EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called their 442 number and am always told their is no one available. Once called and was put on hold for an hour. Then a recording came on and said no one available after being put on hold for an hour.

Just what I needed. Good clarity, easy control and I like the full screen viewing for videos. Just great.

Impressively dense and dumb support, agent did not read much of what I said over and over. Will avoid at all costs. Product usually works and is pretty, but expensive. Just use Hirens Boot PE free.

I bought their product andvit is a huge mistake. They have a policy that claims if you couldn't get help from their customer service within 24 hrs they will refund. I received their order number, but it didn't work see attached screen. I had bought the product on 27th Jan and struggled on their machine operated system to get help. But their help function required s valid order number to go through. I copied their number several times, using # before, or Q n without. The frustration got the better of me. There was no email address only contact to and international number which would be too expensive.

Out of struggles trying to use their automated system serveral times without any response i checked fb. That's where someone sent me an fb number. They only responded on the 29th.

They keep on asking the same questions making the refund a very difficult one.

Do not but from them. They don't care about customers as they claim

Created 2 Whatsapp backups - one on phone, the other on PC. Followed instructions to the letter on how to revert to regular Whatsapp official version. Now BOTH backups turn out to be faulty and I have lost all my data.

Agent meant to assist me with this is unresponsive, with internet issues and just says there is nothing he can do.

Although I bought a lifetime license, I should now pay for version 13 again. My license is for life, not version long.
This is clearly a fraud. Stay away from such dubious companies if you don't want to lose your money.

Hello, I bought a software from wondershare and that software I bought states 7-days money back guarantee. The software I bought states that the error code 4013 iPhone would be fixed but it did not fix my phone. I emailed them 20hr ago to receive my money back since their software didn't fix the error code 4013. They just replied back to me 2 hours ago stating I have to do some troubleshooting. I emailed them back saying that their software page states there is 7- days refund guarantee so i wanted my refund again. Clearly they are trying not to refund the money and go over the 7 days with emailing back and forth so they can screw me over. I would like full refund ($15.36) to get back to my paypal account for the further use. I will attaching ss from their page which states the 7-days refund guarantee as well as fixing error code 4013 with their software page. They keep trying to troubleshoot different ways to go over 7 days refund policy so they dont have to pay me back. Now they want to remote connect my computer which i refused for privacy and security concerns since they are in China.

I bought a product called PDFelement from Wondershare. I bought it to change the font size in pdf forms. The product does not perform as advertised. I requested a refund. Wondershare insists there is nothing wrong with its product and refuses a refund. Don't deal with these people. They make promises that they don't keep.

I downloaded the free trial of their PDF editor 9/21/21. I uninstalled it on 9/22/21 because what was advertised is NOT what I got, and the free trial wasn't free:
1- Advertised as a PDF editing app, but could not fill in or edit PDF forms (how can you try out software if you don't have access to the common functions?)
2- It created invasive watermarks on every page of every PDF I downloaded and already had and opened with Wondershare. Discovered later they cannot be removed without paying them $80, rendering them useless, even after uninstalling the software.
3- Even after uninstalling, they are tracking my use and have access to and interfere with all documents I opened during the "free trial" including forms I own and legal forms containing personal information, because when I right click on the watermark to choose an action (as in delete or edit), a web page for Wondershare opens immediately demanding payment even though I ended the relationship before the "free trial" ended.

This is false advertising, violation of privacy, and extortion... requiring an $80 payment to get the documents you own restored to a useful state during a dysfunctional "free trial" then remaining on your device after you uninstall it like a spyware virus you can't get rid of?

I now have to replace/rewrite every PDF, and pay someone to get their invasive software off of my device.

There is nothing wonderful about "Wondershare". If they hoped to trap me into paying them, it didn't work, and furthermore they've lost customers by beginning what might have turned into a long term relationship by trying to manipulate a sale through misrepresentation and force.

Anyone else having this issue? Lets join forces and go class action.

Their product is good but they just keep taking money from my account, I've just noticed they plan to take £53 from my PayPal next year when I signed up for life.

From my credit card for no reason, I cancelled Filmstocks which I never signed up to but they take money randomly and don't answer emails. I am going to call the bank obviously but steer clear of this company or watch your bank account t like a hawk! Dodgy firm.

Update: after numerous emails I have been given three separate refunds, one of which was never explained why it was taken.
My frustration was this product 'filmora wondershare ' in my opinion is the best video editing software, I'm now pleased it's sorted but be aware!

This company charged me for a program that was supposed to unlock my phone. It didn't work, and now their "service team" is giving me the run around. Just refund my money. Your app was trash. Thanks but no thanks.

This company offers a money-back guarantee but then requires you jump through hoops to claim it, including attaching application logs that I couldn't get to work without Googling how to do it on my Mac using the Console app. That's a bit beyond the average user and shows they really want to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund. I would not recommend this company at all.

Wondershare These guys are scammers they have been continually taking a subscription out of my account year after year they do not respond to your emails or phone calls.
The only way I was able to stop them is when I report it to the bank. Thankfully the bank does not let them charge me but they are still trying to my a scam attempt every year

I tried pdfelement for a few days and I really liked it. I had not been able to find a good pdf editor for windows (I've been using Mac for some time) but this one hit the spot. I was just going to buy pdfelement, but I got a great Cyber Monday deal on Filmora, so I decided to get that one as well (I haven't tried it but i've heard good things about it).

I had a couple of questions before buying and Amanda from Customer Service was very helpful.

I use the edraw max product saves me so much time knocking together AWS Architecture Diagrams. Comes with everything I need for AWS models and as a bonus so many other templates for software diagrams, network diagrams, flow charts and much much more

I own a small business as an importer of connectors and cables from Asia. It is very difficult for me to get documents from my vendors to support the products I import and sell. If I am able to get documents, It is very important for me to be able to modify the PDF documents to make them my companies documents. PDFelement 6 Pro and PDFelement 7 Pro are both very good programs that allow me to manipulate the documents from my vendors. I am able to remove and add information to the PDF documents to make the documents my company documents. I truly recommend both versions. I am more familiar with PDFelement 6 Pro and tend to use this program more often. Kudos to Wondershare for a really good PDF modification tool.
