I used to love the variety and products I ordered from Wish.com. But then I ordered over $50 worth of plants that took MONTHS to receive. The U.S. government intercepted and destroyed the seeds. When I sent a copy of the empty package and government notice to Wish.com requesting a refund, they advised they had issued a refund, but they did not. When I informed them that they failed to issue the refund they back peddled and said it was past their 30 day return policy and refused to keep their word.

I bought items at a size larger than i needed in case they were too small on arrival. Turns out they were still too small despite having the larger size tag. They made me take photos of the clothes and the tags then closed the case saying they had fulfilled my order correctly. Never ever ever use this company

I said ok let's give it a try. Never again. I just picked up a t-shirt for me. Did choose appropriate size. After more than two months arrived what I conside the cheapest quality ever. No tags inside the t-shirt that was sold as made of COTTON. Ugly shiny elastic plastic tissue. Directly in the waste bin. And completely wrong size.It was like a medium size for women. The tissue was just so horrendous and shiny sintetic plastic that me and my girl refused to consider to use it for polishingh home. Never again, wish.com is obviously the biggest collection of super ugly stuff from the lowest furnitures of China. No chance to say something or leave feedback, of course. Beware people, almost a scam.

Ordered a 2XL shirt but received an extra small that was tagged as 2XL. Over a two week timeframe I have sent multiple pictures and requests for refund to no avail. No phone contact and they will not call me. Scam company.

Don't do it! Items come from random people in China and items are Asian sizes. The problem is that they don't tell you that, your items arrive with stains probably from grandmas coffee and they don't fit. Colors are not actually as advertised. There is no such thing as a return and if you decided to ship it back... bad idea, the shipping costs more than the item is worth.

My lady friend ordered from wish 6 differant times. 2 year period but the last 2 orders never came. Now i finally convince her to stop wasting her money on this company. People dont buy from anyone if the company has no phone number or any form of voice contact. PS. THIS STATEMENT IS VERY TRUE

Never use Wish! I ordered a pair of shoes and although they arrived on time they absolutely stunk of some sort of toxic chemical substance. Wouldnt put them anywhere near my feet! I asked if I could return them for a refund but they told me there was no photographic evidence of defects. I mean, how do you convey toxic substance by photo?!? They refused to refund despite me offering to pay for return shipping costs, plus I was well within the 30 day return guarantee. Total scam company - never again.

I'm only rating WISH a two star only because I had a couple of items I had ordered actually show up and were decently usable. I'm absolutely horrified by the way this company has handled my refunds enquiry since November 2020!
The issue that I have experienced was: On 7th of November 2020 I ordered the following from the Wish App: FIIDO Folding Electric Bicycle.
I paid the amount of £483.00 by visa debit card. I had requested a return and it was still under the return policy procedures.
I then received a return label to send via Hermes the tracking number. The parcel was sent and Bleckmann Logistics received the parcel but it turns out the seller did not as Wish put the wrong address on the return label. Now no one is telling me where this parcel might be and nobody is offering any resolution to this difficult situation.
I was expecting to receive the refund within two weeks of returning this item, but at present I have still not received any refund or action from Wish to help fix this situation.
It occurred on: 2020-11-19
This meant that I do not have the item I originally ordered nor the refund. So I am out £483 for something I had no fault in besides the faith I had in the delivery of my refund. Terrible and I will never be ordering anything from them again. In fact it has put me off of online shopping completely.

I have been ordering from Wish for over 3 years. I have only had 3 wrong items with them and I had no problem getting my money back. You can get wish credit which is instant or credit back to your card which takes 2 to 5 days.

Ive ordered several products from wish. 1st some closets that were so flimsy i couldnt do a thing with them. Got 80% refund. Then ordered tools just recently opened today box came busted up not what i expected. Cant wait for 2nd set of tools to come. Last and i do mean last thing ill ever order is a bunch of wigs. Not only did they send 4 of same product 1 made me look like Harpo Marx others were like doll hair cheap and unbearable. French braid wigs never came and most important of all someone tried to charge my cc for. 61 i cancelled card right away( i know the game) then they tried yo hit it for $360 at Lucilles then again for. 22( to see if it still worked) then $290 at some grocery store! And they still hitting it. Just got text from bank showing declined for glass co. All in Chicago. Wish is poor quality and not cc/debit card secure. Never gain with Wish.

