I've bought items from wish before nothing too pricey and never a lot of items and I was always satisfied. However this time I bought over $100 dollars worth of items and the packages are missing. They say delivered to the mailbox however upon not finding then in the mailbox I contacted wish's customer service. Wish has refused to help in anyways just telling me to contact my local post office which I have and they say they never received anything with the tracking number wish told me to provide them I emailed wish customer support and they refuse to offer me a refund because it says delivered I feel stolen from I will never use wish ever again because of this I wasted $100 on items I was so excited to get and now I don't have them and everyone especially wish are just ignoring the fact that the packages are missing. I feel cheated I've never had anything like this happen and now everytime I email wish all they're doing is resending what I just emailed. I'm disgusted I hope this never happens to anyone else.

Only ordered two things on separate orders. One never arrived the other broke the second I tried to use it. Complete fake and utterly false advertising. The entire site is hit and miss with zero genuine feedback as it is all buried under the masses of fake self reviews by scammers.

I've ordered a number of items on the platform. Every single item I've delivered was completely different from what I've ordered. I order a 200+ piece set of bits and such to only receive one or two. I order a drill I receive a picture of a drill. And so forth and so on. The customer service experience is horrible and trying to get a live agent is miserable. They claim 24/7 support but it is an automated assistant. That's not 24 7 support.

Most of the things I bought from Wish were great. The last item I bought was a baby doll. Not at all like the picture. I want a refund but Wish says I need to reply with my user name and password to the account that I already provided my credit card number and the code. This is the only business to request all this info.

You should be ashamed to be getting all of this negative feedback, Wish. And the worst thing is that you either don't care or stick your heads in the sand like ostriches. Either way something ought to be done about your business practices. But probably nothing will be done as you are an International Corporation. Unless your investors that control the stock market suddenly were to pull their money out. Then you all would be out on the streets. No one's going to feel sorry for a homeless executive.

Ordered from this site maybe 10x, but my last 2 order was a scam, when i open it infront of the store owner whom i usually pick up, the first one was a piece of dirty single use surgical mask instead of a pants, the 2nd one was a piece of ripped carton instead of a knee cap.

Please do yourself a favor, don't buy on Wish. They are totally fake. They will rob you and lie to you. Of all the item I ordered only one was delivered and it wasn't the right item.

I'd give a 0 If it was an option. Wish does not have a walk in store to try sizes or different styles. We thought it would be ok to buy multiple styles as their return policy says 30 days. Well apparently there is a fine print stating that it is not the case. We bought 3 boots size listed 37 should be a 6 but unfortunately do not fit as a 6. We would like to switch one for a smaller size and return two as we bought different styles to pick the one I like. Wish Will never be the next Amazon. This website is VERY bad. They have sellers who sell misleading, totally defective products, that will not work for you. Then they will never refund or even apologize. As an example, i bought two Mummy and me dresses from them. The seller claimed dresses are cotton. They are not. They are pure synthetic (after I received them in almost 2 months after placing the order). On top of that, Mother's dress is defective, having a hole, and badly made. And one of the sleeves leaves a deep scar-looking trace on my arm, as the ribbon is too tight even for a baby arm. I had the trace for 2 days after taking the dress off! It's an injury! Around the same time, I ordered the shoes from that website (not knowing HOW bad they are yet). The shoes came in a separate package after the defective dresses. Needless to say, instead of a claimed 'leather' the shoes were synthetic. On top of that, it's impossible to connect them in any way to a foot. Seriously. I was not able to make a single step in them. They are created not for humans. I don't know how they could come up with such construction and configuration, but the shoes are not functioning. Nobody even apologized, not talking about giving a refund to me. Misleading, counterfeit, wrong website, awful products, terrible customer service.

Clothing sizes are in Asian sizes, which run very small due to them being small people. Make sure to check the sizing charts and make sure to know your measurements, cause if you don't know your measurements in CM, you're not gonna get the correct size. I wear an 18 in US sizes and while shopping on wish, I wear between a 5X-8X in Asian sizes. Also, if you're bust is big, you're gonna want to buy bras from somewhere else as none of them will fit. I have yet to find a bra on their site to the equivalent of a 50D.
The clothing size is actually 2x's smaller than what it says it is. Don't buy clothes unless you're a size 8.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
