Brilliant job from planning to fitting everything fitted perfect after the measure the bedroom came on the exact date as they said it would and I had something damaged and they replaced it straight away no issues

From March 2024 wren have been great! Sonata was so patient with us. I was almost back monthly changing the colour, design, Matt, gloss, adding more, taking away. Never once did I feel that she was fed up. We finally completed and had it delivered in October 24. My husband was fitting it and apart from the base boards we are now nearly done!

The designer in the Colchester branch advised us on the layout of our new kitchen and suggested optional extras that 'made' the kitchen although there was no hard sell of the extra items at all. Our order was delivered on time and professionally unloaded and stacked neatly. The installation instructions were clear and concise. The finished kitchen feels and looks to be of very good quality and we're glad we opted to purchase from Wren.

From planning with Andy to fitting everything went smoothly. Picked my own delivery day. One large cupboard didn't fit through the door - no problem - the fab delivery guys took it back and arranged for a flat pack to be delivered instead. Arrived a few days later. Can't fault anything. Even rang me to check everything was OK.

Really glad we picked Wren for our new kitchen. It was great to see it all mapped out with their 3d setup and they kept in touch throughout the process. Our delivery date was a few months in the future due to building work which wasn't a problem at all. The units arrived prebuilt and our builders provided with all the plans and layouts they needed. The quality is excellent and really pleased with the finished design and layout.

We were sceptical about ordering from Wren when comparing their prices with other manufacturers but what a pleasant surprise. The Wren designer came up with some novel ideas, the ordering and delivery processes were painless and our kitchen fitter said how how well made the units were and how easy it was to fit.
Our only slight gripe was that there were small imperfections on a couple of the doors when we removed the protective film but these were replaced without questions within 7 days.

Seamless service. You don't buy kitchens everyday so to experience a seamless service was a surprise (and relief). It was easy to visit a showroom, make an appointment, speak to the showroom, coordinate delivery, have a two man delivery team; it's been well thought through and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. There were some minor issues that customer services cleared up but if I was really picky, I'd say the email customer service was weakest link in chain. That said, it's still a great service overall and if I'd really had a problem I'd have gone to the showroom; well done operations!

I got my fitted bedroom from Wren. The quality of the wardrobes is fantastic, the chest of drawers and bedside tables came already built up and most importantly the price was great. The Wren delivery team unloaded the boxes in a very specific and exact order for the fitter to access every piece in a distinct order and simplify the build process. I am planning to do another bedroom soon. If the build quality of the kitchens are as good as the bedroom furniture then I will definitely be looking at buying a kitchen in the next year or so. Great build quality and great price made for an altogether great experience.
