Despite a hiccup with the designer and first assigned fitter at the beginning, the rest of the process went really well. Excellent fitter, Neil, and really pleased with both the quality and design of the kitchen, and the aftercare.

Wren were excellent from the point of measuring up - to final installation. Was great fun selecting kitchen and seeing how it would look on the planners 3D PC in store. My old kitchen was dismantled and taken away. Schedule of work was discussed and arranged as per my availability. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend WREN kitchens

Since we finished our kitchen install and noticed pieces were missing we have found it almost impossible to get a reply or update on missing parts. Extremely disappointed with the service given after paying for everything. They don't seem to care now money has changed hands. Won't use again or recommend to anyone.

I have no hesitation in acknowledging that my 'new' Wren kitchen IS excellent...!
Despite a few hiccups in design and item selection...especially the Neff cooker, which was satisfactorily resolved - the completed work was to a very high standard.
This was significantly due to the fitter - Dane of Kitchen Craft - whose skills and performance were of the highest order.
In consequence, therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending Wren kitchens.
It is a disappointment to note that I still have not received the £25 for my 'end of contract' report.
