I recently upgraded my video editing suite to Wondershare UniConverter. This is a terrific piece of software and takes advantage of the computing power of my 9 core Imac to convert video really fast. One of the features is screen recording which I had difficulty allowing my Imac to access my microphone and this feature. I contacted customer service and arranged for them to remotely examine my Imac and within 1/2 hour, they had corrected the accessibility. Their service was definitely above and beyond and I highly recommend this software and company. I have other Wondershare products, but this is my favorite.
I was looking software which would assist us with mind mapping and mapping some of our corporate processes. Edraw seemed to fit the bill. I went on the website, saw that it had a desktop and online version and made the purchase. Much to my dismay, I learned that the online edition was not included my purchase. It was just the desktop version. I don't think anyone would have assumed the online version wasn't built into the pricing based on the website text. I found this to be very misleading. I approached the company for a refund and was promptly refused.
The technical help was great. Very thorough help. Thx. I had trouble transferring files between iOS and android phones. There was some hidden an unique android features that was not reflected in the dr. fone screen. This should be updated to the one given to me during trouble shoot.
I need help with some purchase that I made and I didn't know why I can't use it! So I ask for help and they helped me with everything I need it to solve it!
I've been using Filmora for a few months now. It's user friendly and just what I needed as a beginner editor. I've been really happy with everything. Customer service is great too. They're quick to help!

I had to clone/transfer my old phone to my new one. I did a search for what others were recommending and Wondershare Dr. Fone came up on multiple sites. I downloaded the free version, it immediately recognized both of my phones plugged into the PC and then completed the task in no time. I highly recommend this product!

I used the app to transfer my WhatsApp msg from Android to iPhone, I initially got problems with the app as WhatsApp was constantly crashing. Contacting Wondershare support, they were very responsive and took care of the problem with dedication until resolution.

I was looking to get a new version of the Edraw Max software I had bought back in 2016. I had a lifetime license, but could not navigate through the site to get to the point in which I could get the upgrade. They were able to find the details of my purchase very quickly, provide the solution and lead me to the place in the website where I would be able to get the upgrade. No protracted exchanges. No empty words. Extremely helpful and efficient. I am very grateful about the service.
I bought their product and it didn't work for me. I explained to them and requested for a refund. They were very patient in understanding the problem and guiding me through it. In the end when there was no conclusion to the problem, they acceded to my request for refund
I contacted customer service regarding timestamps using Wondershare Uniconverter. Coco messaged and assisted me. He/She was not able to resolve my issue, but they did say they'd contact the developer team to assist. I said thank you, but honestly wasn't expecting a reply. When I got a reply a day or so later I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks to Coco and the dev team at Wondershare, my issue is resolved and my work efficiency has insanely increased!
