I ordered several items and they were all being delivered in one package one pair of earrings was not included I filed a ticket with wish and received a response that I would get an answer within 2 to 3 days they never responded I checked back in and filed another ticket a week later and they told me that the timeframe to get a refund was expired they did not deliver the item they did not answer my tickets terrible customer service and they stole my money

Very disappointed with my items (clothing). Some are too big, others too tight for the same size, XL in my case. I could not return them because to send the items back is at my own expense. Poor quality, bad customer service. They always justify that's your fault.

I don't know where this company is headquartered but it wouldn't surprise me if it was China if you have an issue try getting a hold of their customer service non-existent. I'll tell you what their draw is cheap prices hooks the public every time you want to buy cheap don't be surprised at the service and the results you get.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. They dally around forever with giving you a refund, (only partial - assuming you even get a refund.) Also, I bought three dresses for my wife; two were great; the third was the wrong size; even though the label stated the same size as the other two. I was told the correct item was sent, and my ticket was closed.
As for hard drives/memory cards; fake, fraud, pictures used of real products like "Sandisk", but you get something that says "ShanDion"; absolute fraud; oh and they lable the storage volume, (go into advanced properties on PC), as more than available - if they work at all.
That's only the tip of the iceberg. Wish is a complete scam; a new level of frustration; new low for customer service and retention; new level of mistreatment of the the purchaser.
I'm never one to go online and review a seller, but Wish is beyond ridiculous. I wanted to warn anyone and everyone I can, about Wish's poor excuse for customer fulfillment.
Do not be the fool that I was; Aviod Wish like a virus. They will take and take, but never give back now take ownership of thier ineptitude.

I ordered a four in one wet dry robot vacuum I received at least was told from customer service that the cleaning belts I didn't order the belt I ordered the machine that one they did refund but after a month we're waiting for a product you want the product that you ordered (2) order the countertop 3 to 5 gallon water cooler ice maker received a bag of ice bags that's right I said a bag of ice bags didn't order the bags to order the machine that makes the ice and the cold water that one is being reviewed for what they call it a return abuse I was not able to send a picture of what I received that's how quick they blocked it I've had returns before because I order something I expect to get what I order
I ordered some clothes and they were way, way too small. I used the provided sizing chart too. I measured the items and all of them weren't even close to the stated sizes. I tried to get customer service to do something but all they would do is confirm the order and refer me to a page where you rate your purchase.
If you want to just throw your money away go ahead and place an order through WISH.
I decided that I would try Wish from a Facebook ad and ordered 2 t-shirts at a remarkably low price. The product was a completely different design from what I ordered and the quality was very poor. It was a poorly hand-drawn imitation logo (counterfeit).
Customer service replied that I ordered what I received, despite me documenting the order that I placed. Both times they closed the ticket before I could reply (customer service message ticket and then live agent). The second time, they sent a link to return it that didn't work and immediately closed the conversation before I could use it.
Ordered 2 items 3/28/21. Today is July 12.
Items have not been delivered. Called them, voice mail box full and can't leave message. This is the first sign the company SUCKS.
Asked for refund and was told no. Asked again two weeks later. Someone named Odessa if even a human gave instructions on how get my refund.
I followed the steps and was told too late for a refund. I am went back to odessa and sent another message and she just gave me the same instructions. This is a game of Who's on first.
I bought a mobile compressor bike pump in June 2020, after ten months it stopped working, so I went through the "Wish" Customer Support Assistant, then I contacted the Seller "Chigua" supplied photographs and descriptions of what had happened to the compressor, After a few correspondences with the Seller they agreed liability, and said "Wish": would refund full cost.
So back to Customer Support, logged complaint again, emailed *******@Wish, In April 2021, Customer Support agent, requested that follow Customer Support Assistant prompts, which I did again, supplied all the evidence, etc etc.
Now four months down the line. Still no help from the none existent customer support, even sent them a copy of their own Customer Guarantee, just to remind them what they are supposed to do, too Support the customer, guess what the reply was, go to order details, select item follow guidance from Customer Support Assistant.
So far I have had 32 different Customer Support agents reply to my emails.
And yes you've guessed it back to the follow these steps.
I guess the Customer Support Agents are just another form of automated replies.
So after Four months of trying to get my £35.10 back I give up.
SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM "WISH", IF IT BREAKS AFTER A WHILE NO CHANCE OF GETTING IT REPLACED OR REFUNDED.
This company is $#*!! They will ship your item a year later and have the second worse customer care (Amazon is #1) you can find better items at the local dump!
Placed a large order. Day before order was to be shipped, I looked at status and it said entire order refunded. No customer service and phone number states no phone customer service. Um do not order from Ghost site
I received a broken watch. Set up a return. Was sent shipping label. Shipped item back. No refund!
WISH in my mind is a scam... quality is the same as getting at the dollar store. Shipping is ridiculous, long wait times and when it arrives, the products are junk. I thinik this website is very misleading touting silver as real silver and gold as real gold. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Fortunately, Wish will never have the opportunity to take advantage of me again. It just plain sucks!

Facendo l'esempio della telefonia, non è difficile imbattersi in telefoni "Hauwei, Sansung, Xiaoni, ecc.", che ovviamente altro non sono che copie (ma con specifiche hardware molto inferiori) di telefoni Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi e via dicendo. Addirittura vi sono pure telefoni con fotocamera "Leika" anzichè Leica! Quindi bisogna stare molto attenti a non farsi trarre in inganno, anche perchè una volta acquistato un telefono di questo genere, è ovvio che vi siano problemi gravi di garanzia, poichè semplicemente non esistono centri assistenza Sansung, Xiaoni, Hauwei, ecc.! Quindi in fin dei conti non si è assolutamente tutelati sotto questo punto di vista. Ma cosa ancor più grave, poichè riguarda la salute, è che sui telefoni in catalogo non è assolutamente specificato il SAR, dunque è impossibile poter sapere quante radiazioni emetta un dato telefono. Insomma, probabilmente wish va bene fintanto che si voglia acquistare qualche smartphone da usare come telefono di riserva, sempre sperando che non si verifichino problemi come quelli sopra descritti. Ah, un'ultima cosa: anche se il prezzo dei telefoni è molto basso, le spese di spedizione, dalla Cina, sono invece assai salate.
I ordered a knife back on june 2nd and it has yet to arrive (july 6th). I tried to find out more about what's going on and the only assistance they offer is an automated response feature. Ultimately, they offered to refund my money which I immediately took advantage of since it's pretty obvious I'll never see the item.
Their prices are attractive but save your money and buy from a reputable outfit. These guys are a sham.
I purchased an item, and following protracted delivery from China, the wrong item was sent. When I contacted customer support and uploaded photographs as evidence I was told 'I know how disappointing it is however the store correctly fulfilled the order' and that was it! And if you want to return the only option is to choose 'I ordered the wrong item' so they never admit a fault on their behalf. Customer service is a joke, never again!
There are times the items are DOA. Once I bought a smart watch which needs to be charged every day. Plus the readings are inaccurate.
On two occasions I ordered a tablet but ear plugs were shipped. Obviously delivery does not match the product description.
Upon the last fiasco, I complained but ended up being blocked. The excuse: I had abused their return system. I am convicted when the numerous faults were with the retailers. Upon appeal the block was removed. Now Wish wants my picture ID. Nope I am not shopping thru Wish anymore.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
