From our first showroom visit staff were very helpful and assisted in realising our ideal kitchen. Staff were helpful and courteous. From placing the order until completion of the project were were kept fully informed. The delivery and installation were made according to the timetable we were given. Installation went smoothly and efficiently. The team were helpful and worked with us to ensure all went well including our use of the kitchen.

My experience with wren from our agent to delivery was very professional and done in a timely manner. Our agent Sandra listened to us and was very professional and polite and when we wasn't sure helped us make a decision. The delivery team were very professional and delivered our kitchen carefully and were also polite. I needed 2 doors replacing which was easy to do and were delivered quickly. An overall good experience.

Everything went more smoothly than I dared hope with the fitting of my new kitchen. It seemed like such a big and complicated job, I was sure things would go wrong! No need to worry! Everything arrived as ordered and Anthony the fitter was a star!

After some months looking at various options we decided to use wren for our new kitchen.
I wanted something slightly different, the kitchen planner ( Carl) was so patient and understanding listening to our likes and dislikes. The result was a beautiful kitchen that "fits our needs" at a very reasonable price. A few small problems with items after delivery,were resolved immediately without fuss.
There is also the option of interest free credit if needed. 100% recommended

Our second Wren order, this time for a new utility room. Both orders have been worthy of 5 stars. What was new this time was the fully stocked mobile showroom which meant we didn't need to go in to the shop in town, at any stage. The measuring device was precise and the design perfect for our space and needs. The installer (Dane) was simply brilliant. Our new room is perfect. Thanks

My Brother in Law ownes 2 cottages in Normandy and the larger one has been completely gutted and refitted except for the kitchen which had been gutted but was without any units. I travelled out to the cottage and measured up the free space available taking into account electrical points and water supplies and drainage. Returning back to Yorkshire I went to three separate kitchen companies and discussed their ranges, design layout, price and availability as a set of flatpacks. Wren won the competition for our supply on the basics of price, layout, delivery time and Wren's ability to deliver in Essex from where we would transport the units to France. The units where delivered on-time and the delivery team gave great assistance in transfering the goods to our van. Wren also have very good online assembly instructions and comprehensive back-up assistance if required.
We found that Wren gave first class service throughout all phases of the design and delivery with great communications and an excellent price. Thank you Wren.
