I purchased a perpetual License, and the money got debited from my card but the website says the payment declined. No email, No order no. And no trace of the money. Wow...
I am stunned that these kinds of companies are still afloat. So I guess I have lost the money for good.

Paid $97 after warching their videos of removing screen lock leaving data intact after puying it running software all it does it restores device back to factory i suppose it does what says renoves password and everything else
So its basically just like itunes

Bought the perpetual license 7 months ago for over 200$. It is not perpetual. New version just came out and they want me to purchase it. Apparently my perpetual license is for the out of date version. See screenshots of my Account dashboard - shows the date I purchased and what I paid. Se also the email from these clowns.

Ripped off for $130. Then they upsize you for additional functionality. Do not purchase. Learn from my mistake

I have had this video editing software which has been nothing but a nightmare. It stutters, stops, does not provide real time editing and eventually the program just crashes in the middle work. The lag time is unreal.
This does this regardless of the quality of video you are uploading. I have done everything from 780 to 1080 and its all the same. Dont even try 4K. I requested a refund as my computer has more than enough power to run this without these issues. They asked that I send a video of the problem along with some program file information which I did. Two days later they still had not done anything with email and asked that I "please provide more paitence." I attempted to upload an 11 second video for you to see the issues but it says I now need a 15 second video. It's ridiculous. I turned to my bank for help in getting a refund and having them cancel my service.

DO not give them your card info or you will be billed for things you didn't order.The software is good for the price but they want to keeping billing for add ons that I never ordered.

I had a flashdrive to loose files because it wasn't ejected properly. I purchase wonder works to recover the files. They were really important files. I downloaded the software and did a full scan and it wouldn't work. I followed steps repeatedly for hours and it didn't work. After so long I reached out to them and they insisted that I do it again. It still didn't work. Finally they gave instructions to send them screenshots and a picture of my log history. I did accordingly based on their instructions and it still wasn't enough for them to refund me. We went back and forth until I'm just over it. I will just give the advice that it is a gamble so save your money because it didn't work for me and they won't help you! I just charge it up as a lost and to never purchase from them again, and encourage my associate not to. They don't even deserve the one star!

I did not receive an email notification that the subscription was going to renew. What I did receive was an email confirming a Wondershare Order Confirmation. Their reply to my request to cancel was "Normally the user will receive a notification email that the subscription is going to be renewed 7 days in advance and you can choose to cancel the subscription before the payment was charged. If the user forgot to cancel it timely and payment was finished, we are not able to refund just because of personal reasons like no longer needing it." they refuse to refund the charges. Do not do business with this company

WASTE of money! They will NOT issue refunds! Their website claims refunds will be issued within 7 days, but I cancelled within 30 minutes and they refused. They would not let me speak with a manager when I called, either.

They have a really crafty renewal policy - if you miss the renewal notification they refuse to refund or close your account.

24 hrs ago I bought MobileTrans. I used the free version to back up my phone before erasing it to give to my son. I bought the program to retrieve my backed up app data, specifically my google authenticator 2FA codes, to my new phone. The 2FA codes didn't transfer. Their website has a plaque stating a 30 day guarantee (refund). I contacted customer service and they stated that there is a different policy that says "We will offer a refund if a technical issue or compatibility issue cannot be resolved. We are sorry that it cannot be refunded if there is no issue with the product itself or a change of mind." That's not a 30 day guarantee. They had me send logs from the app so they can determine if there is an issue. The agent "escalated" my logs to engineers to determine if I can get a refund. They had no way of sending me a copy of our chat. They had no way to refund my purchase despite the 30 day guarantee. They wouldn't give me an agent's name or a supervisor's name. They would get back to me in an email with their decision.

Filmora double and triple charge for a same plan silent detection each month for 6 months, so I will stop everything for this filmora software.

Signed up for a plan by accident at night time and cancelled in the next morning, after contacting the support they refused to give me a refund, I didn't even use their service at all and was charged $59.

Was directed to the Wondershare site from an online forum where I was looking for help to convert powerpoint files to MP4s on a Mac. Their website looked good, and they strongly promote their Free Trial option. So I click it, a file starts downloading... I unzip the file and am immediately offered their Purchase plan... no mention of free trial access anywhere. I tried to convert a file but it wouldn't open the powerpoint file, and of course ended up buying it, only to find minutes later that it doesn't do the very thing I wanted it for! Immediately contacted their support team, and after numerous emails it seems they won't refund, despite it being clear I'd never used the programme. I now realise that the forum post directing people to Wondershare to solve the powerpoint to MP4 file was no doubt one of their own posts. Super deceptive and I am well warned for future. Meanwhile I can't comment on their product, their support response was timely... but the solution (we'll cancel your plan but will keep your money) was rubbish.

I purchased the video editing software and was surprised to discover an unexpected charge on my credit card from them a few months later. When I contacted customer support, they said they had no record of the charge, asked me for a lot of information and took days to reply.

If I could give lower stars I would. I got their DVD creator and it was an absolute joke. It wouldn't burn anything. I looked through every support option on the website, tried every suggestion and nothing worked.

I've been trying to contact a real person for 2 days but have not been able to reach anyone. They have an automated message for the phone saying that there is no one available now and you should call back later, the email portion didn't have anything for me to send an email, and the live chat feature would only let me talk to a bot.

This company is a scam, please don't fall for it like I did.

Can't even export a video without buying unless you want a watermark over your entire video. Super disappointing, uninstalled the application immediately after I wasted my time editing a video just for it to be watermarked. Waste of time and energy, don't even bother with this.
