Merito was professional in helping me get a flight and explained every inconvenience involved in this trip. While we had two different bookings he made sure the 5 of us will get in on the same flight. The flight is yet to happen so I hope all goes well.

Service from Clive took several hours. He had to all me back twice. Then said he could not help and I would have to buy tickets again and discard the ones I already paid for. Kept interrupting me. Then told me the best seats I could get were in the 34th row. I did not ask him to get me assigned seats and charged me $176.96 for assigned seats. Maxwell did the same thing with the tickets I had to discard. I called back after i realized they charged almost $200 each time I made a reservation totaling $353.92 to "assign" me seats and I did not ask them to do so. I requested a call back twice and they never called me back. I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the regulatory agency for fraud and misrepresentation. BIG MISTAKE...I was swindled and given terrible customer service from Clive.

I purchased 2 tickets gave my credit card information and everything was done it was for $2865 then while I'm waiting for the confirmation after 30min my credit card was charged $3863 I called and canceled then I have been told it takes 2 to 4 weeks business days to get the credit I was a return customer but after this terrible experience I will never go to WOW FARE sight again
