I use PDF Element Pro primarily to generate catalogs of digital photos. It is a very powerful tool and just perfect for my needs as it allows caption and other information to be added to the photos.

I recently had to change my email address which customer service handled very quickly with no hassle.

Highly recommend the product and follow on service

I had a 5 page document with 60 lines of data on each page. I needed to turn it into an excel spreadsheet where I could edit the data. Wondershare did the job! So easy and saved me so much time! Definitely recommend this product! So worth the money to convert the PDF into excel and then use the OCR function. Thank you Wondershare for a great product! Sandra (Happy Customer)!

I recently bought a new laptop and was having a bit of trouble loading my PDF Wondershare onto it. Customer service were really helpful and now my favourite PDF editing software is fully loaded and operational! Would highly recommend this product

Awesome product range, awesome support. This range of products offers a way above what other competitors are offering. An upgrade request for the future, make pdf and eps files for importing an available feature. With this feature the user can edit materials sent from for example a web-designer, graphic designer etc. You have a very smart product development team who can make this happen.

Today I had interacted with Amanda on some queries. She was amazed. She had solved each and every query of mine with complete focus. Amanda with Wondershare helped me understand the state of a file I need opened from a company that no longer exists and which I didn't have the foresight to save on my machine.

It was also very nice they sent a follow up email with the whole transcript of our chat. That seems quite transparent and legit and I've not seen other companies do that. Usually just goes into some corporate black hole you don't have access to.

The person who handled my case was able to resolve it satisfactorily in record time.

I just had problems with my license to install my version of pdfelement. I contacted by chat and the problem was solved in a few minutes. I was very satisfied with the service so much with the software that I use a lot.

Amanda was awesome, patient, and helped me, even though the feature I wanted to find out about ("expandable" form fields) is not available in PDFElement. However, because customer service was so awesome and friendly, I will purchase the product, even though it does not have the expandable form field feature (it's a beast to program, so I get it). Hope it gets added at some point. Thank you and keep up the great work! :)

The software is very easy to navigate and use, and it's perfect for managing my daughters' school work. I had some issues with the free version, but I reached out to their technical chat support who answered immediately. Amanda was awesome in helping me resolve my issue, and now I have a perfectly working product. I'm so excited to use it!

I was having some difficulties with my PDFElement software, in part related to my having a Mac, and in part related to user error. But Wondershare's support techs were helpful and responsive and got me squared away!
