Couldn't have gone better! All went smooth, although there were several problems to solve, Amanda had the patience, the knowledge and the brains to help me out. This is true support. 1000 times thanks! Jai Shri Mataji!
Uniconverter upgraded to Version 12 and license aspect became somewhat confused. Coco was very helpful and quick in sorting out the problem for me.
You can do any file you want it always works, works great in windows 7 and windows 32 and if you need help there people will always help you out i would buy it again.
Coco was exceptional as she understood my issue and immediately rectified it. Very happy with Wondershare
Cannot fault. I received excellent, speedy customer support when I started seeing an error message re-install after a hard disk failure. Brilliant company and highly recommended product - Aimersoft Video converter ultimate (which I have been using for the past many years).
I needed Software to make playable DVDs, so I purchased DVD Creator. The functionality is limited, there is no PDF reference manual for the product, the on-line support is a joke as it provides VERY limited instruction on a few tasks and doesn't address technical questions (seems Marketing focused). Tried to get a login ID password 5 times, each time got an email back 12 hours later with a code that expired 11 hours ago, so I gave up. This was a bad purchase and agree with other reviewers that this is a software scam (sell a minimally functional product with no support and try to "sell' more products or auto-renew). Stay away from Chinese based Wondershare.
AFTER OBVIOUSLY TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT GIVING ME ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE I DID A LITTLE RESEARCH THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING THE SAME 4 DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND SELLING THE SAME SOFWARE BUT DIFFERENT NAMES IT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE NOTHING.
Works fine just dog$#*! service and a scam
$#*! you
It's chinese
Get corona, scammers.
You honestly think it's fine doing this? No. It's not. Go $#*! yourself you money-grabbing $#*!s. Die and suffer with the rest of your $#*!s.
Scam! Claims to be free software. Leaves behind error massage causing software after uninstalling.
These guys are crooks and scammers, lowest of the low.
Behind all of the software sold or offered as a "free" download is a behind-the-scenes scam. I bought the Filmora9 video editor for MAC from them and was loving it. Very nice program. But I could not export any video files after I was finished editing. The problem was that I was unable to register the software in order to get full use of it. The "customer service" phone number actually wound up being scam artists trying to convince me that my computer was in terrible shape and they could "fix" it for a fee. I was told that the Filmora software could not run on my laptop because I had too many errors on it. One guy told me I didn't have enough memory. I have 16GB of DDR3. He said I didn't have a large enough hard drive. I have 1TB of SSD and 2TB on Apple's iCloud. He said my computer was "too old" and that the serial number had expired. Seriously? I have a 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7. It's not a gaming machine, but I mostly do audio and video editing as a hobby so my machine is more than adequate. They were using back-door access to my system so I shut it down and changed my laptop password before they could give me their pitch for sending them money. I have included my receipt showing the number to call to "activate" my purchase.
Wondershare usually gets your information through a 'free' offer of software. They then use that information to set up a permanent renewable billing. They do give you reminders of the billing, but do not give you a method to cancel the billing. I went directly to PayPal to back out the billing, but Paypal will not cancel payments already sent to Wondershare.
I bought a licence and they renewed it the next year without my consent! Scammers! And Paypal won't even help me with that!
These are scammers, pure and simple. I put in a paypal request for refund. No invoice or registration sent as promised, no response by support, no nothing.
I tried the free version but it had the water mark. I needed to submit a video for my group assignment and it needed to look profession, and without the watermark (Note1) on the video. So I went ahead & purchased the full version.
