From start to finish, the experience we had with Wren was easy and completely satisfactory. From our first visit, we were treated amazingly and the professional staff were awesome. We were given lots of choice and the designer helped us make the right decisions. Even the delivery team were polite and respectful. Having decided to source our kitchen from Wren in Tamworth the account manager completed the detailed drawings. He then confirmed the drawings by a home visit. The kitchen units were prebuilt and delivered as per the schedule. The fitter took 4 days to complete the installation. Damages were quickly replaced by Wren which was excellent from a fitting perspective.
Wren prices are competitive with discounts offered through the process.

From start to finish the process of buying our kitchen from Wren has been fantastic.
We purchased our kitchen from Aintree and our designer Andrew was a professional from start to finish.
Following the design phase, delivery went seamlessly and although there have been a few slight errors we have been very impressed with the customer service team and their ability to react and respond in such an efficient and friendly manner.

The whole process was very straightforward and friendly. From entering the showroom to the final screw being turned. The ordering process was easy, we looked around the showroom and took advice from a member of staff, they produced an initial design and followed up with accurate measuring and a final design. We were able to redesign and tweak to our heart's content. Once ordered we booked in a fitting and the whole thing was completed within 8 weeks. Wren kept us informed of progress at every point and followed up after fitting too. Very happy with the service we received.

All the units are well made and absolutely all in tact so fitting them was no hassle at all, the designer did a spot on job and Chris in the showrooms help was beyond reproach, all in all I would definitely recommend wrens to anyone
