I ordered several items and instead of sending it together they charged shipping for each item, so i bought 50 worth of stuff and ended up paying 50 for shipping. Utterly insane. Half the items looked nothing like the photos, were super cheap looking, one item came damaged. They say some of their handbags are leather, but they aren't they're PU leather. So false advertising. I will never use this site again. Late night shopping binge i totally regret. I sent email to customer service with no reply from them. No phone number for customer service.

Don't buy from WISH they have terrible customer service agents who can easily be replaced by a robot because they all use the same canned response and they keep repeating the same response even though I am not asking the same question.

I did not receive several items after 6 months and I asked to send a replacement, for one item they give me a fake tracking number (no replacement is sent) for another they gave me a refund which I will never receive because I closed the bank account from which I used the credit card and for the items I received they are a very bad quality. Even if it looks cheap but it is a waste of money. I have attached a screenshot of part of the conversation with them and you can see that they keep repeating the same thing about their return policy and that conversation started more than a month ago so that message was copied/pasted several times before the screenshot

Item descriptions are switched after purchase is made. Items are of the poorest quality and are misrepresented; they are not "genuine stones". They are either photographed too large or too small, leading to disappointment when they arrive. Items are partially delivered; if you order 5, only 1 is delivered and they deliver what THEY want. Colors sent are not what is ordered. The company is listed in San Francisco, CA., but most of the merchandise comes from Asia and take over a month to arrive, if at all. There is virtually no customer service; they keep sending insidious emails requesting photos even if you tell them you don't have a phone or camera. This goes back and forth, ad nauseam. The customer service number refers you to their website; consequently, there are no human beings to speak with. Their motto is "we've got your back" (like backstabbing!), but refuse to grant refunds. I spent well over $200 US and have received $3 worth of useless merchandise - pure junk. They keep sending emails back and forth stating that they require a photo despite the fact that one doesn't have a camera or phone. This website needs to be shut down for good and a class action suit should be instituted to reimburse buyers from unscrupulous sellers.

I ordered 4 laptops over a month and a half ago. Never received them. Not only can you not call them, but they have a bot that answers their emails. After numerous emails back and forth, it was obvious they were'nt even reading my emails! The bot has nothing but scripted responses. They claim once and a while they have orders dissapear coming from China. Yeah right! My friend also orderd 2 and never got his either! You would thinka refund would be automatic, but hell no. Stay away from this fraudulent site!

I would give Wish a minus star if I could. I ordered a gift, paid through Paypal, received confirmation of payment from Paypall, Wish acknowledged order and advise I should receive order by May 4 (a month after the purchase). When I tried to track my order, I was advised I have no Order History. Bull-how can you give a delivery date if they claim they did not receive payment. I trust Paypal, not Wish. Below they ask for an order # to help resolve disputes. I can't give them one because according to Wish I don't have an order. I WISH I never purchased anything from WISH!

Got it before its original date. Quality was awesome. The item was exactly as described. Item cost was well worth the cost.

OK. Heard all the moaning here - and most of it is because people are expecting a gold ring for a dollar. Come on people! If its cheap, its cheaply made.
Ive ordered lots of costume jewellery and cheap watches and I love them all - ok they last for a few months and wear, but so what? Order another. A couple of my purchases didn't arrive, but Ive been refunded promptly.
AND know and understand that LARGE in Asia is a UK size 10. If you want an 18 order 5XL. I wouldn't spent mega bucks here, but so far, they are good for the money.
