I order from Wish quite a bit and I have only had 1 item not come. When I selected did not receive the request a refund they refunded my money with 24 hours and said that if the item did arrive I could keep it free of charge. I have ordered dresses, shirts, jewelry and jeggings from the site for me and shirts for my husband. The items I ordered were well made and fit perfectly arriving within the specified timeframes. Prior to ordering I do look on the items page to see what the reviews are and there is a section that shows if the items run small. Other than the one dress that did not arrive I have had no issues with the site and love their service.

Firstly, their jewellery is STAMPED 925, but it isn't silver. Lucky to be silver plated. Definitely SOMETHING plated. I have a ring from them, $2 was enough. More than enough. $1 in a lucky dip would have been fine.

Secondly, they'll lie and say "used to be $955, now $22", and you can find the same item on ebay for $10 (look up OHSEN watches).

And be careful of some of the reviews, if you read them carefully alot of them aren't even related to the product you've clicked on, their reviews for something else entirely.

If you want to sit on your couch and buy cheap crap from China, then great, have fun. As long as you know you're buying cheap crap from China, and you are not going to get no $1000 watch for 5 bucks.

I downloade the app a while ago to kind of look around at things I could probably make for myself but since then have made plenty of purchases. Some of them have been very good while others have been disasterous.

I highly recommend being very careful when shopping for beauty products or electronics on this site/app because they may just be losses and you've paid all that money and waited for a month (in some cases) just to throw it all away.

When buying clothes I recommend taking your measurements first and then checking all of the size charts and photos available. I'm a Medium - Large when I go shop at Khol's, JCP, Macy's, but on this site/app I'm usually a large - XXL. Sometimes the fabric can be very cheap and thin so make sure to see all the photos that customers may have submitted.

Shipping takes a while on most items. You ay occasionally be surprised with an arrival of a package within a week of order confirmation but it's not common. Shipping is generally really cheap - I haven't seen anything higher than $5 (USD).

I purchased a jacket from this site, I was careful to size up, since the sizes are mostly for Asian people so even if you wear a Medium or Small US size, you have to get an XL or XXL or it will not come close to fitting. The jacket arrived fairly quickly, but opening the package, there was a weird mesh packaging material that STUNK! It smelled absolutely terrible, like dead rotting fish or something. It almost made me gag it was so terrible. This was not a leather smell at all. It smelled like where something had died. I threw out the mesh packaging that was stinking so bad, & flies started getting on it, it was that terrible! The jacket fit okay, but it had strings coming out of the seams, & was of poor quality. Not like the pictures at all. I tried hanging it out in the fresh air to try and get rid of the smell, inside out and rightside out, but nothing would remove the odor. I sprayed it with Febreeze, & it's a bit less now but still very strong.

WHAT in the world would cause such a terrible odor? I never ever have had this on any item before. It's very poor quality Chinese import. Typical lousy Chinese product, terrible quality, but the smell was so overpowering other people smelled it. I paid hard-earned money for the coat but it will probably go to Goodwill now. This company needs to inspect their products before shipping to customers. Don't order from them unless you want a cheap Chinese import that smells like $#*!.

They have great deals but lots of the images online are quite deceiving. Online shopping involves risk as is, but Wish is very difficult to gauge sizes, colors, etc. If that's not bad enough, the return process is suuuch a pain (you have to go back and forth with emails, and it won't let you return anything without an image of the product (showing WHY you didn't like it... like what is that), and they won't pay for shipping to return anything). I won't be buying anything else from them.
