Yodel are claiming to have attempted delivery and left a calling card but they haven't. This is the 2nd day this week the same thing has happened. Delivery was due two days ago then again today. I placed another order with another company with delivery for that order also due today unfortunately from Yodel. One of the 2 items was delivered but I received an e-mail for the other item to say delivery was attempted but it was not!
Yodel wrote me, driver left parcel behind the bin,but i didnt find, i was at home all day no one ring the bell

If I know a company uses Yodel to deliver I will not order from them. They seem to make a point of not delivering to the right person or leaving the item in an obviously unsafe place. Everyone I talk to also thinks they are useless.
The courier claimed that my parcel had been delivered and "handed to the customer". I received a text and an email but, when I returned home from work, there was no parcel, no note through the letterbox and none of my neighbours had seen a delivery vehicle. My next door neighbour kindly checked his video doorbell and nobody approached my house for two hours either side of the claimed delivery time. I tried in vain to resolve this problem directly with Yodel and I found barrier after barrier through an inefficient system being overseen by incompetent staff. This is an ongoing situation and the high value important item I expected has still not been delivered.
I wrote all most 30++ emails to ceo helpdesk including all the top notch management team like Mr.Mike Hancox, Ms Samantha Holden and Mr.Andrew Peeler. However no one is of any help at all. They literally misplaced my Mango Parcel and have no clue where it is gone. My hard earned money is involved as those stuffs were purchased from Mango and also charged delivery fee. However it is about to be a month now incompetent thug YODEL never contacted me and after my reoetead chase of 30++ emails it is still without a resolution.
Mr.Mike or his team is least interested to resolve the same. Never trust YODEL as you will be in big trouble.

YODEL is NOT reliable, I had a order from Amazon and the seller used this company. The order from the tracker arrived but I did not receive the parcel. My partner was at home heard the knock at the door, by the time she arrived the driver was coming up the driveway from rear of house and pointed in direction of the bins. He got into his van drove off. In mean time my partner looked over fence into back yard - no parcel, looked into neighbours yard no parcel, looked in and around the bins no parcel and no parcel at door step. YODEL sent a photo of parcel on door step but no parcel there when my partner went out. Ummm where is the parcel. One simple answer to that is the driver after taking the photo removed the parcel and must have taken it himself - stole it is the only conclusion. So if you want your parcel to be delivered do not use YODEL they employ people with sticky fingers and your parcel may very well never arrive or like me disappear after the photo being taken. When a company employs sticky fingered drivers how honest is the CEO of the company?
I would provide zero stars if possible. I ordered a parcel for next day delivery, item was shipped on the 19th and should have arrived by the 20th. Its now the 24th and my parcel hasn't arrived and no new information on when it would be delivered. I have spoke with 3 people on there pathetic web chat. I asked for them to send the parcel back to the sender and was given attitude and cut off, on the 3rd attempt on web chat i was told i would not be returning the parcel that i need to wait more. I had to threaten with the police and trespassing/harrasment charges if they tried to make delivery of the item. I then had to contact the sender of the item and cancel the parcel and request a refund as I now need to go and replace the Christmas presents yodel couldn't deliver on time. I have advised the sender I shall no longer be shopping with them whilst yodel is the only shipping method they offer. These guys need ofgem to come down on them like a ton of bricks. Absolutely horrendous service and nothing but false advertising and then lies if you do speak to custmer service. I will be more vigilant in future and boycott/avoid all retailers who use yodel as there only delivery option.
The driver left my parcel by my front door clearly visible on a busy street, it had been raining all day. The driver specifically ignored the sign saying don't leave parcels outside! The tracking information said "left in a safe place" / front porch, our house does not have a porch, its just a front door, not accessible without the key.
P.s. I emailed their customer service (ceocomplaints), I received a reply today. They didn't even read what I'd written in the email and sent back a generic reply which had nothing to do with the query.
Probably one of the worst couriers in the uk and customer services is dreadful, parcel went missing and got no help at all, not happy
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday the 14th this month. It arrived on Tuesday at the depot and after three days is still there. I have chat with them four times and the answer is the same: there is a delay. Since my parcel arrived to the depot the tracking page shows the following: The delivery date is unavailable at this time.
This is a very bad service.
Lush is the sender but they don't care about the purchases after you pay.
This company is simply appalling. They either don't deliver (steal?) parcels, or throw parcels in buildings - not actually delivering them to the right door in tenement buildings but throwing them in the main door.
I now refuse to order from any company that uses Yodel. Waste of time and money. Not worth it.
Online system doesn't work; when you speak to an advisor they say they can't help as 'the system is down.' Send dishonest emails to say that parcels are left in made up places (e.g. 'in front porch' - I don't have a porch).
Pathetic and stealer delivery service! Their poor underpaid drivers are notorious for stealing the packages and mentioning wrong tracking info on so called online yodel tracking. Their webchat advisors dont even understand english and escalation email service is hell disgusting as they dont hold themselves accountable for not delivering the parcels although tracking says that its been delivered. They hv got language issue somehow as well as they simply copy paste the same emails.
BAN THIS COMPANY FOREVER IN UK please!
We dont want our pricy parcels to be delivered via this pathetic thefty parcel stealing company. Their reviews on social media are self explanatory.

