I chose the Signature Matte paper for my invitations, but the paper did not feel premium and was not at all what I was expecting for the price. For $40 for 20 invites (originally $60 before discount!) I would've expected higher quality. Most of the invitations were also bent at the edges & corners.
Even though I only ordered 4-5 things. Zazzle was easy to use and very fast. I love this company because you don't have to order a massive amount of product to be taken seriously. Thank you Zazzle. Keep it up.

This was such an amazing company to order from. My product turned out beautifully. The picture was great and it look professional. You have to give Zazzle a try you won't regret it.
I received our order early, Thank you. I have yet to use the product. I hope that I purchased from a quality vendor. I did however want to order more product but the shipping is just too expensive. I would hope that Zazzle would negotiate a more cost effect shipping provider(s). I will look for promo codes with the hope to do more orders with Zazzle but for now it is very expensive.
The order came before the estimated time, which was great. However, the quality of the printed picture was worse than the advertised image. Otherwise, an Ok product.
I ordered 10 ICE OUT buttons. I wear one and am giving the rest away. I'm very happy with them and would order again from Zazzle. Delivery was fast.
I had two photos printed on beach towels to give as gifts. I was worried that they might not print well on a textured towel. They look great! Thanks!
Very fast and easy to put the order in, and I loved how my cards looked online, but the background color was quite different from what I was expecting and lead to poor contrast for my logo. The business cards are passible, but not what I was expecting and hoping for.

The t-shirt i ordered came on time and it's great quality and a nice fit! We got the men's XL and it was perfect for my (very tall) boyfriend.
Everything worked out ok in the end, however, it took me hours to get the tile and info. I dislike the fact I was unable to speak to a live person which would have made the process happen in about 15 minutes instead of hours typing. The tile is beautiful though.liked the tile

I designed and ordered 100 business cards from Zazzle and they arrived quicker than I thought. The process of design is very easy and I'm very happy with the result. When I'm getting low on cards I'll re-order.
Easy to use, so many templates to choose from as well, and you can edit a lot of the format, will always recommend to others!
Very easy to work with and when asked a question the response was in a timely manner and clear to understand the answer. The product was great quality and exactly as we hoped. Very nice cards, but they should send a proof back to be double checked. The print is entirely too small to be read at the bottom of the card. And when I was ordering it the print did not look that small. Disappointed that someone did not reach out to at least bring this to my attention.

Answer: Typically 24 hours. This is not counting weekends, unfortunately. Can you please message us if you need assistance on an inquiry?
Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
