I really liked the frame of the glasses I ordered, but the lenses had a yellow hue which I was told it's from the blue bloc option I added. After a couple of days of wearing them, I didn't like the way the yellow was making everything look. So, I returned them & got the same type but without the blue bloc & the lenses no longer have the yellow tint. Also, they are not like the glasses I got through a retailer. They quality isn't the best, so I'm thinking these will probably last a year. But, for the Zenni price for a pair of glasses I can see past the quality lacking. The return process was easy, but it took a long time to get the replacement's. Just, fyi they charge you for return shipping.
Awesome. So simple I bought four pairs including regular and sunglasses. They all fit amazingly. I love being able to mix it up a bit and change out pairs to match my clothes.
The ordering experience was fine. Once I figured out how to measure my pupil distance, it was easy to add my prescription. I was very thankful that the system remembered it, too, for as many times as I started over for different frames and lens options. The only thing that I am not completely happy on is how light the frames turned out to be. They're very light and likely to bend easy. They don't remind me of something very durable.

I will never buy glasses anywhere else again. Cheap, fast, and great quality. My husband breaks his glasses all the time so when I found this place it was like a God send. All I have to do is click reorder and a new pair is on the way. This last time he drove over his glasses with truck and crushed them. Once I ordered a replacement it was less than 2 weeks and BAM! New glasses... I LOVE ZENNI OPTICAL!

These are beautiful and lightweight. Thank goodness they are flexible and durable... toddler tested twisting them by the arms.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle.
