I have purchased it before seeing that my pictures are not able to be recovered. It made a good scan, recoverd all, but files that I wanted where corrupted. The support team was very helpful, trying to solve the problem. But finaly I wait for the refund. It's a pitty that recoverit couldn't recover my files so that would be readable, but I apritiate the efford of support team.

I've changed the version and the support helped me to transfer the licence to the new version, and helped me with some effects that were not showing up. Really great support, 5 Stars.

Amanda helped me resolve a problem with v7.3 edraw max files not loading into v10 edraw max. Really friendly and professional. I have reloaded 7.3 after a key reset. I can run both packages and copy the old files across.

Thanks for your help I had the old version of wondershare and wanted the old package as have old license. Everytime I downloaded old packed it kept upgrading automatically so Amanda from helpdesk sent me full package of old version. Thank you for your help :) great product.

After days and days of working on a video, the preview turned black. I cannot access any of the work I've done. I spent 7.5 hours waiting in a queue for tech support. I went from position 12 to position 1 and then nothing. NOTHING. I wasted an entire day. Please don't waste your time.
