We had brilliant service and advice whilst choosing our kitchen. Alex was very patient and helpful. We absolutely love our new kitchen and wished we had changed it sooner! Brilliant job! We did have a private installer.

A well thoughtout design using good quality pre assembled components. The kit contained everything except the wall fixing screws (as expected) and a comprehensive set of instructions enabling the units to be installed easily and very quickly. The bosch hob/oven appliances were remarkable value for money, easy to install and offer amazing energy effficiency. Very impressed, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wren.

From start to finish, Wren has gone above and beyond. Our designer was brilliant, gave us ideas and listened to what we wanted. When delivery came, we did have a couple damaged doors. However, we called Wren and they delivered them the following day.

Generally happy with my experience. Pre and post sale customer service was great. One thing down was the appliances CDA which where supplied with the kitchen are not as good as we expected, a few issues have been seen in them.

TERRIBLE customer service. Grade F
One star is too many stars. I dealt with 3 reps, while 2 just were flat out incompetant, the 3rd was a condescending jerk. The 1st install team out of NY were bad, they deliberately hid flaws, left shims behind cabinets that weren't flush to the wall, were messy with the detail work, and hurried their way out on the 2nd day. Photos attached to show just some of the shoddy work they did. After getting the 1st set of replacement parts, they sent a 2nd install company (who were Awesome both professionally and with their outstanding customer service - CE Solutions A+) who fixed the original issues and then discovered more shoddy work. The entire countertop had to be replaced it had been installed so badly. After receiving more product to fix the new issues, I got ghosted by my "personal customer service rep" and it has been one runaround after another. I have a "lifetime warranty" from Wren which feels laughable at this point, I don't trust them to be reliable. I'm supposed to be getting a $299 rebate check from Wren which I'm not holding my breath for. Things looked so promising in the beginning and ended up to be a mess. I do not recommend Wren at all and that is sad because I always want and root for a local company to succeed in business.

Ordered a brochure online, didn't arrive, staff member rang for a follow up and to see if we were interested in booking an appointment. Was sent another brochure, which was promised with the next few days. Opened mail from Wren only to find it contained a 100 pack of clear punch pockets, doesn't give you any confidence with a new kitchen if they cannot even get the brochure right.

We have had a kitchen sent to us, as part of our 20 year warranty, the kitchen we have been supplied with is different to what we have already installed and the J-Pull is considerably smaller. This has made it hard for us to open the cupboards as the handle is alot smaller and elder family members are struggling to use this.
Wren have offered us £145 towards handles! Who wants to put handles on a handle less kitchen? It makes no sense. Because we said no to this, they are then telling us we will then need to pay for new doors, which they want £724 for. Which is alot of money for doors that we don't even like, the only reason they have been offered is because they are of the same colour - other than this, they have offered us a kitchen of another range and we would be expected to pay for this as well.
I don't feel like this is reasonable that we are being asked to fork out for a new kitchen when this is something that is beyond our control,

From the moment we walked in the Newington CT location, to the design team, the delivery team and the customer support team, Andrew in particular, our experience has been positive.
The cabinets are beautiful and the after customer care is outstanding.

Wren Kitchen not supportive at all, they took measurement wrong, if we want to replace because of that wrong measurement. We have to pay extra to buy a adjusted unit.
No where they will tell you before signing a contract, that you should personally measure your wall. But they will bounce back to you and say " you signed the contract no way we will replace it, instead you buy it."
No proper soft close hinges in corner wall unit, missed deliveries in specified unit, you have to wait until the unit arrives. Pay extra money from our pocket to the fitter, due to their irresponsible behaviour by designers.
In most cases the service gap for WM won't be enough, Wren provides minimum gap.

A horrible company whose unprofessional managers and customer care would not process refund! If I could give -10 stars, I would!
I was excited to start my kitchen cabinet project with Wren Kitchen until deposits was charged twice! I called Lawrenceville store in Mercer Mall, NJ. For a refund. John told me that he will text Connor in finance to contact me. I had to follow up with customer care the next day after no one reached out. Connor in finance finally returned my call but didn't process refund until 7 days later. The only reason he did it was because he was hoping I would proceed to sign the contract. Rebecca Danberry, showroom design manager, called to give me the story that the company had difficulties issuing the refund! Really! Why wasn't I informed? I called customer care to ask the reasons for the delay. Instead of empathizing with the double charges, I was told "what are you hoping to get out of this and there is no Connor here. You spoke with Cesar!" This was a lie! I have attached screenshots of my texts with Michael Martinez, a new designer who clearly named Connor was responsible for the refund. I know and remembered whom I spoke with! I completely understand mistakes can happen but admit it.
After this difficult experience, I decided not to invest with this company because of a lack of communication and no support from the managers. I told Rebecca on Sunday 2/20, who agreed to a full deposit refund. As of today, 3/8, I still have not received it. Rebecca told me on 2/27 she personally issued but Jason from customer care contradicted by telling me yesterday that no one can issue refund only they can. Furthermore, he said because of system glitch, I can only get 50% of the refund in a company check and the remaining to my credit card. I paid by Visa card which Wren had no problems charging not only once but twice. In order to receive a refund, I must wait at their mercy. Credit card refund will require additional 3-5 business days and check will receive in weeks! This entire experience is horrible! If anyone is looking for great customer service, this is not the company from my personal experience. I will continue to write reviews and contact local tv stations until my credit card is refunded!

Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
