Wish I could do 0 stars

Horrible customer service. Placed a large order for my boyfriend's daughters birthday, they immediately took out the amount owed, never processed the order. Won't return emails about a refund or order details. Same repetitive email response when I reach out through email.

They have amazing styles, and drop a lot at once. The. Shipping time is reasonable, and the customer service is average like any other online website. I have never gotten scammed.

Scammers

This company is a scam! While you may get lucky & they will randomly send out small orders, most orders they never ship at all. I have been waiting almost 3 months for and order of $404! They do not have a working phone number & repeated emails to them went unanswered til they finally answered me once & said that some of my items were out of stock (which I ordered the minute they "dropped"/released, so that's interesting), & they offered no refund or partial shipment & then never answered me again after more emails! I emailed them 7-10 times! I finally had to file with the BBB & my credit card company & to this today they have not answered any of us! My credit card company was able to issue me a refund and they have 90 days to respond, which seems like they won't, since this filing was a few weeks ago. What a waste of time & money! Not worth it and not sure how they will ever stay in business!

I ordered a hoodie from this company and it took them four weeks to ship the hoodie with little to no communication with me. Once it has been 3 1/2 weeks I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order because I no longer one of the hoodie since it took so long to ship and instead of accommodating my request they went ahead and shipped the order anyway. All this for an overpriced hoodie. I would strongly recommend not purchasing from this company.

THEY ARE PATHETIC

My card info was recently stolen and apparently this is the store they decided to purchase $50 worth of stuff even tho they tried to purchase over $200 worth of stuff. I tried to reach out to this company after already contacting my bank to see if they could provide me with any kind of information relating to the charges. They would not even answer their phone, I called many times and after a while it started just going to voicemail. Who runs a business like this? It's sad how many honest companies are crumbling these days yet these sharks are still in business.

Yours truly has nice clothes but is it really worth getting it? The shipping is horrible and the customer service horrible too. I ordered 9 hoodies from them. I have not gotten them or anything emails. I been trying to reach them for the longest time but they never responded. I been waiting since July 18, I wasted $639.16 and I have gotten nothing at all. They need to fix they shipping and customer service because this is unacceptable. I wasted all my money I had on them and I have gotten nothing back. No email, no call, no order.

Beware

THIS COMPANY CLAIMS THEY ARE FOR THE PEOPLE BUT ARE NOT. THEY ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH. And do not care about any issues. YOU SPEND YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY ON THEIR MERCH & the can't even reach out Incase of an issue. IF YOU READ THE COMMENTS THERE ARE SO MANY MORE JUST LIKE THIS ONE! People never got their refunds, exchanges, issues resolved and much much more. It's sad because the brand is beautiful. But they lack so much customer service I have no idea how they are still in business.

Worth the wait

I had read the reviews before purchase so knew exactly what to expect. I live overseas so the items were shipped by dhl e commerce who used the national post for delivery. The national post here sadly is known for a slow service. Anyway after chasing my order with yours truly, ( always receiving a courteous reply, I finally received the hoodie. I am very happy with the purchase. And to be fair the service has also been very good

Really bad quality

I was genuinely so excited to order from this brand because I have been wanting to get something for a long time. I ordered 2 pet hoodies, 2 regular hoodies and a face mask. Considering the price that you pay for this stuff the quality should be *******x better than it is. Super thin and just cheap material and a hoodie costs over $50! Super disappointed with my purchase honestly. Also, the pet hoodies are literally SOOO small that it couldn't even fit any "small" dog like they claimed. It could fit a tiny puppy but that's about it. Also, the quality on those are just horrible. SO cheaply made. There are so many other brands that have such better quality items for the same price. They look great but the quality just isn't there. The face mask was the only thing that was good quality.

Terrible quality

I've been ordering from yours truly since forever and quality is terrible so is the shipping it takes months to get an order and some times it's not even the right product that was ordered and no they do not accept returns or exchanges so if you do happen to get the wrong product be happy with it Bc it's what you are going to have to keep. Also the quality of the products are absolutely terrible yeah it comes it looking beautiful but after a wash bye bye beauty I've gotten the love yourself jackets and it's becoming really bumpy from the material absolutely terrible and the hood of the other jacket I got doesn't even go over my head trash quality if you're looking for a good quality jacket go get a you matter hoodie it's so much better quality for the same price and totally worth it DONT SHOP YOURSTRULY! If I could I would give them a negative star shipping is over priced too

This is by far THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, CARELESS company i've ever had to deal with. I ordered a few clothes since August 2019. We are February 2020 & I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER. Spent MONTHS going back & forth with them about my order which actually they've stopped answering. They claimed my items were "back ordered/out of stock" how can you process an order if thats the case? Lets just say okay, it happened. I would understand if it took 2-3 weeks longer... but 7 MONTHS?! After 6months of waiting they sent me ONLY 2 items out of 5 i ordered! I contact them again & they said that they can't give me the rest of my order because of some bs so they gave me store credit... WHY IN THE HECK WOULD I WANT A STORE CREDIT FROM A COMPANY I'D NEVER BUY CLOTHES FROM AGAIN? I cannot believe this is what Marco Anthony Archer represents. His brand is disgusting & should get sued for all these scams, headaches, & stress. YOU OWE ME $250!

I've been waiting 2 months for an order and sent numerous emails with no response! I get a packing slip today saying both my orders are out of stock! Why would they even place an order for items out of stock! Now they're telling me to contact support for credit! I've been contacting support for months now! This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with! I just loss $160. I'M PISSED! SHAME ON YOU AND YOU'RE "FAMILY RAN" CLOTHING LINE PHORA!

Don't recommend

Yours truly is a terrible brand. They have constant sales and giveaways but there is a slim chance you get your order right away. Most businesses have effective communication and work with their customers, however, yours truly has neither of their qualities. I ordered from them once but never again. It took about three to four months for me to get my order. Most people aren't so lucky.

Never received my order, never replied back to my support request email, and still waiting. I ordered my daughter a sweater back in September. I patiently waited, and figured maybe they were busy for the holiday season. I even thought, maybe it's like ordering from China and takes a month. Well, I reached out to their support email for a refund and still never received any sign of life. This company is truly unprofessional and diappointing. Do they even have staff?

Just placed my first order last night and guess what - someone stole my credit card information and ordered $200 of product from another vendor. CC states it will take up to 4 months for claim. Now what? This is Christmas and now I have been robbed.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

WHY do you think they don't have a working phone #. They don't want to hear from their customers. Get the hint.
Very disappointed and sad!

I had to give it one star, just to get this posted... Truthfully it deserves NO star! My son LOVES Phora and his clothing line. Unfortunately, it takes months to get your order, if it arrives at all! When you attempt to make contact, you get polite scripted apologies, but NO resolutions!
Their store is no different! A Hole in the wall, we had to step over a homeless man to get through the front door. Very empty space, out of most sizes and styles. They tell you to order on line! I would have laughed, had I not been so disappointed for my son. HUGE let down for him! I have come to the conclusion, this is a bogus front!
