No idea where driver is or when parcel will arrive, website is beyond useless, no point in downloading the app either as it doesn't give any more information than the website. I wonder if Yodel have ever heard of real time tracking?
Worst delivery service ever: LIES, LIES, LIES, all the way through.
First message out for delivery today. No delivery.
Second message, (following day at 6am) you order was delivered and signed for by yourself at 23.03. Seriously who delivers parcels at that time of night. Had to check my cameras to make sure I wasn't sleepwalking and had received it after all.
Contacted customer service following day was told it was out with delivery for that day. Never arrived.
Contacted customer services the following day, told it was being raised with Alfreton depot as a priority and it was with driver and would be delivered that day, no delivery.
A week later same message every day, raised as a priority blah blah blah. 7 days later still no parcel. LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES. Also, don't bother ringing driver as they never answer and never reply. I suspect they may be unicorns.
Why is this company still operating?
Absolutely hopeless.
They asked me to contact them to provide more information on my address so I've tried to call them and contact them via their web chat for over a week now and they don't answer either the phone or never have web agents available to chat. What's the point asking me to contact them when you can't! They've had my parcel for 10 days now and obviously the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to find me so gave up when my address is actually easy to find.
I can't even manage my parcel on their website to try and sort as they say that my parcel is not able to be managed, that is choose another delivery address. Such a poor organisation. Hermes, Amazon and DPD always deliver my parcels when they say they will without fuss! Sub standard company yodel for sure!
Yodel message said your package will not be delivered as it is now damaged.
Asked for photos they refused and then hanged up on me.

UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL SERVICE!
My parcel was not delivered on Saturday 17th April 2021 as the driver came to my address but never attempted the delivery. Myself and my neighbours were home all day and no such attempt were made. After contacting Yodel via webchat they did nothing to rectify the issue, only offering delivery from Monday onwards. I paid a premium for faster delivery and have certainly wasted my money. Whilst on the webchat, I was told "I wish you could understand our limitations with this matter too" as far as I am concerned there are no limitations on their end... tell the driver to come back to my address and actually do their job. Before I got the chance to finish my webchat conversation, there were connection issues... my WIFI was fine. I have never received such awful service.
Harible service, trying to change ny adress planty of times on website not allowing me, contact costumer services they was not able to do it the explanation was the parcel is on the way for two days, just give up not use this service very bad experience with Yodel.
Yodel do not help when one of their delivery drivers lies about a parcel delivery. They will not answer simple questions and are not interested in their customers. Information regarding a delivery was completely untrue yet they would not investigate. However I expect it is difficult to explain how tracking information and an email stated your delivery has been left in your porch at 20.20pm on Thursday night... and you have proof it wasnt but they dont want to know or help... and sane parcel is delivered at 4pm the following day? Amazing isn't it? Would not recommend yodel ever, they are second rate and dishonest
Just the worst company in the world. From top to bottom they should all be ashamed of themselves. Time wasters, unreliable and untrustworthy, I can't believe they are still in business let alone a major player on the delivery scene.
I waited in for a parcel all day. Late in the afternoon I received a text to say the parcel was left on our porch and a card pushed through our door. We don't have a porch and no card arrived. Contacted Yodel, which is made more difficult than it needs to be and two days later I received a reply saying after investigations with the driver he did leave the parcel in our porch - again WE DO NOT HAVE A PORCH. The email was no reply. Avoid this company if at all possible. I now avoid buying from online retailers that use them.
Let's start with the big question... where is my delivery which is valued at £225.87 that you CLAIM was delivered to our front porch when no such thing happened. We've been home. We've been waiting for the parcel. So imagine our surprise when the text comes through to say our parcel had been delivered to a "safe place".
Now let's move on to the annoyance factor that now that we're trying to ascertain who has received our parcel instead of us, there is NO ONE to talk to for help.
Your company doesn't even provide proof of delivery in the form of a photo taken to show where a parcel has been left so for all we know the thing is still in the van.
We've canvassed our neighbours and no one in our estate has received it either so where have you, oh Yodel-a-he-ho, left our parcel.
We'd like our parcel. Absent that, we'd like to file a claim but without being a member of Mensa, or an Oxbridge D-Phil we have no idea how to make an inquiry other than to shout at you on social media.
UPDATE ----- I found a customer service number for Yodel and spoke to a representative who indicated that the "GEO TRACKING" indicated the parcel has been left at a property nearly 3 MILES AWAY from our house -- the scan isn't entirely accurate but it looks like it got left at public swimming baths. Excuse me? A public swimming baths 3 MILES AWAY? What a colossal joke. They're going to try and contact the driver to get the parcel retrieved to deliver it to us. It's not like they left it with one of our neighbours but dumped it somewhere that doesn't even have the SAME STREET NAME as ours. Pathetic and inexcusable.
