Do not purchase from wish. The sellers will make purchases that you know nothing about. I've noticed this has happened several times when making multi purchases. I've also purchased a Milwaukee Skill saw. The description and photo of the saw was deceptive, it was a counterfeit, 2 it did not have a battery, didn't have a charger, didn't have a blade. The cost was 168.00 total. I did not recall ordering the saw. I accepted that it might have been ordered by accident. I also complained to customer support, they agreed and the seller, "the home improvement store" agreed to email me a return label, its now been a week, no return label. I have 30 days to return, I have complained, requested the seller to send the return label yet no one has responded. It has been one week and no return label. They lie, they cheat, they steal, it's best to never trust WISH. Save your money, use eBay or Amazon, chances are you'll get the real deal with a real customer service rep. Wish is criminal and it's right up there with MOB activity. I believe the company is MOBED UP. Customer Support number: *******172 the front man is called the CEO and his name is Peter Szulczewski. My opinion while living in a country with free speech rights, Wish is a Mobbed up company. Close their page and block their IP address, email, text messages.
Their cancellation policy is atrocious. I tried to cancel items that i accidentally purchased, within a matter of few minutes, it wont allow me anymore, its not even 24 hours, i will not shop here anymore. I like Amazon the best

If you order more than ONE ITEM of the same thing from a vender You will be charged FULL SHIPPING CHARGE ON EACH ONE! If you select a Special Priced item (sometimes $0.00) they say they will let you know in 2-3 days, but they added them to my order at FULL COST and them they let me know that I did not get them at the SPE$CIAL PRICE, The total cost the showed, for me to complete the Order was 1/3 of what the BILL WAS FROM PAYPAL. Contacting both WISH & PAYPAL within minutes of the order NEATHER WOULD DO ANYTHING TO STOP THIS BUSINESS PRACTICE!
MY ADVICE IS NOT TO USE EITHER OF THESE OPERATION!
It is much to difficult to contact either party and get anything done, you just get conversation that goes NOWHERW!

They offer quite a good amount of product, but most of them are overpriced for the quality and overall delivery time. And in the main dash there are always misleading and even vulgar pictures. That's why I seldom use wish any more and turn to some other apps e.g. shein, blidz and other apps that provide also affordable products (even cheaper for same products) with wide selections but also have at least some amount of quality control

Told me the item was adjustable in size, it wasn't. Told me the item was a cotton blend, it wasn't, 100% polyester. Who, in summer would ever wear 100% polyester?

So i have been trying the limited quantity deals. (Over 50 times) with no luck. They charge my card every time and when you don't win you have to contact them every time for a re fund. I am waiting for a refund for a item that i did purchase and changed my mind about. That one is a refund of $150 and i haven't seen that money in my account. Kinda makes me nerves a little since wish does not have a phone number or actual costumer care people work for them that you can call I did purchase some other stuff and i am expecting that stuff in about a month or more this company is kinda scetchy.

I am fed up of Wish. I am frustrated and stressed.
I think Wish refund system is a big elaborate fraud.
Their Customer Support and also Royal Mail confirmed my returned items arrived Wish Return Centre on 19/05/2021.
I also sent them photo of the return postage receipt over 30 times.
Yet till this moment of typing this review nothing has been done.
Each customer support keeps asking for the same photo of the receipt and then disappear from the scene.
Either Wish has thousands of returned items from unhappy customers OR Wish is being fraudulent refusing to make refunds.

I have shopped with Wish COUNTLESS times. If everything I purchased, it ALL goes in the recycling or trash within a week. All of the things they sell that I've gotten are such poor quality that they just WON'T LAST! Some of the businesses are completely bogus and you can't report the vast majority of them!
Once, I bought a Dead By Daylight T-shirt for my husband's birthday... or it was SUPPOSED TO BE a DBD T-shirt. I fought for TWO DAYS with them on getting a refund for my $20 purchase. What I got? A CHAMELEON SHIRT. Front and back. A freaking CHAMELEON! It ruined the surprise and I was FUMING! Gah, it was awful!
Another time, I ordered wedding bands. My ring came in no issue (poor quality as usual, but no real issue). My husband's... yeah, I ordered it and it came in the wrong size. I couldn't get a refund. I ordered yet ANOTHER ONE, one size DOWN from the initial purchase. It came in with a tag saying it was the right size. I gave it to him and it was the EXACT SAME FRICKEN SIZE AS THE FIRST ONE! I fought and lost to get my money back on that one!
I have so many purchases from there and they've all been equally crap in their own special way.
Needless to say, I only shop there when I'm willing to wait 2 months (1 month minimum if you're lucky) shipping on an item that it worth the extra $2 and less time spent buying it in stores and recieving that day

Ordered a drill got a drill bit, ordered a mini keyboard, got a mousepad with a pic of the keyboard on it. At least these arrived, so far arrivals for the year 2021 are at around 60 percent. You have to watch the postage if you order more than 1 of a kind the postage doubles, triples ECT.
On the upside they refund instantly using the AI customer service.

I ordered cage and cover for it. They returned me money for the cage (not sure why) and sent only cover. I was trying many times to contact support and get the label for return post for cover but got just an auto-response several times. Absolutely unacceptable that you can't return item and can't get onto support. Email support directed me to the same unresponsive chat.

I thought this company was going to be somewhat legit, and at a minimum let me return items like they promise. However, I have been trying to return an item for 2 weeks and their online customer support is so difficult to navigate. It is intrinsically designed to make it difficult to get ahold of a live rep. I was told my return would be of no expense SINCE wish did not deliver my order on time. Instead of that, they sent me a return address which prompts me to pay for the shipping. The site promised free returns including shipping if the order did not arrive on time, yet did not follow through. They might have cheap prices but don't buy here. There is a high chance your order is not what you expect, and the return process and customer service is about as helpful as a brick. Will never be ordering from these monkeys again.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
