I had a bad experience with Wish. I ordered several items of jewelry and got nothing but one pair of earrings that I had not ordered at all. Now I am stock with it, and complaint page is not active; telephone numbers are a tape and you can not talk to anyone about your problem. Wish has all my information and I am pissed off.

Stay Far away from these criminals! All the photos of the merchandise and clothing on their website are stolen from other websites like Pinterest and more expensive and credible clothing and merchandise lines. WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE IS NOT WHAT YOU RECEIVE. What you WILL receive is a cheap $#*!ty version of what was in the picture because why would they actually send you something of quality when youre paying them a dirt cheap price? Some of the clothing I ordered came in smelling like chemicals and formaldehyde. The quality was so bad they went straight from the shipping box and into the trash. A total waste of money and time, not to mention your pay almost just as much on the products as you do with shipping.
Stay away,,, far far away. This company changes item descriptions on products en route to your home. Ordered 4 "laptops" and 8 Cell Phones. Recorded items descriptions after purchase. All item descriptions changed during the course of shipping. The package content was switched in the item descriptions and the only thing arriving as ordered was a cheap watch and some useless trinkets not worth the shipping fees to return.
This place is just as awful and bad as my former experience using cheap shopping sites.
I swore Id never take the risk again, but I was under the impression from what Id been told. There are some good Chinese sellers (in so many words) on wish.com. I wanted a mustard seed necklace badly but couldnt justify paying what some sites are charging. Especially shipping. I fell for the same trick I did on my former experience. I believed i was getting the pictured item. Reviews (that I saw without clicking them all) were good. Sellers ratings were good.
Bought the necklace for $12 nzd all up. Item come fast. Surprisingly. About two weeks.
Opened it and boy oh boy. That is NOT the same as the picture. I didnt think the picture was stolen? What I got was a kind of murky necklace. With yellow leaves (looks like leaves) of some sort... scratches... a weird wire around the edges giving it a clam shell or locket appearance and a cheap as flimsy chain... plus bubbles inside the resin or whatever it is. Also it was not a nice heart like the picture showed

Most of my dealings have been for jewelry. You do have to order carefully & make sure the items are sterling silver. If you order clothes, take your measurements and check the sizing chart. Also check the conversion of cm to inches, most of the items are Asian sizes and you need to order up 1 - 2 sizes for a proper fit. They are generally very inexpensive (except for cat trees).
I have this app on everything i own because it makes shopping east and able to be down wherever. I love the app and the products are amazing
A complete ripoff they charged me an arm and a leg for month-long shipping and then sent the wrong sizes. The products themselves are cheap crap materials. Their customer service is a joke, a 1-800 number that directs you to the website that only implements a ticket system akin to the gm ticket from an early 2000s Everquest clone, which they ignore the tickets anyway! Do Not Use! You will regret it! And I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them Zero stars!
I think this is the reason for missing packages and refunds. I would rather have the items I bought then to get a refund. Find a way to put all my items in one big box. That would be great.
What a total stupid rip off a packet of sewing needles average 2-6 bucks on wish yet one seller had them there for 258 bucks for the identical item are they on drugs

Wish is most times a scam. You don't always get your clothes or items.
Its a cheap company where they take off brand clothes or pieces where its thrown together and sell it for really cheap prices. Sometimes the items are free. Most of the quality of clothes are bad. Sometimes its swimsuit material, literally paper, itchy or torn.
I've ordered a decent amount of items from this website. I once got a lace bra for 3 bucks and it was extra small, see through, the straps were just pieces of string. I told them and they said they will wire my money back to my card but I didn't get anything back.
Reviews on items are fake and generated, sometimes not even for the right product. Some items tell you its cheap but once its in your basket its more expensive.
The items take 1-3 months to get to you, so if you are looking for something quick, do not order from here. Their shipping is from China.
I would not suggest ordering from here unless you really want too or have a good feeling about it. Do not buy any electronics such as phones, watches, drones, cameras.
Since my girlfriend told me about Wish, I've been addicted. Sure, shipping time is problematic. But if you're aware, don't order anything you absolutely need right away! I've never had to send anything back, and at these prices frankly there's been nothing I paid so much for that I would've gone broke over taking a loss at. Items that were sent that I was disappointed with were replaced by ones I wanted without having to return the original! That works for me~and they always did it with a smile.
This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Fraud or Scan comes to mind. Don't bother with this company. I hope I get the items but I think they just ripped me off. But, they don't know I know to call the Federal Trade Commission and I'll report them to Facebook as Facebook is advertising Wish, therefore they are liable as well.
My order had ten items and none of them was ever delivered. Although they gave me a full refund, it doesn't solve the issue. It's not serious.
New it was too good to be true orderd a mobile then when payment went thru they changed the layout of the advert to include charger cable only but original {which i still have on email confirm purchase} doesn't even mention a cable apart from whats in the package content with phone total scam!
I haven't received 9 items I ordered 7 months ago. They refuse to refund me! I complained regularly on the app, asking where my orders are, asking for refunds and all I get back is, I didn't let them know exactly before 30 days after the supposed delivery should have taken place and therefor no refund. Although I did inform them on the same app/notification board, more than once, before the 30 days that I did not receive my items.
How can they refuse to give me my refund for something I never received? That is stealing my money! I even have proof that the parcels never even arrived in my country (South Africa).
Oh yes, and the best part is, the few items I did receive, is very poor quality, didn't fit and not at all like the pictures, don't be fooled. AND I ended up paying so much shipping for it once I got to the post office to collect the parcels (that is for each item every time), I might as well could have bought something similar here in a retail store which would have been much better quality, fitted me and the same price in the end.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
