I ordered a custom image wrapping paper from Zazzle, I started with a preset pattern and changed it to my liking. The wrapping paper came a week earlier than expected and was such a hit! Good weight on the paper and clean printing. Better than I had hoped for.
I was pleased with the earring display cards I ordered, but the packaging was insufficient so some of the product was damaged during shipping. This has happened twice now. I relayed my complaint to customer service and am awaiting feedback for replacement product.

I ordered invitations for my daughter's 1st birthday and they were exactly what we wanted! From the time they were ordered to being delivered to our door was a smooth experience. And a super reasonable price. Highly recommend!
I ordered 3 magnetic name tags. The quality is perfect, but the pictures of what I ordered and the product I received are nothing alike. Picture is sparkling/shiny, like it had glitter, product is plain and dull looking. Delivery time was earlier than expected, which is a delight. I enjoy crafting, so I'm going to try and add some sparkle to them my self. Disappointed, but I will order other products again.

Ordered a Peter Rabbit themed invitation for a baby shower and they are adorable! Processing was quick and delivery was seamless.
The invitations are quality. I wish someone would have helped with the coloring of my daughters photo because she looks rather purple, but we don't have time to send back. Besides that they're very nice.
I had larger labels from a larger company with whom I had done business in years past. This time, however, communication was difficult--I couldn't comprehend what the representative was saying due to background noise--and it was frustrating enough that I just gave up and looked around. Zazzle was new to me, and a revelation in simplicity in selecting, designing, and ordering. As I write this, I realize I had checked them for accuracy but not adhesion! Dearie me! So I did, and they passed, A+. I will definitely order again from Zazzle when my supply wanes.
Zazzle let me use my own designs for a two-sided 24x36 inch sign. This meant we could get a welcome sign and a seating chart sign big enough for less than $90 with shipping when most places charge over $120 for just one. It was easy to upload my designs from Canva and they made sure it printed clearly and beautifully.

I have now ordered Save the Dates and Wedding invitations, and both came out perfect. The prices were right, the options were endless, and the results were exactly as expected.
My item was delivered on time, and they looked great! This is the third time I have ordered business cards through this company. Very satisfied!

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
