Wren went above and beyond to meet our expectations, from the first casual roam in the showroom months before we started working on the design to the customer service after installation! Couldn't be happier with the quality of the service and the kitchen! Specifically thankful to Nathan from the Derby branch who welcomed us months before we started the project and remembered our plans once we began our journey - he truly went the extra mile to get our dream kitchen done.
I have had the cabinets for 3 yrs. Now they are coming unglued at the bottom of the cabinets.I have to say I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. It took months to get the cabinets in and right. And now they are falling apart. Very disappointed and unhappy.
From going into store to receiving kitchen everything was smooth
I wasnt pushed into anything with lovely staff member.Delivery was on time and got a reasonable price for all that i wanted and the measuring up happened the same day i went to look.

Easy to choose the kitchen i wanted within my budget with no pressure to buy what i didnt need
They came and measured up the same day and everything sorted quickly.
Everything in the order cant fault
Wren made the whole process of selecting and ordering our kitchen very easy. Staff were helpful and polite with nothing being too much trouble. Being able to view the kitchen in 3D was also very useful.
When the kitchen was delivered a couple of the doors were the wrong colour but a quick phone call and new doors were sent out.
The finish of the kitchen is of a good quality and overall we are very pleased.

From design to outcome the process and support have been outstanding. At all stages information has been easy to access and regularly kept informed. The delivery alone was not simply a date but down to emails, texts and telephone calls to ensure that the date and time was adhered to. Customer services and replacements for any damaged parts were prompt and every attempt made to keep these on target. Both on line and telephone service excellent. There were only 4 damaged parts, no questioning over replacement parts. Quality of the kitchen is excellent. Definitely impressive.

Excellent extensive showroom at Southampton with a great atmosphere.
Very knowledgable genuine staff who really did help me every step of the way, from designing and tweaking to aftercare. They demonstrated patience and were very supportive. I felt listened to and my questions were fully answered.

We visited a few different kitchen shops including wren. Decided to go with them as the design experience was excellent and thankfully the delivery of the kitchen was spot on. There were a few doors that had marks but they were replaced within 24 hours.

Excellent design service with Reece at Fort Kinnaird.Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery of our kitchen was excellent with time taken to store it carefully to give us maximum space to move around.Whole kitchen fitting took 3 days including removal of old appliances and units and inconvenience of water and electricity switched off was minimal.Lee our fitter and his team were punctual and made sure to tidy after themselves.Delighted with our new kitchen
