Purchased their PDF editing software. Navigated to their download web page which my F-Secure virus software blocked. Immediately contacted Wondershare requesting a refund. They refused and pointed me to their refund policy page. What a joke that is. Contacted Visa to request assistance with a refund. They investigated but refused to help stating that it was my problem that F-Secure blocked the web page. Marvelous! Now out $80+.

I had one year subscription for dr fone that did NOT work to recover my android phone and resulted in serious software damage and voiding phone warranty. Tried to cancel vicious cycle of AUTO RENEW and charging my account for this unsubscribed software. I advise everyone to read the reviews and stay away from this scam company. This should be the last option to subscribe to any service from this company. Their customer service is very poor and usually with the same reply repeatedly (sorry we did not find a solution). I am wondering how some people rate them with 3-4 stars. Anyway their modus operandi is repeated unauthorized RENEWAL of subscription and that is the ONLY way for their survival. I'll never recommend this DR FONE TOOLKIT software to any body.

Wondershare Filmora is a fraud, they will never give you back the money, even if requested instantly after purchase. The "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" is a total scam. Beware!

You don't even want to know the back and forth I had to go through with this company. Their 30 day free slideshow builder is a lie. Once you finish making it and save it, it has slashes / marks all over it. So you cannot technically make it without it having marks, unless you pay them. They only email. No phone number. Based in China. Their customer service is disrespectful and undermine your intelligence. They will repeat unnecessary info., and they will not address your complaint directly. Extremely frustrating. Had to deal with it for 3 weeks, non-stop. I had to eventually put a stop payment which was annoying as well.

Their sales tactics are shady and slimy. They advertise that the combine function for their pdf product is free, taking the time of the interested party and then they do NOT allow use without a watermark. Borderline con. I bought their product because I am desperate for the function to meet a deadline... now I have to wait 30 minutes for the watermark to come off the document. I am angry and would NEVER recommend their product to anyone, no matter how good the function. Then I tried to provide feedback to the product manager and the submit button did not work. Classic. They are not wonderful. They are awful.

I wish I had done more research before buying online from Wondershare. The software is useless and does not do anything they say it will. It used Windows functions masked with fake "progress" windows. They will not refund your money, but will claim it is your fault, and only offer you more useless software. Anytime you see 5 stars for this company, it is a fake review from their own people (just check out their website --- no one gets only 5-star reviews!).

Symptoms;
Application "DVD Creator" makes improper contents.( rubbish discs)
Any function buttons does not work on both dvd-player and dvd-drive where burned
Play the movie just 3 minutes and fleezed on both player and drive.

Conditions;
Online purchased on wondershare site.( payment; credit card)
( any time; burn step on the application has completed... seems properly)
No error messages appear.

No compatibility lists( dvd player, disc manufacturer) on wondershare site.
( this is entirely suspected)

In their 3rd reply, wondershare specify... in some cases, the refuse is possible...
But wondershare offers strange compensations( above 4, 5, 6, 7) and made waist of time
To exceed the money-back garantee.
( this matter is obvious faulty application)

Preventive action to the consumers;
Principally, think logically and prepare the evidences/results
( failure discs, failure captures, e-mail log).

A. try seller's proper suggestion( 1,2) several time
B. Not to agree with their useless compensation( 4, 5, 6)
C. Not to agree with their false treatment( 7)
D. Demand them explicitly the refund
E. Imply accusing BBB, possibilities to conflict the consumer's protection ACT( FTC)...
As the SCAM/FRAUD case