There was no prior information about delivery timing. We were at home though when it arrived. The driver rang the Block buzzer for access to the 4 storey block and we confirmed the parcel was for us. He did not reply. After some time he had not appeared at the flat door so we checked from the balcony. He ignored our calling to him, went to a recycling bin and dumped something, then got back in his plain white van (he was wearing a yellow Yodel vest) and drove away.
We managed to get downstairs in time to recover the parcel that had been left, without a word, a note or anything in the public area by the open outer front door of the Block. Anyone could have taken it. Luckily, we were able to locate and recover it.
I contacted Yodel on webchat. The operative was very slow, very unhelpful and basically shrugged me off. I asked to whom I could write to complain. He replied 'Abbie'. I asked him for an email address. He gave me my email address. I pointed this out and asked for an email address of someone in his company. He did not answer. I prompted him several times asking if he was still there, why he was not answering (all very politely) and he just closed the conversation without a further word. I had been making screenshots of all the conversation (including the record of him closing the conversation without replying) and still have that saved: just as well as the option to have the conversation emailed to me did not work (I have a copy of that pop-up as well)
This is a repeat of every previous very poor service their company has given over the years. They are simply useless in terms of final delivery - it seems their weakness is their use of casual contract staff to drop off the parcels at the destination: always in private unmarked vehicles, always sloppy, always too lazy to actually make the delivery. And their webchat service is also very poor. The operatives are slow, seem uninformed and designed solely to get rid of people without giving any helpful information or taking any real action. They also, apparently, think it is OK to keep someone hanging on, not answer and then close the conversation. By my measure of customer service, that is plain rude as well as extremely unhelpful.

Most of the review on there are fake 5stars. Absolute up and down, Back and forth, no communication, app doesn't know what's happening nor do the drivers or the company. Lies more lies and more lies. 5th at depot 6th attempted delivery! Odd when we were there all day, nothing was attentes or delivered. 8th query told would be the 9th and o should download the app, so did, updated address, Neighbourg's, safe place, description etc. then told it would be the 10th, On 12 more chat, kept Logging me out, then eventually told to wait a bit linger the 4.30pm on 12th sent back to dépit because property wasn't accessible on the 6th! Whoa! We had a house, we leave there we have post and delivery daily. Nu yodel can't find access to the property! No one is available to chat on the phone and if you query them to much the shut the chat down. Useless company Do not use at any cost!
Even my dream delivered my parcel in a week after expected date, but yodel still doesn't. Tracking page stoned in the same position as 7 days ago. I was supposed to write by my own and ask what's going on. They just asked "local depot is overloaded, please wait", but i think if you can't manage in a whole WEEK, then your company took too much for it's teeth! Hope it will arrive this new week...

They are thieves! Every single one of them are conspired to steal your parcel! The driver didnt even ring my doorbell and said he "delivered" the parcel, when i asked them to produced proof they couldnt, only citing gps location as proof? Wtf? Getting in touch with them is uselessly as they are all scammers in cohorts! Getting in touch with uniqlo is also useless as they are all together in this cesspool! They are all thieves and will continue to steal from u!
Not sure where Yodel have delivered my parcel - they say it's been delivered but it's not been delivered to me or to any of my neighbours. I did not receive the promised two hour delivery slot email either. Used webchat to find out what was going on only for Lekhika to tell me that the delivery slot had been emailed to an email address that very definitely isn't mine! So now I've been provided with someone else's personal email address and I've no idea where my parcel is? Yodel said the parcel arrived earlier than expected so delivery was attempted 24 hours earlier than promised but who knows who the Yodel driver has given my parcel to! Lekhika then terminated the webcat without answering my questions!
Literally do not buy from companies that use yodel anymore!
In the past year I've had 5x deliveries from yodel and had problems with 4 of them!
Why are they so bad? Why do companies still use them? How are they still in business?!?!
I can't explain how horrific my experience has been with this "delivery" company and I'm trying to find out how to take it further if anyone can help, I've not gone into work today as I was expecting my parcel and waited for it all day checking the tracker which is awful to use, then early evening I seen on the app the driver missed me and left me a "calling card", the only way to find out what's going on is to use the Webchat which in all honesty is useless, it's like talking to someone who is just copy and pasting random messages off a word document, the encrypted message that I could make top and tail of is that they have lost it and to take a refund off the seller or it might come 2/3 days time, who knows…. Does anyone know how to take this further or where the depots are in the midlands so I can collect as they obviously don't deliver anything looking from all the reviews
Answer: If you do get through you won't get your problem solved. All you get is it has been raised with the depot, but you still don't get your parcel. Don't even bother with contacting the driver they never answer their phone and they never respond to messages.
