I would rat zero stars if you let me. "Water Proof Bag" finally arrived --with a hole in it! Looks like a cigarette burn (the plastic wrapping had a hole in the same spot). So much for a water proof product --its useless to me.
I requested a refund --let's see if I get it. The bot said "it takes "10 business days" to process my VISA refund (interesting how it took only seconds to process my purchase when they took money from my VISA).
The last three orders I placed with them, ended up as follows:
1. Ordered laptop, received remote only
2. Ordered laptop, received nothing. Customer support stated the item was delivered!
3. Ordered wireless mouse, received nothing! Same excuse as above!
Good thing I paid with Paypal, they were gracious to refund full amounts. Never again, "Wish" I had never started!

I bought a product from wish online. They sent me the product which I never ordered. Now they are not refunding my money back, nor they are exchange the product. They just befool the customers, grab their money and no service after you buy the product online. I would request all of you not to go buy any product on wish online. They started sending my orders to a wrong address and I never received them. When I told them this no less than 50 times, they said they were delivered. Yes, but I explained USPS delivered them to the wrong address they provided. They refused to resolve or explain why they sent all my stuff elsewhere. They stole my money and would not replace products never received. By me. Whoever got them was not honest enough to return them to USPS. Really horrible company. All clothing trash. Don't buy.

On their page it says that they guarantee their stuff or your money back well that's a joke a lot of their stuff is so cheaply made I have gotten stuff from them like jewelry for instance and it has tore up the next day I've even ordered stuff from them and opened it up and it would be broken or damaged I definitely would not recommend this this site. Cheaply made stuff you will spend more in shipping and handling than you will for the item and the way it's described is not the way it looks when you get it

So I placed an order on Wish for a total of $57.72, a supposedly good deal for a leather jacket until I did not receive the jacket and lost my money. My son had previously ordered a jacket which took about 3 months to arrive. So, as I tracked the order (Nov 22,2020 Processing order, Nov 24,2020 Order processed in China, Nov 26,2020 Shipped in China, Dec 1,2020 Arrived at Wish facility in China), I wasn't too worried about Wish scamming me since waiting for long periods for an order to arrive seems to be part of the deal. When the jacket wasn't delivered on Dec 21,2020 as it was supposed to, I did what Wish advises – "For any inquiries regarding order statuses and issues about an item ordered, please contact us via Wish Assistant in the app or on our Website at https://www.wish.com/customer-support-center." Several times I contacted Wish through these means but all I got were automated responses. About six months later, I persisted and finally received a reply from a James saying, "I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive your light brown jacket... Wish offers a 30-day policy on all orders. Unfortunately, your request is beyond this timeframe, and you are no longer eligible for a refund." So, I'm writing this review to warn anyone trying to buy from Wish. Simply put, "you buy at your own risk!" Wish uses a marketing gimmick to lure you in, and as they promise you the supposed incredibly low price and tell you that the catch is your willingness to wait for a while, they don't tell you that THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE ITEM YOU PAID FOR MIGHT NOT ARRIVE AND YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU DON'T REALIZE IN TIME THAT YOUR LONG WAIT FOR YOUR ITEM HAS BECOME TOO LONG. Wish is comfortable dealing with vendors that it will not hold accountable to ensure that they deliver products they have been paid for and the customer is the ultimate loser. So hopefully, you will not be drawn to the seemingly low prices that Wish offers, it is not worth it.

Wish, as far as I am concerned, is a big scam. If an item is purchased, with extremely high shipping costs, by the way, and you don't pick up the item within a month, then you are charged almost the entire amount you paid for the item, minus the shipping cost. They make it look like a refund on the product, but it's really not, because they keep the entire amount except maybe 20%, if you're lucky. They don't use modern technology to notify you via text messaging. Some products don't even allow you to ship to your home. I also requested the day before they were going to return my money to hold they item and I would pick it up. They never held the item or every replied to my email. Instead, the decided to send me an automatic feedback email to ask how well they did. Needless to say, I didn't give them rave views. Their support definitely is little to no help. I got two of the products I ordered and it takes a very long time to get them weeks, if not months.

The Better Business Bureau has over 4000 complaints against Wish.com in the last 3 years alone. SCAMtastic. Don't waste your money here, because, as the Better Business Bureau says, they will send you either nothing in return, or an incredibly inferior substitute. Leave while you can. These deals really are too good to be true.

Two purchases. Only one ever arrived and it was (as many have said) very low quality (a shirt). The other item never arrived and the process of getting a refund is far too onerous. Refunds are only a credit to your account (i. E. you have to spend it on something else on Wish) rather than a credit back to your credit card.

This is a horrible site, they sell poor quality things, mostly from china and they don't help much when you have an issue with an item you but. Buyer be aware, things from china can not be returned and you might not get your money back.

I ordered last year over $400 of goods haven't received nothing, now get told that I can't get a refund because it's out of refund period. When I was asking where products were got told it will be a delay because of covid which was understandable as no flights and the world had stopped. A year later still no show of products and when I ask they sorry no refund because it's out of the refund period. What a pure scam. Putrid rip offs. Can't talk to no representative but some robot. I hope no one else buys through this scam site

I wonder how people live with lying to a honest person just to take their money. This company and everyone that works with them have no conscience, they stole my money i saved up for my son's college abroad. I found a newsletter in my mail from tessline which gave details of their investments offer with mouth watering profits, I fell for it and took out my son's college savings to fund this investment, I was referred to a particular Carlos Joaquin who was my account manager, I don't know how they did, but this profit was increasing and increasing just as they said and I was so happy, I waited a bit longer to get more profits, until I requested for a withdrawal of my money, it was then I knew I'd been scammed, and my whole life came shattering, I cried for a couple of days, told my friends about it and they kept laughing at me for so long, until I saw an advert about timothybarlled@ g mai l. I never got any of my items I ordered from this website. And after repeat communications with them, they made it clear they were not going to give me a refund for the items I never got and that I was out of luck they were not going to help me, but they were more than happy to keep my money. Here's some advice, shop at a real online website and not this Chinese garbage.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
