Easy process to create a Save the Date card. Prompt delivery. Excellent quality product. So impressed I have ordered baby shower invites recently as well.
Designing and ordering my business cards was very fun and easy. However, I paid extra for the upgraded paper, and I find the paper to feel and have printed very cheap. The black border does not extend to the outside borders of the paper, making it look unprofessional.
Thank you. My daughter and her husband are both in the service and decided last minute to come home for a week from Italy. I found a quick place to host a wedding party with family and friends (they were married in Italy last year) and quickly needed invitations.

The matchboxes had the label on them but the way they set the guide lines on the mock up makes it so there's a lot of white area and makes your image a lot smaller

Easy to use. The type on my wine glass came out a smaller than I expected so a user interface that is larger (for us older folks) might be helpful!

I like what you offered, until I got it. The acrylic invitation was a wonderful idea. But I ordered and received it. It was very hard to read, because it only comes in white writing.

My order arrived when expected, though I expected my order a little different when it came to material. It was the correct images. I did have to do additional cutting work due to white line left on invites. But for my time crunch everything looked good.

Zazzle makes is easy with their online tools to create a standardized design for security team credentials. The design set-up and ordering are simplified and consistent making that part of the job easier for me. Zazzle is a team member.
The stingray did not show up as clearly in the print as your website photo showed it would appear. You can hardly see the outline of its face.

I order Valentine's Day buttons for my daughter to hand out to her teachers and grandparents every year and zazzle always comes through with quality and speedy shipping!
I just received my second order from Zazzle and the whole process was simple, the website was very intuitive to design and order from, and delivery was as promised.
The custom invite formatter was easy to use and it even had features I did not expect like added backgrounds and textures. I used these tools to help enhance my custom wedding invites for my aunt. She liked how they turned out!
My one complaint is that during shipping two of the invites were slightly bent as well as one of the envelopes due to the carrier shoving them in our mailbox. Though this was nothing bad on Zazzle's part.
Overall Zazzle did an amazing job bringing my aunt's wedding invites to life. Will use again.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
