This is the worst online ordering site in the world! I ordered a jacket for my husband on their site back in January 2021 and they took the money (from PayPal) a few days later. Just like any site would do... but, I found out after checking on my order that the "preparing to ship" date just kept changing every week. They don't let you call the company to discuss the issue, you have to use the app which gives generic responses. Then, they tell you they're sorry but "customers may request a refund on an order within 30 days of delivery of the item. Or if the item did not arrive, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date." Wait... what if you were never given an estimated delivery date or what if it just never arrived? Then they say, "For future orders, please be sure to follow up promptly so we can provide the best resolution. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll give us a chance to provide a better experience on your next order." So, basically, they have your money, you'll never receive an expected delivery date or if you just don't receive the item you won't get a refund. Plus, I never received any shipping information on the item, so it never shipped and they still refuse to refund me. It's a terrible scam. I "wish" I had seen this site before ordering my item from them!
For the third time, the delivery was late and, after I asked for a refund per their policy, they only refunded the shipping cost while giving me a different delivery date, one month later. Twice I waited a month for no reason. This time, I checked their carrier and noticed that the item was returned to Wish facility three days after I received the shipping cost refund. So once again, I would have waited 30 days in vain.
In the past, I had totally forgot about three items because of the delivery dates being so far. And it was too late to ask for a refund so they kept the money.
I am done with those thieves and cheaters.
This was my first time placing order from Wish I ordered silver rings and waited pretty long time ( it seems) for delivery.The rings came yesterday and i am disappointed because 2 of the 3 looks terrible like a burn shadow lines the designs and inside i see the mistakes made but i got what i paid for. I already knew before i open package that i would keep products not deal with return. I tried to delete my account the other day but i could not i do want my credit card number removed. Anyway the price is too good to be true and it is not true.
Ordered shoes and where way too big, where crumpled and was a waste of time and money, had to return them ended up lossing $10.75, they issued a refund which was fine. But there is no easy way to contact the seller and the whole thing is a bit dodgy i would not recommend but hey thats online shopping for you. The shoe was listed as size 44, the internet(because i am no shoe specialist) said size was 44, which is equivalent to a size 10 in AUS/UK(which what i was looking for) when they arrive they where so big they felt like a size 12. (Rant) - Usually the sizes in China are much smaller but i blame who ever makes these stupid shoe sizes different for every country, why cant a shoe size be universal for all humans? So dumb, ''they say because not all feet are the same'', yeah that is why you have more than one size derr.
Nasty place to try and right their mistakes. Waste of your hard earned money. Better to go waste it at a $ store.
I paid and was sent the wrong merchandise. Their "Support Help gives you 4 choices one of which is Nevermind. You cannot talk to an actual person. I sent dozens of emails and pictures. After each I got a "Sorry" response, they acted like they had never heard from me before and put me back in the computer loop. I truly believe they dragged it out to pass the return deadline
I am stuck with, two- yes they sent it twice-ugly wrong items that they will not refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
The year is 2021 and I just can't believe that this kind of promotion and advertising that I see everyday on Wish, can be considered acceptable to the ACCC, The fair Trades Act of Australia and most customers visiting the Wish online store. Call it what you want... Clever promotion etc etc etc but I call it false advertising. You don't advertise a price for a product and then charge another price. You don't display a product in your advertisment ( Like a full tool set) with a price, no matter how cheap and then only offer one spanner for that price advertised. This is not Australian marketing and the way we do business in Australia. This kind of marketing may be acceptable in other countries where possibably dictator style (and perhaps corrupt) bully government's rule. But this is still Australia and we as individuals demand respect and trust worthy practices from our people in business. I have had some horrendous experiences with some online business pretending to be Australian but operating out of China. And these companies will not honour the 12 months warranties they advertise and offer. We need to stand up to these bullies and let them know that we won't be taken advantage of and let them diminish our good business practices.
I have ordered one male night suit in april 2020 with other product as well some of the product came some of the product got canceled because of unavailable reason but this male night suit it is still in prosess to reach. I don't know how many years it will take to come.
This company will rip you off. First if all they sell cheap crap that falls apart the minute you get it. Second of all there's no customer service at all. You have to wait days to talk to anyone. Third you can't track anything so you don't k is if your getting ripped off. It takes months for your item to get here and your lucky if it is what is described or pictured. None of the items I have ordered have ever been on time. Or what is described. BE AWARE. ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANT.
I had to call customer service about a air mattress I bought 2 months and 3 weeks ago and I'm the whole total and pump totally stopped working could have blow up her bed so I called customer service I called once I got hung up on. She transferred me to the supervisor and in mid conversation she hung up on me I have never ever had that route of customer service in my life. So when I called back when I gave all my information about the return I needed I was nowhere to be found so the supervisor completely deleted everything that I need done. They're nasty their scandalous it's awful

They used to refund purchases when not delivered on time. They lost a lot of money, so they changed their procedure.
Furthermore, they will promise one date then change it on your purchase page, then they will guarantee a refund if not receive after another month.
So only if it is lost in the mail over a month after the promised delivery date, they will reimburse you.
So don't believe the date of delivery, well the first one anyway. It might just take a lot longer.

The first item I ordered they cancelled saying it was out of stock. The second was not what I thought I ordered because it was described in tiny print with a deceptive photo. They said they sent the third but it never arrived. They did refund my money but that doesn't make up for the deception and inconvenience. Don't bother using this site.

The shirts advertised where totally different that what was received-different sizes, different material, different style; didn't receive entire order. Price was advertised differently than when you actually clicked on it... waste of time and money.

Very bad business. Will tale your money and make getting a refund extra hard or impossible to get. Even if you cancel order within a minute of making it. You will still have to wait 30 days to receive product then you have 30 days to return. I was ripped off for $145 about 50 was just shipping. First I tried to buy a product at. 50 then when I made my purchase which I looked at the price before hitting pay was not the amount charged. Then each item jumped up to over $25 which scammed me out of 145 they would not cancel the order and refund me within minutes. So now not only do I have to pay again for shipping it back. And give already paid for shipping I never wanted. If I get a refund it will be over 3 months that i have been robbed of over 200 dollars

Stay away from this company, the delivery time for items suck! I've been waiting over a month for delivery, and trying to get a refund is ridiculous! Take my advice, stay away, tell your family and friends to stay away, this company SUCKS! Big time.

The guy wanted me to upload the picture of all the items received. Upload picture option does not even let you take a picture from the laptop. You need to take a picture, save it on your laptop and then share. When I explained this to him, he took less than a minute to tell me to contact again when I have the picture ready. Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
