You can never return anything. What ever you buy you have to keep it or throwaway because it cost more money to ship. Most products are made for Chinese domestic market and there specification.

If Zero Stars Were An Option...

My husband and I just purchased our first house together and started to shop for new furniture. I found a coffee table and 2 end tables that came as a set at a local business. They were asking WAY too much for it so I started doing some online research to see if I could find it elsewhere for cheaper. I did find it on multiple sites but the majority of them wouldn't ship to our area. Then I found it on Wish.com. It was about half the price and they shipped to our area. I had never used this site before but I had heard some decent things about them from friends so I decided to give them a try. Also, we wanted two of the furniture set and they had them in stock. I placed the order. My bank alerted me to the charge and I approved it. Wish.com, however, after receiving confirmation of payment and sending me an email advising that it was being processed for shipping, then CANCELED my order. I got in touch with their customer service, which is all message based - no phone number or human to speak to, and they said they would correct the situation. After another 24 hours, they got back in touch and said the same things as before - they had canceled my order and I should see a refund in a few days, and that if I would still like the items that I would have to create a new order. I looked at the furniture set that I had ordered and the price had gone up from $177.50 to $348 so we would have to pay approximately $750 for an order that originally cost $408.26. Absolutely ludicrous. I messaged them again that I was very unhappy with the situation but that I would re-order the set if they would honor the original price. After several back and forth messages with someone who doesn't speak English and never addressed my question, I demanded that they answer my question. I have not heard back from them and it's been over a week now. TOTAL CRAP WEBSITE and trying to scam people out of their money. I found my furniture elsewhere and I will NEVER use this sketchy website again.

According to wish, I ordered a swimming pool, not realizing until my checking account balance was over $200 in the negative. Contacted my bank they had me file a dispute, on a contingency bases they put the money back in my account. 2 or 3 days later Wish steals it back out of my account without anyone calling or any notice. They say after corresponding with Fed Ex, apparently they'll do that, they assured Wish it was delivered. After so many disputes back and forth with Wish's message board, it taking 2 to 3 days for a reply, because you cant talk to anyone on the phone, at the end of the day, Wish let the 30 day return time run out. Never mind I had nothing to return because It wasnt delivered, it doesn't matter now. They stole my money back out of my account. I wasn't really as worried till they did this and let the so called 30 day return policy term run out. Waiting for 2 to 3 days at a time for a reply adds up. And the prices certainly dont add up. You want to buy something for $100 dollars till you get to the pay now screen, all of a sudden that $100 item has changed to $250. Good luck. Overseas Companies and there dealings are more important lining pockets then taking care of customers. If you haven't had it happen, give it time.

On May 30,2021, I purchased over $400 of merchandise from wish.com. I received only 2 items and it took 2 weeks to get these. My other 5 items have not arrived yet and it's now June 25,2021. Now during these several weeks, My orders on the website state, "Four of my items have already shipped and the delivery date is reading June 15,2021.

And I clicked on 2 of the same order are reading not in stock. Asking me do I want a replacement of the items of equal value at no extra cost? So I looked at the options and it had no option for at least something of what I originally purchased or a refund. So I chose their option to replace the product that looked similar to the original product that I originally purchased.

This went on for a few days. Now mind you, They are still in possession of my money! The website then reads the order replacement isn't in stock either! So I contacted wish.com customer support and they are telling me the same *****, that my account is reading!

So today, I requested a refund and now I have 10 days in order to receive my credit back to my banking institution! I believe some of the merchants on wish.com are using consumer's money for their profit and gain. I think they are using our money to purchase products for themselves! Once, they get the merchandise, wish.com will send you a bs message about, "The merchandise is not available yet. We will let you know." "By some ridiculous code at site pick up near your address location" After this, I got another notice a few more days later, "The item is no longer available. Wish.com and/or the merchants (Stores: Envimei, James512, Smncollins000, zhengxiang2020, KiKi Fashion & New song) on the site are crooks! They are stealing our money and doing what they want with it! My word of advice stay away from this website. And if you choose to still buy things from this wish.com be very careful of the merchant you choose to purchase goods & services from.

I ordered a 72 piece sensory toy set for kids and got 5 of the same dam toy. False advertisement. I'm pissed I will never order off this site ever again. 1) because of false advertisement and 2) cause it comes from China. I'm done being screwed by $#*!ing China. Worst experience ordering online ever in my life. My child was so upset and that pissed me off even more. $#*! your $#*!ty site. Buy Amazon at least you get what you order.

Garbage stay away
June 25, 2021

I ordered a kit of 4 pieces bike parts and guess what I received only one part! Trying to address this issue with customer support, however their customer support automated response like a joke, what would you expect from some Chinese businesses. Just use AMAZON, I can't get my money back or at least the parts I ordered. I also ordered numbing cream before and the quality was horrible. I ordered twice and in both I regret and now it's over I will delete this stupid wish app that keeps annoying me with ads.

Do not buy from this terrible company they game me a popped balloon which I was hoping were gloves another fidgwt and some magnetic balls witch I ordered but i got like ten when i order a 50pc I want my money back and a full set of what I wanted

I live in a complex with 40 other apartments. FedEx said they left it at the front door of the complex, but that is not my door. Now wish or FedEx will help me out, I will never buy anything from this site again. Dont trust this place. Wish is a joke.

Can't give zero

My experience happened twice, I had bought a couple of items that were okay. Then it seemed to me that the next items I ordered came the wrong size in the right size bag. Then they say we don't replacements or exchanges, send it back at your cost for a refund ( excluding the inflated delivery that you paid because the item seemed cheap in the first place). I've brought from many Chinese sites over the years. This one is wrong, it should be shut down. AVOID.

I ordered a Dragon censure and received a pornographic Peeing Boy. Wish would not take it back or refund the charges. Wish lied to my credit card company when I lodged a complaint. Wish lies about having a customer service telephone number. THEY DO NOT. When you call it, you are told it does not exist. Wish offers one price, but charges a much higher price as soon as you press the BUY button... Wish charges WAY TO MUCH for shipping. Wish iships from China, so remains tardy in their shipments and out of reach of their customers... They are the WORSE COMPANY with which I have ever dealt. It took months to put behind me the terrible and frustrating and incredulous experience I had with them. The pornographic peeing boy will remain hidden in my garage until I die, and it is thrown out by my children, as it is too awful to go to Goodwill...

I had made 2 orders with about 7 items each. Some items showed up at my door 7 months after I ordered, I attempted to cancel the items that I did not get but they convinced me of waiting a little longer, I did now 10 months later no items so I wished to cancel them but I was unable to do so. In the short of it, they got my money and I did not get half of the products and I cannot get a refund!.

Expensive mistakes

I am trying to get a refund for $100 boots. I am getting the runaround. They say they were delivered BUT I live here I see my postman every day and there is no delivery. I have spoken with my postman and he never had the package. I want my refund. If I order some $2 item, no problem. If I actually spend some money I am screwed. Do not shop at WISH. Customer service is non existent, you can't speak to a real person. If you want to contact the store... good luck with that.

How many times do they have to be told about incomplete shipping labels. It has caused me to wait over and over again to have to wait for my paid for items causing problems for Canada post. Maybe wish should have there shipping department take a reading test in order to work there. This is a childish way of doing business. Grow up and be a responsible business considering you take people money and then not care if the package even gets to the paid customers.
