Ordered 2 pair of boots from them in different colors for $31 each. While waiting for my boots to arrive, they put them on sale for $16 each. I emailed them several times, since they don't have a # to call, & asked for a 50% refund because I haven't even received them yet. 3 replies were telling me how to return the item? I hadn't even received them! Then the person replying got smart & said "dear friend we have sent you 2 pair of boots" like they did me a favor. I paid for them! It took forever to get them. After going back & forth, told them this is my first & last order with Wish & they replied "thanks". WTH kind of customer service/company is this? They should be shut down! BEWARE OF WISH.COM! Now we know why its called Wish.com... cause once they get your money, you WISH they cared!

I ordered 3 items from 3 different shipping companies in Aug. A bracelet, a dress and a sweater. My confirmation started they would arrive within the first 2 weeks of Sept. Sounds great... well end of sept I still have not recieved any item... so I contact customer support for each item. Thats a joke... They seem very willing to help and give Anwers to what's happening but nothing actually gets handled. They say they will reship the items- and I still have not received any of them and then when I ask for a refund they seem more than willing to refund it and I still have yet to see that back in my account... this website is a scam!

My husband ordered from there and I told him NOT to do but he did anyway. After tracking one of the items. It says it was delivered and signed for by someone in Tampa Florida. Now 1st of all how did it get shipped in one day from Hong Kong? To me tthat's a 'red flag rght there... 2nd how did his package end up wit a WHOLE other address? I jus know and NOT believe that his package was EVER shipped or delivered. These ppl are RIPPING us off. They are NOT real.

I bought two dress... I piece of junk it look like my granddaughter sewn them up 3 sizes to small nothing like the pictures. The website will not let you unsubscribe or login.

I just purchased a lot of jewelry. It was total junk. The earring would not even hook and they sent me the wrong necklace. The jewelry looked like what you would find at the dollar store except broken. One of the loop necklaces I purchased will not even stay on. There is no clasp to hold it in place. I was not expecting the moon at these low prices but I at least expected the correct items and items that were not already broken. Every item you order ships separately from a different company in China. If you decide to try and return items, it Will cost you as much or more as the original cost of the product so in my case, it was better to throw it away. I have tried to get my money back but they want me to pay for return shipping. Why should I have to pay anything? I will never purchase from this site again.

I purchased something, but when I checked my PayPal account they billed me more than what I agreed to at the point of sale. I'm not talking about currency exchange or shipping costs either. Beware of wish.com!

AWFUL QUALITY!

I ordered 2 hoodies from here last winter. A) took FOREVER to get them and b) what i ordered by the photo i was given was not at all what it looked like. They were supposed to zip up to the chin and be fitted. They were 10 times too small, the material was polyester and both looked ridiculous. I will NEVER shop on one of these websites again. I know, i know. You get what you pay for. But, how do you get away with showing these amazing hoodies and turn around and give someone complete garbage. There's so many of these 'online' stores now too... such a scam! Don't waste your money, i don't care how cheap it is!

I ordered several things from this company. It took WEEKS, if not longer, to get anything... and then when it arrived it was the worst quality ever! Half of my items didn't work right out of the box (wireless cell charger), half were just plain garbage, and some I never even received! I tried contacting their customer service multiple times via their app and website only to get a former reply giving me a tracking number that doesn't work. Rip off! I buy alot of things online but this is by far the worst experience ever! STAY AWAY!

Horrible return policy

Who orders an items looking prior at the shipping and return policy? While buying, Wish.com charges shipping cost for every item, however small the item cost be (e. G for a $1 item too it has $1 shipping). And while returning every items, it does not cover the shipping cost. And the shipping address I was provided with was in Canada. Imagine how costly would it be to return every item there? A big chunk of my refund will go in that. So I decided not to return even if I did not like some of the items and keep them as it is, eventually going into the garbage.

I bought a nono hair remover. It never worked out of the box. They don't pay postage for returns so it'll cost 20 pound to send it back!

THIS SITE IS ADDICTIVE. THERE IS NOT A DAY THAT GOES BUY THAT I NOT SEARCHING FOR SOMETHING. REGARDLESS OF MY HAVING THE MONEY AT THE TIME... THERE IS ALWAYS THE WISH LIST.

Wish is good!

I have ordered several items off wish
Some things take a little while to come but shipping is $2 so I cant really complain!
Anytime I've had a question about my purchase I can contact the seller and I get a response back very quickly!
I've also had a couple items come in that were cheap looking and didnt really like them I requested a refund and the money was in my account within days and I didnt have to ship back the product!

Love Wish!
Great customer service and I dont have to worry about not liking the item and loosing my money!

My experience on Wish was great! I placed an order for 9 items (the same item just multiple quantity). Received my purchase a day before the estimated time all in the same package from the USPS. The items I purchased were from Orange5 located in China. All of my items were just as pictured; no defects, came in the right size, and right quantity. Some advice for others thinking about ordering from wish, make sure you check the product reviews (this includes a star rating, size rate, and the option to add additional commentary) and seller reviews! Some sellers are absolutely great and you will get your items right away in perfect conditions, other sellers you may have to wait a while or may not receive; just make sure you check the reviews! Hope this helps!

When I started ordered from this app - I really liked the innovative products and attractive cost. I have now ordered over $250.00 worth of small to medium electronics. AT this point - about 35% of what I ordered arrived DOA (dead on arrival) - the quality control is bad but the customer service is worse. The company Wish - who does the transactions - takes no responsibility for the products they sell or the vendors they allow to sell through there online portal. There is ZERO ability to reach a representative and if something does not work - you are told to ship it back to China at your cost and wait another 60 days for a replacement. Even if you want to return it - you will need to pay shipping to China. The whole business model no longer works for me.

Bought 5 items from their app: 3 tops and 2 watches. The watches were as shown in the pictures, but when they look huge on the wrist, so they don't look good on people with narrow wrists (partly my fault, even though they didn't have the measurements.
My problem arrived with the pieces of clothing. First, one of my jumpers never arrived and I never got any replies to my emails. Second, I got a lovely woolen cardigan with padded elbows. The padding was very poor quality, really plastic. The sleeves were too short and too narrow, cannot get my arms comfortably through them. Third, I got a sweatshirt with details on the top. You can see the silicon used to stick them on to the top and worst, it came without one of them, so there is a patch of silicon sitting there (which looks awful)
Do not shop there

I bouight a bracelet, yet to recieve it and the tracking info is made up stuff. Emailing customer support just sends you automated messages that they send at random. Never has anything to do with my question. Luckily I only spent $1 on shipping to try it out, because I was going to order more since prices were great, but after reading all the complaints, and dealing with poor customer svc, I will never buy from this scam company again.

This is a scam website! They gave me the small size instead of XL size which I ordered and when I told them they want me took photos and I done it but they just reply to me that they will refund ONLY IF I RETURN THE ITEM! And I need to pay for shipping cost AGAIN! Which is NOT WORTH THE PRICE FOR THE REFUND MONEY IF I RETURN ITEM THEN THE LOST COST WILL GREATER THE 1 ST TIME LOST! This is totally scam website! BEWARE!
