I ordered a shirt from here and it came within 1-2 weeks after i placed my purchase. Came in perfect condition and right size! Love it and i recommend ordering from here.
To the people saying give them time they have a ton of orders. Your an idiot! We gave them 4 full months to fulfill our order and they will not respond to our emails. And if they are so overloaded with orders they need to stop selling until they get caught up. Do not order from them they suck so disappointing since it was originally a Christmas present. Had to escalate through paypal to get my refund!
I ordered clothes in early December for my daughter. She was very excited, especially since she was under the impression that she may have it by Christmas. I emailed them in January and recieved a response stating that it would take another a few more days for delivery. It is now March 9,2019... I've sent them additional emails... no response back. I've been very patient but now I am beyond d patient. I want my hard earned money back!
I can't believe there is so many people $#*!ing about not receiving their stuff the first 2 weeks. Like do u guys not have a $#*!en idea about how many damn orders they received. Bought some clothing for my son in Black Friday knowing that I had a bad experience 2 years ago. Haven't received anything they just took my money, no order number or nothing I've been sending emails with no response. Last time took close to 2 months to receive my order. I will never buy something from this place again!
Ordered $93 worth of clothing during black friday, its been 3 months and im yet to recieve it. I have emailed the company several times with no response back.
Ordered during black friday and have yet to receive my order not to mention I've emailed over and over back and forth with reps and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I run a whole shipping department and this would never slide for me. They told me to contact USPS after seeing zero movement since dec 21st should have received dec 19th but the address was changed? Not on my end and address was correct. Then after me becoming very upset they tell me they will look into it and get back to me and never did. I asked for a refund they said they could not because it was shipped. I asked them to ship me another order sense it was lost. They would not. Everything about how this companies customer service runs is sh*t go check there instagram comments still to this day many people have yet to get their orders. I'm pissed! Would add pictures of emails but I currently the icon will not let me tap it and insert photos.
I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas in November 23,2018 and all I keep getting is a run around it's back ordered they will send it and nothing. Here it is 2/12/19 and still nothing. They went ghost and won't answer my emails. Make sure u file your complaint to the BBB... They are a scam do not fall victim and purchase anything on their site on Instagram
Purchased a 2 shirts and blanket from them on December 11 for over $100. Confirmation email said it may take up to 4 weeks for deliver, Now it's been 7 weeks. I've sent them countless emails and no response. It's a scam. Don't waste your time.
They are horrible they put on a sale for "black Friday" every year and its gotten so bad they use the we "pack by hand" well then don't promise christmas delivery and then keep peoples money and ruin children's christmas you all are horrible people then they post an address and phone number which you can't get through to they have a house listed as their business address of 379 Cabrillo Cir. It's one thing to be patient. I got suspicious looked on the website... EVERYTHING is SOLD OUT get the F out of here with that BS. I have ordered in the past no problems I will never order from here again. They sure did take my money fast but have not received my merchandise, this will escalate further trust that!

Ordered a shirt since 12/6/2018 and still have not received it, no number to call and they just send generic email that it's on the way. Reporting them to police dept for theft
I placed an order on November 28th and they charged my account immediately. Was informed my order should ship within 13 business days due to high volume. These hoodies were Christmas gifts for my daughter. After 3 weeks I emailed them and received response that my order would be shipping soon. This went on again after 4 weeks and 7 weeks. Now I requested a full refund for not fulfilling my order and I've received no response.
Bought $75 dollars worth of merchandise over two months ago and still have yet to receive my order. I have emailed the company direct messaged them and commented on recent posts to not get any type of response. I also bought these items because they were promised to be delivered by C H R I S T M A S! I just want my money back, but as the looks of it thousands of people are in the same boat.
I ordered on cyber Monday, and received my package in early January. I ordered a hoodie, blanket, and two t shirts. The hoodie is pretty nice, comfy and warm. The blanket is a very cheap feeling material, but decent and is how it looked in the picture online. I haven't worn one of the t shirts yet, but the one I put on today (never worn or washed) has a weird seam lump on the right shoulder. The shirt is puffed up and looks like there is a pile of fabric under it, but it's just sewn poorly. For the wait and the price, the merch is not worth it. Maybe if there is a sale, the hoodies would be fine. Online support was also not helpful at all. I regret ordering, due to their no return policy.
I order items on November 26 and have not received them all of a sudden they are not responding to my emails any longer And it looks like they have scam quite a bit of people judging from the reviews please help me report these people
Ordered close to $100 worth of close at the beginning of December for Christmas presents. It's nearly 7 weeks since the order and nothing. No responses to inquiries. When you go to the website every single item is stated as SOLD OUT. That's impossible unless this is a Scam. Stay away as this Company is a Scam.
I ordered clothes for a Christmas present. It is now January and never recieved items. There is no way to contact company. I recommend you file a dispute with your bank!
