I would give zero stars. I have been shopping with wish for a few years, I collect enamel pins, so I have bought many from wish. Well, today, I ordered some items, and when I went to submit the order, it wouldn't take it, so I was directed to support. They told me to send a copy of my photo I'd, which I did. Well, later on today, I got a message from wish saying my account was blocked. No explanation, nothing. They said read their terms, and I can't see from reading them any thing I did wrong. They charged me for items I never got, and never did anything to help me. I took the charges off my credit card because wish wouldn't refund them. Now they blocked my account. The most horrible customer service I have ever had. There are other sites you can shop and they are less than wish. If they keep treating loyal customers like this, they won't be in business much longer

Never received nothing had to lock my credit card the bank reversed all charges then wish used my card 3 times after i unlocked it ups is looking into my shipment they gave me a tracking # ups tracked it to some one else address wish have a way of faking all delivery they use a tracker scam who you track the # it will show the item been delivered to you the next day it will show a difference address SCAM-SCAM SCAM PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER UPS WILL INVESTIGATE YOUR CLAIM KEEP THE PRESSURE ON THE SCAMMERS.

I have tried to give WISH the benefit of the doubt but today was last straw. Received order today nothing is as advertised 4 items. You have to be careful and look at advertisements closely. They say one price but order what you want and it is another price. And do not forget shipping cost. I will never order or even loook at their website again. Do yourself a favor and do the same..

You though you saw a good deal on Wish.com and ordered it right away. The next morning they send you an email telling you your order is canceled. There is no real person working on customer service of Wish.com, so you can't complain to anybody.

They bait and switch A LOT. They charge and then cancel the items. When you order prices change in the process, and when they refund, it is not the full refund and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get get customer service help, from MANY angles. Try for yourself: *******@wish.com as they post it! They are scammers and I want to warn others. Their deals and prices can seem good, but you are supporting a bad system. Bought two items which were totally misrepresented in their website. One was a solar panel which said it produced wattage far in excess of what it could. The second was an IP camera that when delivered was totally unlike the one ordered. In both cases they refunded my money.
Do not fall for their 1$ deals. They add a 1$ shipping fee, hold your money for several days the tell you that you missed out on the time limit for the item. Believe they are earning interest on the thousands of that are sucked in by this scam.

I ordered a phone from Wish and it took 2 months to receive it. Then I was scammed. They took my money and sent me a 50 cent rubber bracelet and refuse to refund my money. Customer service is not helpful at all. They hide behind emails and are not issuing a refund. Stay away. They are a terrible company.

This website sucks if I could give it a zero Stars I would. Tried several times to order and everytime they cancel it saying payment issue. Seems like refund doesn't match original charge so they are making money off of canceling orders. Can't get any live person to resolve this issue. Never ended up getting anything from here

I ORDERED a 216 piece set of ratchets and sockets and wrenches thinking it was a great deal. I GOT one friggin open ended wrench... weeks later. I ordered a 70" TV and now find out they are sending an antenna for a TV. These people should be in jail!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
