width of 46 mm, had lenses smaller than you would have preferred. Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result when you received these eyeglasses. Since you mention that the picture of the frame did not accurately represent the size of the lenses, we want to confirm that the enlarged picture of a frame on our website does not show the actual dimensions of the frame. We recommend viewing the dimensions of the frame under the enlarged picture, in the section labeled Details. We see that on your most recent previous order, o4108742312, placed on August 25,2021, you selected full-rim, round-cornered square, flexible-plastic, black frame 2031521, with a frame width of 144 mm and a lens width of 50 mm. The order you placed before that one, o3760167139, on March 30,2021, had full-rim, round, stainless-steel, black-and-gold frame 1125221, with a frame width of 130 mm and a lens width of 49 mm. The first order of which we have a record you placed, o3410859065, on November 9,2020, had full-rim, square, plastic, brown frame 125615, with a frame width of 134 mm and a lens width of 47 mm. We see no notes in the database records of any of these orders indicating that you contacted us about any of these frames, which have various frame widths and lens widths.
