Beware of "Spin the wheel" game whereby they will give you 5 minutes of 100 items that can be purchased at a reduced rate and some have "considerable" markdowns up to 90% off AND, other items are "FREE, IF YOU ARE THE FIRST TO REQUEST THIS ITEM TODAY". When I clicked on an item listed for $23.00, I was charged $58+ 23$ for shipping. Needless to say, I would not have ordered this item at that price! It still hadn't shipped out of China but they refused to cancel my order. So PEOPLE, stay away from this site. If you must by Made-in-China items THEN GO TO the, MADE-IN-CHINA website and buy directly from them. They have and do refund monies for items.

I bought many items through the Wish site, the last item was wrong size and when I asked for a refund their system blocked my account because I didn't post my photo ID. I think asking for my Photo is against my rights. The Wish virtual assistant stoped working for me and I have to sell the wrong item by myself. I lost money and time. I wouldn't recommend anybody to use this site and another similar online site too. There's no way to talk with a live person.

I ordered 3 garden items and a couple hrs. Later when they sent me a confirmation email I was charged $425. They had charged me for every item I had looked at over a period of months. I immediately emailed to cancel all and was told it was to late that items were being prepared for shipment or already shipped. What a nonfunny jokr! So I will have to be at my bank early Mon to stop payment on this charge and what's er is necessary to keep them from recharging and any items that show up will be refused. I only recently started shipping here, u bought many things at good prices but they mis advertise all the time and nothing shows up in time. Then they'll change ur delivery date. In January 2021 I ordered two flash brollies at a cost of only 14 euro.
Wish are showing that these have been delivered but to date I have not received them.

Earlier I had a similar experience with another Asian based company but as the amount of money was considerable I obtained a refund via Ebay and the company concerned ceased to appear on Ebay shortly afterwards

Ordered March20th, 27 days later no product, can not speak to a person. Customer service is non existent, a Chinese scam. Never will I knowlingly purchase anything to be delivered from Communist China. Dictatorship, tyranny, buy American whenever possible or in my case do with out.

Exited, I dowloaded the app and start placing items I liked in my cart to compare and decide later, THEN there comes an offer and takes me to the checkout page, I think that as in EVERY OTHER RESPECTABLE SITE i will be able to review my order before placing it, but nope! Just after selecting the payment method and VOILĂ the order was placed, with 5 identical items in my cart! It takes forever to receive an item from them to begin with, many items don't even fit when you go by their chart. I placed an order last year and simply forgot about it (it happens with wish) I went back to my order history and realized that I did not receive 2 items that were placed. It showed Estimated time of October 2020. I contacted them and asked if I could either get my items or a refund since I have not received anything. This is the reply they gave me via e-mail
"As you may know, customers may request a refund on an order within 30 days of delivery of the item. Or if the item did not arrive, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. While you may have contacted us initially within this timeframe, we required additional information from you in order to investigate your request.
As we did not hear from you within the allocated timeframe, we are no longer able to offer you a refund."
They will not send me the items I purchased, nor will they refund me and that is what I consider thievery.
Their website has a guarantee that they will not satisfy and it does not state within 30 days of purchase or see contingencies on their guarantee.

wish.com is the worst website anywhere. It sets you up with an account when you don't want one and it doesn't let you deactivate or cancel it. Once you are sucked in, it will overwhelm email box with spam. There is no customer service. It's worse than a virus.

The supposedly 1Tb Huawei memory cards lose most if not all the data stored on them. The very same problem is evident in the so-called 8Tb USB3.0 hard drive.

This company don't even have a number to contact. What kind of business operates like this? They sell cheap products that look too good to be true, yet, the only thing is, they really are too good to be true. My first and last order with Wish was today: I ordered (1) 8 TB Hard Drive, and received a 2.5 Sata Enclosure cover instead. Nice start, right? Then my other 3 purchases were USB hard drives that were fakes; (1) 64 GB hard drive was blank and not even reading any of the files copied to it - scam!; (1) 2 TB hard drive registered for 2 TB showing but only allowed roughly a little over 10 GB - Scam!; (2) 1 TB hard drives registered for 1 TB and showing as 1 TB, yet, only allowed just over 10 GB, the other files copied showed an error due to the space not even being on the hard drive - Scam! So, yes, 4/4 items were a total fraud and I am in a battle now to get a refund. They claim on their site that if you are not happy with the product, then simply return for a full refund. After all of trying, all you get to talk to is a texting bot. Never again!

Wish still has not responded resolved issue with non receipt of merchandise. They charged me for many items still not received almost entire year. I have the charges on my credit card to prove.@ 15 items never received. But i paid for them. They dont know where they sent them or if there cheep RIPOFF vendors sent the merchandise. Having purchased a product through Wish and discovering it was completely ineffective, I struggled to contact Customer support to discuss a refund - the customer support link on their website was unresponsive for quite some time (opened a new blank window with permanent 'busy' progress bar type animation that never progressed). There is no local telephone number or email addresses I can contact them though. However after repeated attempts from different browsers, the original link eventually worked, and I was then quickly successful in arranging a refund.
Do not order from wish. They took my money and the items were lost. They have refused to give me a refund or re dispatch my items even though I did not receive my items. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