Did NOT deliver the package although driver says she did. However I was home all day, only caller (AND only time the dog barked all day) was for the royal mail postman. Yodel will NOT engage as I did not send the parcel?! The (English-based chinese) "sender" will not engage as they have their money and don't care. Yodel were asked for proof of delivery and I was told that the fact the driver SAYS she delivered it is proof enough. UNBELIEVABLE! What a nice little earner THAT must be! I have proof that it was NOT delivered - I SAY it wasn't (and so does the dog - that makes it 2 against 1, Yodel!)
I get parcels delivered by Yodel every month or so. A couple of years ago their service was dreadful with parcels (cases of wine) probably stolen at the local hub. However over the last year, a change of regular driver and I have only one slight moan and that is about the Yodel tracker. I get told by the sender when the parcels have left them but the Yodel tracker doesn't show any information until it arrives at the local hub. Then I get an estimated delivery slot but very often it comes the day before. Which is usually okay with me and especially when the tracker shows my local area and the location of the delivery van.
Got my parcel that was much needed as i am not allowed out of the house to being in the high risk category it came in time and the driver was in full ppe gear
Waited all day yesterday on a delivery that did not come to 7pm the texts told me it would of been delivered by 11 am. had to take a full day off work unpaid
Yodel did not deliver and I was home all day. Then I received a message saying that my parcel had been delivered. One said to a lock box which neither I or neighbours possess and the other on my porch... don't have one of those either. Clear they never delivered and after 3 weeks no response.
They had clear instructions to leave the parcel with my neighbour but they didn't. Then they said they had three delivery attemps and that i had to pick up my parcel form their depot which is 2 hours of commute. Customer service said that it will be ok to reattempt and deliver on a Saturday but guess what, they came on a Thursday and noone was at home (cause some of us indeed WORK). Ridiculous company with ridiculous customer service
On 27. 7. 19 I got an email saying they had attempted to deliver my parcel. I suspect the driver didn't even get out of bed. I was in the room next to the door. No one knocked. No card was left. Their customer service is rubbish. The email telling me the delivery drivers lies suggested I phone the driver. The driver's phone number was a string of zeros. Webchat didn't help. This driver's lie means the parcel will not arrive for at least another 48 hours. I consider the driver's actions gross misconduct and a failure of character. They should be sacked or offered no further freelancing opportunities and fined/sued for reputational damage if self-employed.
I placed an Amazon order which was to be delivered by Yodel by 4th July. On 4th the tracking was updated to say that delivery had been attempted but was unsuccessful and asked that I contact them for the delivery. I had been out for approximately 10 minutes and assumed I had been unlucky enough to have missed it in that time. I contacted Yodel to be informed that they were very busy and that no delivery had been attempted as there would be a delay. My Amazon order info was then updated to say that I had requested a different delivery date, although they are unable to give me a new date or time slot. Now I have the inconvenience of having to wait in for who knows how long or miss the actually delivery attempt. The implication of the false tracking details was that the delay was my fault rather than theirs. Obviously to deceive the person using their services into believing that they were at least attempting to meet the service for which they were being paid. Now my delivery will be late due to Yodel issues, and I am being blamed. They need to improve their business to meet promises they make, or admit when they are unable to. What they do not need to do is blame recipients of their deliveries for their incompetence.
My package arrived at Yodel's depot on 22/5. On 23/5 at 1.30pm Yodel's tracking updated to say it was out for delivery. I rearranged my afternoon and waited in for Yodel to arrive. At 3.30 Yodel's website updated the status of my parcel to reflect that Yodel had called at my property but I wasn't there, and that Yodel had left a card.
Except I was at home, nobody from Yodel knocked or buzzed or rang, and there was no card.
Twelve days later, Yodel have still not delivered my parcel. Yodel's tracking shows the parcel status as "in transit" as of 29/5. I have made one phone call to Yodel, had six online chats with Yodel's chat-based "customer service", emailed Yodel's social media escalation team as Yodel requested after I left Yodel a bad review on TrustPilot, and at the request of Yodel's Twitter account, sent Yodel a Twitter DM which Yodel have not answered despite my sending it to Yodel six days ago and chasing it with Yodel once a day since then.
Will be in touch with the Ombudsman. For anyone else considering contact retailadr dot org dot UK slash delivery-couriers

Made i complaint that 4 parcels from america has never arrived and you saying that you guys would look into the case is a lies, i will be another custmers of ours that end up without the parcels and with a bloody sorry right! I am going to make a police report about you guys because will be the obly way of getting some of my money back from ebay! You guys are the worst company at your business! 0 you guys are 0 professionals
Answer: If you do get through you won't get your problem solved. All you get is it has been raised with the depot, but you still don't get your parcel. Don't even bother with contacting the driver they never answer their phone and they never respond to messages.
