We went to a large diy store to buy our new kitchen and found that even the most basic units were more than double the price we expected. We then spotted Wren Kitchens across the car park and decided to have a look. Immediately we thought this shop was too luxurious for us but had a wander round anyway. A sales rep came up to us and asked if we required assistance s we showed him our rough sketch of our design and he took us to his desk and first offered us a drink. We went through the designs with him and settled on the units that we liked. The whole process took about 15 - 20 minutes and the quote knocked us back. It was less than half of the cost quoted by the diy store and for top quality units. Delivery was promised on a date a few weeks ahead and arrived exactly on the day and time specified. The units were well packed and easy to assemble. We now have a beautiful new luxury kitchen. Thank you Wren.

We looked around at all the major kitchen supply companies.
Wren just seemed to have so much more choice and options for us to fully customise what we wanted. Order prices was easy and delivered without any issues a few weeks later.
It's now fully installed and looks amazing.

Overall our experience from start to finish was very positive and we would have given a five star review apart from the following issues. These were in regards to the fitting of the kitchen and they should have been planned in from the outset. Metal strips were required to be fitted along the edge of the worktop next to the gas hob. Our independent gas fitter pointed this out and my husband had to source some strips so they could be fitted in order for our gas safe engineer to pass the installation of our gas cooker. A cabinet had also been planned into the design of the kitchen to house the wall mounted gas boiler. This did not meet the standard required for the appliance. The kitchen fitter adjusted the cabinet.

We were unsure on what we wanted and how it would look, but after our consultation with the designer we were able to get a lot more fitted into our kitchen than we thought,

Once our kitchen was being fitted we had a few a few items that were missing, and we were short of. When we contacted customer service they were very helpful and got us the missing part as soon as they were able to.

We spent lots of time shopping around different companies for our new kitchen- but we are so glad we chose Wren in the end. The customer service from the measuring up process, to the design appointment and then delivery (and everything else along the way) was second to none. I'd recommend downloading the app too- very helpful to track the progress. The kitchen itself is fab quality and looks great! Couldn't recommend them more.

WREN Kitchens exceeded my expectations.
I ordered my new kitchen from Wren kitchens in Erdington. I also had it fitted by there approved kitchen fitter Lukasz.
I ordered the whole kitchen including kitchen sink, taps, cooker, oven, gas hob, extracter hood and Splash back. They sent a man to measure up. Then I went to pick the kitchen in store no hard sell. I picked what I liked and the kitchen designer John Fox was very helpful in store he showed me the options and I was able to ask lots of questions. Delivery date arrived kitchen was delivered only 1 minor part was damaged but the kitchen fitter Lukasz emailed them and the part was delivered within 2days. Lukasz was very good extremely professional and super organised. He arrived at 8am and started work he arranged the gas safe engineer to be on sight to remove gas cooker and also on completion date to check and reconnect the new cooker. I am extremely happy with my new kitchen and can't really fault the process from start to finish was very smooth from ordering to delivery to fitting. Wren kitchens communication through out was great and was always kept informed what was happening when things where going to be delivered and if any issues who to contact.
I would recommend Wren as having a kitchen is a major purchase and needs to be done right.
