If you ever encountered a problem with Wish, it's just going to be that a PROBLEM all the way around, 1st. No live agent for customer support, 2nd. The response is 2-3 day's after trying to contact "Wish". 3rd. If a package says delivered, but it wasn't delivered to your current address, forget about the money you just spent and trying to locate the delivery driver or the package. 4th. Don't expect a refund if it stated that items have already been delivered even though they never got to you, cause you won't get one. Wish is a joke, I will no longer be using it to do any type of purchases.
You pay for an available item. You wait 3 weeks they write to you to say it s not availble. I have a business. I need some articles to fabric my items. My clients send deposit for the item and one mounth later i have to tell him not available and refund the deposit. Very bad way to manage. Impossible to speak with anybody. Dont recommand

I am currently being screwed over for about $50 at the moment by Wish and their sellers. All the tracking info etc is clearly false and I am being scammed. It's annoying and the worst time BUT what really takes the cake is Wishes Lack of Customer Service. You CANNOT talk to a real person in any way! So I got a fking computer program giving me the run around. I swear I will never ever waste my time again with these scamming pos's! Lmao they gave me $5 off my next purchase. I ordered 3 items which are totally diffrent from the picture that wish has in the website. Fabric, discription, fit and size are just different and i'm so upset when i recieved my order. When i tried to return them i found it time consuming, frustrating and awful since they responsed to my emails very late and ask same questions several times. This is the worst online purchase i've ever had and i don't recommend this website at all.

Some items are good others are bad. I dont trust their makeup or clothing. They dont refund you just give you wish credits. Dont waste you time.

Very deceptive order purchase process. I had put some items in the basket, but could not change my card that had already been listed in their system, did NOT want to order the items. Suddenly I received an email confirming an order I DID NOT INTEND TO MAKE. Within minutes I tried to cancel the order, but was refused, via their dysfunctional "support" service. Their phone support service HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. There is no functional chat system.
Now I have to wait for the UNWANTED CHARGES FOR AN UNWANTED ORDER show up on my card, before I can contest this order with the credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WISH, I certainly won't be ever again.

CS is trash and non-existent. No phone or email support. My order was cancelled 2 days after order and I did not even get notification of it. I've been waiting for 5 days to get notification that my item was on the way.
When I go into my account, it says...
"The merchant was unable to fulfill this order due to an issue with your account. "
Yet I can't find any info what was wrong with my account. So called CS is limited to a menu of fixed response options that is completely useless. That's it! See no refund at this time.
Complete ripoff! I'd rater pay extra $ to order on Amazon which always deliver on time and never any problems. And when there is, there is a way to get resolution.

What you think your ordering is not always what finally arrives after a month. I'm sure some of the items come as advertised but for me that didn't happen. The buyer reviews on the app are fake. They all say the same thing. Just look and see how many are similar if not the same. All I'm saying is becareful. They don't make return and refund easy. One item I ordered was a bottle of cologne and I got a sample of perfume.

I had purchased items from Wish and had no issue with delivery until this month. I made a purchase with Wish and I included the correct shipping information. I received a notice from Wish that the package was delivered by USPS and received by an individual. The package was not delivered to my shipping address but to another location with a similar name. I called USPS and they said they delivered to the shipping label provided by Wish. They said I should contact Wish to discuss the issue. It's impossible to talk or get a response from Wish - When they did respond they said I need to resolve with the carrier USPS. I have now stopped payment until Wish figures out how to fix their problem- FYI Wish customer service does not exists

If I could do a zero star I would. I never got my shipment even though shipping says I did. I checked neighbors etc, and customer service basically calling me a liar. Other companies send out a replacement no question and Wish make me look like I'm the horrible person. Don't order from them. Horrible customer service too.

I personally have no hatred for any person or any other country. Where this review originates is the quality, the poor shipping of my order (plastic bag), and I received a different color boot than I ordered. I'm requesting full refund via PayPal. Wish allows sellers to false advertise on their platform, and does nothing to correct issues when concerns raised. I encourage buyers to find other venues to purchase your cheap inexpensive items. Inexpensive certainly does run together with Wish, dishonesty and false advertising is rampant. Buy somewhere else!

I have placed to orders one on 3/19 in the amount of 362.32 and then another one on 3/29 in the amount of 295.62 I have not received my items your company closed my account shortly after that. I keep being told that a customer service person will contact me in 3 to 5 day and it never happens. I want my money back now! Your going to hell for cheating people. Biggest scammers on the planet. Professional con artist do just enough to be able to market less than mediocre garbage. Items are very cheap. They refuse to issue money refunds, almost 98% of the time, they will only do "WISH CASH,"mail gets lost, and they'll say items were delivered. They do not take responsibility for any fault of their own. They ask very pertinent information including Driver's license, sometimes random pieces of identity, and they even Social Security! No real customer service number, everything is robotic. They do not care about their customers. This place needs to burn straight through the ground. Wouldn't be much of a loss. They are the worst merchants They are 100% robotic. They lack compassion and understanding of the customers and do not resolve issues accurately. They are the worst merchants I've ever had to deal with, and I'm just so fed up with their con games. People every where are finding them out. They lack true professionalism. They need to be completely shut down.

They say it's 100% genuine sterling silver yet why did the ring turn my finger green and brought me up in a horrible itchy rash that got infected and sore.
The clothes are horrendous as well, I'm usually a UK size 14 so on their advice and found by other reviewers I bought a xxxl which should be equivalent to a UK 18-20, my friend who is a size 12 could not even get the jeans done up and the t shirt looked like it should belong to a child. Tried to get a refund but got given the run around, the thing with wish is you pay Wish.com but you have to chase the manufacturer for a refund its crazy. I ended up having to open a fraud case with my bank before I finally got my money back 8 months later!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
