Don't waste your time

My review will sound like everyone else. I ordered my items on 11/24/18, sent multiple emails and here it is one week before Christmas and I still don't have them. They assured me I would have them before christmas and I still don't have any tracking info that it was even shipped. Never again...

Okay let's not turn this into a rant this is the second time I have ordered from this company and believe you me it's never going to happen again I don't care how much my lovely big blue-eyed daughter cries and begs and pleads how much she loves is the rapper I don't give a s*** no more the shipping time is ridiculous I ordered it 2 a.m. on Black Friday I still have not received my order why in God's name would it take so long to ship an item they should have a number where you could find out what's going on they should have could be a confirmation number they should have done some kind of something to let you know that you even exist this is bull you have to email these people and they don't even get back to you I'm on my 7th email with no reply I suggest you don't even bother with these clothings the last shirt I bought for my daughter the silk screen sucked so bad that when I washed it it faded the first washing but again I did buy her a new clothing because she begged only for my child but this will be the last time he will get no more money from me and I suggest all you parents do the same

I ordered my items nov 23,2018 I finally received them jan 9,2019.
Once it was sent from company... I had items on 1 week to Canada. It took exceptionally long to process.
Product is well made. Happy with product, not service

Ordered on black Friday sale 11/23/18, status shows as "ordered" and "waiting for carrier"!?
15 business days and 3 emails later, nothing! No reply, no order. This is bull$#*!, what's the purpose of Black Friday sales if my daughter doesn't get her gift on Christmas morning? Very upsetting. Never again.

Horrible shipping!

I ordered on Nov 30th, My order still has not been shipped. My kid will not be getting her Christmas present on time. How is it possible that after 2 weeks, My item has not been shipped? Bad company policies!

Love the Ordor

I have been ordering items since 2012 and yes I will admit it does take long to get her but it's worth the wait. Unlike the $#*!es that ordor on the 23rd ( 2 weeks can't be patient) it's worth the wait

Disappointed

Ordered Nov 23, still nothing. Checking status and all it says still is "ordered".

I wish I had read the reviews before letting my daughter order from this site. Its unfortunate that they have young kids obsessed with their clothing line and yet they can't deliver or provide proper customer in order to keep their fans happy.

DISGUSTED

I am disgusted with this website! My son is a huge fan of this clothing line and this is the first and last time we ever order from them. How do you tuna business with no contact number or customer support? I ordered my items on November 23 and I have yet to get them shipped out! Every time I check the website the status is still reading "Paid"... I have emailed them 4 times and have not received a any reply! Never again! WHERE IS MY ORDER!

My daughter is a huge fan. I cannot allow her to order from this company any longer. The orders take forever and the sizes are ridiculous. We ordered slides and they are huge! There is no way to contact this company, I get back every email as undeliverable. How can they run a business like this? I think they are overpriced, making big money fast and wont be around long. They obviously dont care about their fans!

My order was placed on March 8th, 2018. I have emailed several times to get an update. I was told it takes 2 1/2 week to 3 1/2 weeks to check back if i haven't heard anything. Well it will be a month this week. I bought these items for my daughter Birthday not thinking it will take this long to get the items. My Credit card was already charged a while ago. There isn't even a customer service number to call. You have to email and wait and wait for them to get back to you.

Disgusting

I ordered my merchandise on March 3rd 2018 and nothing they keep telling me to wait 2to 3 weeks for delivery and there's not even a way to track my order I keep emailing them and they keep giving me the run around and no number.
