They will advertise a GPS tracking device but not tell you it is incomplete. The website advertises to people's imagination and gullibility. Deceptive photos and toys made to look like real working items. I can not believe the Los Angeles Lakers sports team actually allows them to put their company name On Their jerseys.

They don't have the item, or say it was sold out and they will refund your credit card. Well they don't. My advise to you would be don't sign up because they don't deliver on every item.

The Federal Trade Commission should shut this scam outfit down. All one has to do is to see how they elevate their prices when you start to add description (color, size etc.) of the item you plan to buy. They must think all consumers are dumb!

I've bought a couple things on wish and they were always pretty inexpensive. I think that's the best way to use this app since a lot of people seem to have trouble with customer service and refund. Personnaly, I received everything I order and almost everything was perfect and worth my money. I have bought a couple earrings (I have sensitivity to most metals) and they were all great and not juste covered in a cheap alloy. I also bought a shirt with a print on it and the quality of the impression was not really good, but I paid about 5$ for it. So it was to be expected. Overall I think you get what you paid for on wish!
Be careful when ordering from wish I ordered from them almost eight weeks ago they took my money almost that same day I've been waiting for 2 months and still no package and there's no way to get ahold of them they make you fill out all these forms but you can never talk to a live advisor and they never get back to you the bottom line is be careful of the company wish because your wishes won't come true only your worst nightmares, Christopher Cooksey

BEWARE! Returns are difficult! The product (building bricks set) was received defective. I was on bag 5 (out of 36 bags) when I noticed an important piece was missing (no I did not lose it as I was very careful). Also, this store is a drop shipper that increased the price over $100 from the supplier! I received the package with a supplier card and went to the supplier website to find out. Then there is the issue of the supplier ships some products (such as this castle) for free so the $12 shipping fee is ridiculously high since the supplier is the one mailing the product. Plus, this seller is basically giving away my information to the supplier as they need to type my info to the supplier site to order the item! This seems fishy. Beware! There is also the issue of returns being difficult on Wish as they give us the run around and waste time by taking 2-3 days for each response and not do what I asked. The return policy is 30 days and they ignored my wishes for return. Long time buyer and first time returning anything. I am completely disappointed. Needless to say, I will not be using this site again.

I bought Electric Mini Garlic Chopper Garlic Cutter Garlic Masher, Garlic Press. They didn't send what I ordered, instead they sent me a piece of crab plastic garlic grater of which if I got it for free I would absolutely refuse it (see attachment) and throw it directly in the bin. It's really s**t of stuff with $16. I asked them to re-send it and Wish didn't press the China seller to re-send but they told me to forget about it and they gave me a 22% off for the second order. What a tricky, cunning solution from Wish to ask my money for a second order. A ripp off. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WISH. THEY'RE RIPP OFF as same as the china seller as usual. Ban WISH and the seller as well.

I order an air fryer. Instead, I got a worthless piece of latex material shaped like a cupcake holder. It's not heatable in any way. I have no idea what its function might be but I will tell you that it is NOT what I ordered. I will dispute this charge if you don't refund our money. Bank of America will add you to their dishonest vendor watch list. I will get my money back and Wish will feedback on every review site on the web that will be negative and warn others to stay away from Wish.com.

I ordered two bedspreads and pillow shams and when I got them even though it said that they were the right size they did not fit and what you have to go through to return something is absolutely ridiculous I will never order from wish again and I will tell everyone I know not to order from wish I had to take pictures of everything which is stupid just give me something to return it because it didn't fit! This is a terrible website to buy items from. I had no idea the item I purchased was from China and didn't have a choice for a shipping speed. On 13th June I received a full refund from Wish.
This is an update on 8th June reference the fake copy of an Huawei P40 I received from Wish. I have still not being offered a refund. All I get from Wish customer services are messages saying they are sorry I have received a fake phone and I should open a ticket, various tickets have already been opened. Wish state they have tried to contract the supplier but get no response - How surprising.
It would appear Wish are choosing to ignore the selling and refund policy, and they hope I will go away

On 3rd May 2021 I ordered a Huawei P40 Mobile Phone from Wish. What arrived in the UK was a fake product with a serial number *******ABCDEF, very poor quality camera and I dare not use the phone charger in case it overheats and catches fire,
Despite sending photographs, etc to Wish I have not been offered a refund. I have asked for the contact details of the CEO Peter Szulczewski, a return address for the fake phone and a refund. All have been ignored which brings into question the so called Wish refund policy if not satisfied.
All I get from Wish are messages saying they are sorry I am not satisfied. Yesterday the 1st of June 2021 I received a message from Jason in WISH customer services saying my issue was resolved but when I opened the message it stated my refund request was blocked!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