Frankly speaking, it is a poor service. I do not understand why it is so popular. The items are cheap but low quality. Isn't it better to pay more but get a cool thing?

I ordered form Wish and the sizes were wrong. Anyways trying to work out a refund is no going to happen. All going to Goodwill!

I ordered a pair of shoes, but they were too small. Tried to return them to the address on the shipping label and was returned to me as 'address unknown'. Tried to contact the customer service and they said I was not in their system. I emailed the confirmation emails I received from their company and I got a notice that they could not help me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Largest scammers in the world. Don't buy anything from wish. They are scammers because they will never ship your products.

I put in an order, they take my money, and gave me a tracking number and an expected delivery date. On the order record is posted the notice: "We've got your back with our Money Back Guarantee. If your item isn't delivered by the maximum delivery date, we'll give you a full refund. "

When the expected delivery date arrives there is no information that the item has shipped. I don't know what the "maximum delivery date" might be, so I figure I'll check again later or they'll notify me. It's a small item so I forget about it.

Quite awhile later I get back to check on the order. The "Money Back Guarantee" is still on the order record. The tracking information still only says that the order has been processed and that it will be arriving by the long past original estimated delivery date.

I dig into the Wish webpage to ask for a refund. The customer service virtual assistant says its sorry that the item did not arrive and directs me to the Wish return policy. The policy says requests for refunds for undelivered items must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery, which has passed. The virtual assistant asks me if there's anything else it can help me with. They give me about 50 characters to tell them why I do not find this helpful.

For the amount of money involved, I'm not going to bother trying to discover if there are any people behind the automation who will honor the "Money Back Guarantee". My conclusion is that Wish is a scam and I'm glad I used PayPal and did not give them my credit card.

This sells garbage! The ads are fake. They will not refund or deliver items. They will not allow you to cancel an order and will hold some orders up to 3 months. This place is awfull.

Non comprate da questo sito. Oltre ad articoli scdenti, non c, e disponibilita' alcuna e il cambio merce te lo fanno pagare, nonostante il cambio nelle vendite on line debba essere gratuito perché garantito dalla tutela consumatori. I ordered a long sweater for my wife. She actually looked at the size chart and decided to order a size larger than she wore. Because she felt being from asia. It might run small. Well it was actually still too small for her. It should have fit or been a bit too big. Wish comment was we ordered the wrong size. No, we ordered a size above what was needed. The sweater wasnt even a long sweater as well. In the picture it was only a few inches from the ground. When my wife put it on, it was barely covering her rear end. In the pictures you can see the one sweater is longer and darker. The other picture is of my wife wearing the sweater we received. It was not only too small(ordered a size larger than needed per their size chart). It was a lighter color and shorter than the pictured sweater we ordered.
Then they gave me a round and round about them paying for return shipping. They kept saying i made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. Only mistake was ordering from them. I ended up paying return shipping. It was half the cost of the sweater. I filed a scam report with the bbb. I recommend everyone else do the same. So wish.com can get shut down. They pull a bait and switch scam. Then say oh well.
I'm waiting on my refund now. The asked for pictures of return receipt, order number, tracking and item description. I attached screen shots of all, including the postal description of it being signed by someone with the initials of E. E. I got the reply asking for the same information as if I didn't send the pictures/screen shots of that information in a message just before the employee asked for the same thing again. So, I'm getting the round and round again. Maybe so they can keep the funds in their bank account as long as possible. To collect as much interest as possible before being forced to pay out refunds. I have been coming across that with sellers from china on ebay as well. I will no longer do business with china sellers again. There are getting to be more and more scammer sellers in china and I don't have the time and extra money to weed through them.
I don't know what they are thinking. They can only stay in business with satisfied customers. Not screwing customers.
