The planning of our kitchen by wren was by far the best, having tried others such as B&Q, wicks etc. it was great to be able to go into a show room and pick your appliances and to see how some of the cupboards with extra features etc worked. The 3D headsets really gave a felling of what your finished kitchen would look like.
Quality really good, our kitchen is now installed and we love it. We had our own Kitchen fitter, Matt, who was brilliant, so can't comment on Wrens fitting service.
Everything was delivered very efficiently and respectfully of our home. The Wren App makes it easy to order replacements if there are any issues during fitting, but ours was just a door, which was promptly delivered.
Price was comparable, and when I consider the quality of kitchen with built in appliances we got for our money it was better value for money than competitors.

An easy experience from start to finish. Surveyor called within days of first visiting the store. We were lucky to have Jay at the Swansea store to design the layout based on our ideas. Jay really knew the Wren range, listened to what we wanted and recommended an appliance layout, that works works really well. We left the store after our initial meeting with a 3D model of our kitchen that we checked at home and after a few minor modifications we were ready to place the order. We took advantage of the interest free payment plan which really helped with the budget. Great kitchen and very friendly, helpful staff.

From start to finish, totally stress free. Our designer Jay in Swansea was very professional all through the planning, very knowledgeable of the products and friendly and always able to set our minds to rest with queries. Our installer said the Wren kitchen went in to plan with no mods required. Been using it for a couple of months and the layout of the appliances as design in first class for our needs. One comment is the sink we selected looks great but could do with a raised edge to stop water running on to the worktop when washing dishes otherwise love it

Our builder recommended we use you. We were thinking of going with Howdens, whose quality is good, but their range is currently not my taste. We were really pleased with the service we got from Jon in Bristol. The selection was excellent and he didn't rush us. Most importantly, the Bristol store allowed us to bring our dog in. That meant a lot to us as we don't live in Bristol and we would have been unable to visit Wren as we couldn't have left him that long.
Once we were sure we had the final design, the delivery was arranged very efficiently even though we changed both the date and location for the delivery. Installation went very smoothly. There was a slight mark on one of the doors, and this was replaced promptly and with no fuss. We really appreciated this.
The kitchen is exactly as we designed with Jon and we are very pleased. We feel we got value for money and we were happy that we make use of the Wren zero-interest finance deal.
The kitchen is now a fantastic space. Everyone who sees it, thinks it looks wonderful. So it has been easy to recommend Wren! We are very happy with the design and actually wouldn't change any element of it.

I found through Wrens you get an excellent service from design to delivery, they were very professional from the start. Accommodating the changes in my design and once the order was place they were extremely helpful in store going through options. Making changes was seamless and the price I was given was the best price out there so very competitive. I will definitely buy a kitchen from them again

From first visiting the showroom, to the finished result has been stress free. All communication with Wrens has been very easy. They get back very quickly to resolve any issues. Delivery was on time, all items present. We used our own fitters that found the process simple to follow. I would definitely recommend Wrens, just wish they did bathrooms too.

We knew exactly what we wanted so the design and order was done quickly, I found the online checking and cutting lists easy to access and sign off. The delivery was professionally done with all items delivered and in good condition. We had fitted a wren kitchen before so knew what to except though there were a couple of things we had to check on line. Utility looks smart happy
