This company does not value it's customers, I would suggest patronizing ANY other company other than wowfare.

Just a reminder to everyone. Stay away from Wowfare. This BS travel agency will not refund you a ticket if the airline cancels or even terminate the route. They sold me a ticket for a route terminated 6 months before I purchased the ticket. The airline told us we don't serve this route anymore and terminated it 6 months ago. I lost $3200. And paid $4200 for a return ticket thru Priceline. Guess what Wowfare told me. Pay $500, and we will open a case for a refund. Brothers and sisters, don't take the RISK, especially if you are traveling with kids. It's too risky to get stuck in the middle of nowhere like I did happen to us.

Mario ensured that the reservation process went as smoothly as possible. He took the time to explain a lot of things regarding the trip, luggage, and limits, as well as give me a few flying tips, which I appreciate.

When I booked the flight I asked them since booking was happening over the phone they told me " if you have any problem regarding your flight just call us and we will help you" it is all liesss. When you have a problem they just want to ripped you off more! Stay a way from this company. Go pay more with the airline directly but do not mess with this company