The tutorial video did not even go over the basic "trim" function (I needed to take out a couple sections in the middle of video) and I had the hardest time doing the trim for my very short video because the tutorial was not helpful. The toolbar did not offer any thing that could show me how to complete the trimming. It was business hours (11 AM U.S. Mountain Time). So I tried to CALL but the phone recording said they were "closed"! Their office hours were strange - open from 6PM U.S. time to 9 A.M. U.S. Time
(2) Even though there's Chat Box (AI Bot) on the bottom right corner, the help I needed was not 1 of those automatic pop-up options in the Chat box ----and a few weeks later, I found out from someone who also purchased this Filmora 9 by Wondershare that they were UNABLE to get tech support during business hours and their email was never answered, AND they were unable toget REFUND because Wondershare cited stuff from their "policy" for NON-REFUND! Same as my experience! Also that person said they WERE closed for Chinese New Year, which is NOT a U.S. business holiday. So, if you're located outside of that region/time zone OR if you want to make sure you're dealing with an honest business that actually honor their 30-day Refund Policy (rather than using all sorts of excuse to not provide promised REFUND), do not purchase from this company.
I ordered a software from their website last Oct 29 for $20 and paid via Paypal. They sent a different software and charged me $101. I emailed them back about their mistake and I did not get a reply until I raised a dispute with Paypal. Their response: buy the $20 software using this link... (they sent a link) and then we refund you the $101. I immediately sensed something fishy and pushed back. That is when I searched the Web for complaints against this company -- and was horrified to see the ton of similar complaints from other customers. I tried getting my money back through Paypal but Paypal was equally horrible (that's another horror story). So I ended up losing $101. I closed my PayPal account and now am trying my best to spread the word about both these two crooked companies -- Wondershare and Paypal - hopefully I am able to help other folks from getting scammed by these frauds.
I downloaded PDFElement 11 months ago. Nowhere did it say anything about being charged. I have ZERO emails from this company advising me of anything. Complete scam and fraud.
This is my 2nd review. Last week, I downloaded 123 DVD Gold, and never got past getting the license number that they posted. The instructions said that the license number can be copy & pasted. I'm not very computer smart, but I do know how to copy & paste properly. They kept saying the number was incorrect. I tried time & again. Incorrect, incorrect, incorrect! So I took the time twice after that to manually insert the number, double checking both times that I had typed it in correctly. And surprise! It said it was incorrect! So I'm screwed out of $49.99. Now they surprisingly sent me a message, asking for more info. I couldn't give them the order# and such because I delete, including the trash bin, quite often. However, I do have a screenshot of both the window that kept telling me that the license number that I copy & pasted was incorrect, and the window right next to it, where they gave me the number & I was copy & pasting it. Although I am surprised they ven answered, I don't expect a positive resolution to this. They got my $49,99 and I'm screwed, and that's that. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM WONDERSHARE! YOU'LL BE SORRY!
Phony website with a made-up "Chief Editor". Picture of "Christine Smith" is stock photo of a Starbucks drinker. Fraudulent Chinese scum.
I accidentally ordered a backup program a year ago from this company that I was told would help restore a drive. The reason I say accident is because while searching for another program an ad seamlessly integrated into my page and what I thought was one thing was another. That was a year ago and the program was useless but I figured it mo own fault and didn't went ahead and got the program.
Today, one year later, I got another $99.95 charge on my credit card. This is one of this compay you don't want to get near and you certainly don't want to have your credit card number. Now I'm going to have to spend the whole day dealing with this. BTW I'm cancelling my Paypal account too. They wouldn't remove the charge. The charge was put on a Capital One card I had on Paypal so I'm just going to dispute it with Capital One. Capital One is a good company. They won't put up with this crap and they protect their cardholders. PAYPAL DOESN'T!
Professah Tex- I uploaded videos to social media using this. SCAM. Hard say why. 100 characters min.
Answer: Wondershare intentional makes their "service" difficult and their software nearly unusable. If you t at to cancel, they'll find a reason to refuse honering the refund policy and Money Back Guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
Answer: You'll have to file a dispute with your credit card. Wondershare has a refund policy that they go out of their way to not honor. Additionally they have a Money Back Guarantee posted to their site that is worthless and they refuse to honor under any circumstance.
Answer: Hi. My colleague saw a blank a form form at this site http://pdf.ac/6yOgV6
