My experience was great. I had ordered 2 hoodies and they got here sooner than expected, like 6 days after ordering. When they got here I noticed that I got the wrong hoodie. So I emailed them and a day later recieved an email back from AJ and after I showed proof, they sent me the correct one. I am really satisfied with the service and product. I really don't know if i just got lucky or something after reading these reviews lol
I have already placed a review on here about this so called company. Just wanted to let others know if your wanting a refund and nothing happens like me. Contact the Better Business Bureau I had my refund with in a week. It can be done all on line.
My daughter wanted this for Christmas so I order a couple of outfits for her. NONE has arrived and I order 11/23. Worst customers service ever. No updated emails about shipping. When it finally get here I hope she likes the stuff because this is the last thing that I am buying from them.
Made an order of $40 in September never received it. I continued to contact them and they just told me pretty much that I should receive my order soon, tried again by describing what I ordered for them to then tell me that they are out of that shirt even though it didn't say that on the web site so then in November they gave me a 60 credit I was happy thinking this would make up for the months I've waited but still in January I haven't received my order :/ and they haven't messaged me back. Disappointed.
I will not patron the company again. I am sorry but Amazon has us all spoiled. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get the product. Their customer service was not on point either. Cant reach anyone by phone and when they respond via email it is mostly to remind you of their terms which they try to use to justify not getting you the product timely. Yes the clothes are cute but I need reliability.
I ordered on black friday & barelt recived it. The sweater quality sucks, i always buy a boy medium because i usually like it a little loose, it was way to small. It looked like an extra small. The wish app has better quality clothes then this.
Ordered on Black Friday over $130 worth of product. The company promised by Christmas, it's now after New Years and still not here. Contacted the company several times getting a standard message that the product is still processing. Worse company I've ever purchased from. Just disgusted with the poor service.
I ordered the exact same time last year and got it delivered by christmas.
This year, i spent $$$ on three separate orders and only TWO delivered. Once we got the merch for ONE order, the quality was WACK.

I placed an order in November. Had I known prior to placing my order what the horrible shipping estimates were( 6-8weeks) I would not have completed the payment. It wasn't until after my credit card payment was complete that I was informed of the possible wait times. I waited 3 weeks until I requested an update on my order and was informed by AJ Lacoste that I should receive my shipment by Christmas and was provided a link to the outrageous shipping estimates again as well as a NO REFUND policy. I reached out again 4 days before Christmas in hopes that I would get an update or tracking number and I have not received a response back. I am now going into the 6th week since my order was placed and have no updates or tracking information on my order.
I put in an order for a Hoodie for my sister for Christmas Dec. 5th... it's PAST Christmas and I still haven't gotten it. Guess my sister is getting a really late Christmas present IF I even get it! It hasn't even notified me that it's been shipped. I've sent MULTIPLE emails and no response. Never buying from here again
I purchased two Items 11/23. Terms and conditions say it can take up to 3.5 weeks for delivery to arrive. Well as of 12/28 (5 weeks later) I have still not received my order, I contact costumer service on 12/12 to get an update on my order. On 12/13 I received a responds by AJ Lacoste that said I should be receving my order by Christmas. Well this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, which at this point its past Christmas and no gift yet! So once again I contact them Via email on 12/24 and my update was an email stating that my order is on the way on 12/27. Like are you $#*!ing kidding me, it is ridiculous. So heads up order your stuff 1 year in advance to receive it on time!
Never again it's a joke don't buy nothing from yours truly they'll just take your money I spent almost $200 on Nov 23 for Christmas presents and never got them and I emailed them but no answer don't waste your time
I absolutely love Phora, Yours Truly, etc and the clothing is dope but the whole online store, customer service, consistency of clothing is absolutely terrible. I would love to say good things but I can't. Not only is it random how long your orders take (it's been a month since I ordered $125 worth of clothes and still hasn't shipped, but also ordered something less than a week ago and it's here), but if you have a problem, questions they won't answer you. Maybe after your 3rd email they might answer you 3 weeks later if you're lucky, with a less than helpful answer. I've spent a lot of money and referred people and we've all had negative experiences. I'm also irritated because I ordered a hoodie and loved it but it was way too big, so I ordered one size smaller in the SAME HOODIE. It's the same color and design but it's a completely different hoodie (sizing, strings, fit, the ways it's made is comoletely different) and I hate it. I loved the original hoodie. Why would they sell different, random types of hoodies? It's inconsistent and and false advertisement because this one look nothing like the pictures or like the first one did. Plus it doesn't fit.
I'm so pissed I ordered 1201 am on black Friday. Spent over 300 dollars, for Christmas for my daughter tried to contact nothing. Enough is enough so many complaints still nothing. How dare YOURS TRULY FOR RUINING ALL CHRISTMAS FOR THESE YOUNG LADIES. I will be notifing my bank as fraud and BBB.

I made a purchase on Black Friday. I have yet to receive tracking, or even something as simple as a status update. I could've ordered something from China and received it by now. It's been a month. Customer service is a joke. So now it's time to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Hundreds, of not thousands of people are waiting for orders. Meanwhile this company is just sitting on money and product. This is no way to run a business. I'd suggest you all filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

It's been a month since I ordered my hoodies it was on Black Friday and I was one of the first ones to order and I haven't gotten no updates it's almost Christmas and still nothing
WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! It has been almost a month and nothing was shipped, so now my best friend won't have something to open on christmas. Horrible customer service. When i email them, I get the same email back. Can not believe $45 of mine I won't be able to get back.
I ordered Christmas gifts for my daughters on November 23rd. Still, items have not been shipped but my money was taken out of my account the same day. I keep trying to send emails & I get an undeliverable msg. Very disappointed with this company & will never order anything from them again.
I ordered my daughter's present 4 weeks ago and it said 2 weeks definitely won't be ordering through them again.No customer service skills very rude, and don't reply to any questions.
Answer: They email you back very quickly, its a scripted response. No answered to the questions I have asked!
Answer: NO! I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my money... Its been 3 months and no clothing and no refund. I'm filing a fraud report with my bank.
Answer: No. They're telling others that they are shipping orders from THIS MONTH but can't ship from already paid orders from November? If you comment on their Instagram page they'll even tell you to dm them or email them but then never respond to you. Fraudulent company.
