Our experience with Wren, from visiting our local store to choose the kitchen, placing the ordering and delivery, was all really quick and efficient. Everything was great and we had no issues or problems. We didn't use their fitting service for the kitchen units as we fitted them ourselves. The quartz worktop was delivered and fitted a week later. The guys who brought and fitted the worktops were really quick and efficient too.

From the very start I felt at ease with my kitchen planner (Steve) He listened to my suggestions and even shared ideas he had. He was very helpful and after I stated I wouldn't want too different colors of cupboard Steve was very professional and did a design with two colours of door which I instantly loved and chose. I never ever dreamed I would have a quartz worktop in this house as I knew how expensive it could be but the price was really good and even came with the boiling tap. It is so good not having to boil a kettle. XXXX

We were on a tight budget, and very nervous about making the decision to upgrade our 40 year old kitchen! Although we visited other show rooms, Wren made us feel so relaxed, listened to, and they completely understood the assignment!

They worked with us every step of the way, delivering great quality kitchen units (which we installed with external builders).

We absolutely love our kitchen now, such a pleasure to spend time in it! Quality and service all were great, we fit into our budget perfectly and even upgraded a few things we didn't think we would get.

I was very skeptics after hearing stories about Wren. However I went into the store. We were served by a lovely assistant who did her absolute best to help us. She knew exactly what was in my mind and put it on computer. It is a home office effect we went with. Top if the range on camel I adore everything. The date was set for delivery the product came well packaged and my own joiner fitted it all I am completely in love with it and wish to thank Iza from the Aberdeen branch for all her professional help. She made our experience perfect. Well worth every penny.i will recommend to everyone x thank you.

From the outset we were very impressed by Wren. James was wonderful when helping us select the right kitchen and came on more than one occasion to ensure the measurements were correct. Delivery was seamless and the finished kitchen looks fantastic!

It is difficult for me to understand how you continue to push a false narrative, when there is documented proof of the failures of Wren. You continue to change the story so it appears that Wren has no accountability. You should go back and read some of the reviews about the poor service of your organization.

It is also unfathonable that there is no escalation process and a customer service manager is the end of the road. It is also disappointing that Mr. Pullan cowards away from addressing any of this.

Let me be candid, you are the most rigid non-customer centric egotistical company rep that I have ever dealt with. You may think your responses are well thought out and not disparaging, insulting and patronizing, you are wrong.

Rest assured that you have accomplished your goal of providing inferior customer service and leaving another customer searching for a resolution.

As I said before you have a great product, however your inferior customer service overshadows all of that.

As you purposely do not provide your direct email and hide behind a generic support email, I will take the opportunity to let those that read this that Wren is not a place that you should take pride in as your employer. You all are better than what De'Shon and Mark Pullan have demonstrated.

Another dissatisfied custom

Wren Kitchens' customer service is absolutely terrible. I had to create an account just to let people know, their product may or may not be of an acceptable standard, but in terms of service to the customer? I had to vote 1 start which is too much. Please avoid this company.

From start to finish Wren were really helpful. The design stage was great, any changes we made were all dealt with. The delivery was spot on, even the flooring which came from another company arrived exactly on time.
We had quartz tops, expensive compared to alternatives but worth it in my opinion. The measuring and fitting of these tops also went like a dream, they delivered ahead of schedule.
The quality of the units is very good.
To cap it all the 0% finance deal really made it worth doing, I would certainly recommend Wren based on my experience with them.

My local Wren store at Stockton on Tees understood my requirements, advised and designed as per my request. Numerous changes to the design, types and colours etc was made during the weeks thereafter
Before finally committing to the design, arranged my preferred in house installation team, dates and took advantage of the interest free finance options. Installation went to plan without on hitches including the Quartz Worktops. Would recommend Wren Kitchen as a preferred supplier
