I got hooked on Wish.com about a year ago. I was just looking for something to look at on my phone while waiting in the doctor's office and the site popped up on the screen. Initially when you look at the products and prices you think what a deal low prices but you have to pay shipping costs. The thing is these products ship direct from China so the shipping costs are high and you have to wait up to 30 days to receive your order. Do not order clothes or shoes from them. I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this site. The first ones, ankle boots, were ok. They were fake suede but looked decent from a distance. The second pair were sneakers and again they were cheap material. The first time I wore them they hurt my feet so bad I just threw them out.
That is because it will costs a lot for me to ship them back to China and I may or may not get a full refund. The third time I ordered a pair of knee high boots and got a partial refund when I contacted the seller and she told me to keep the boots too. They were cheap looking so I donated them. They looked good online but are not the same when you get hem. I have finally learned my lesson. I have never ordered clothes from them these are all 3rd party sellers and some are ok but others are just scams. More recently I ordered a smart watch and it's way too big for my wrists. I asked for a refund and have heard nothing so far. I now order items like ankle support and knee support braces, aromatherapy oils for my diffuser, and I just ordered some screen protectors for my Samsung Galaxy J7. I have a hard time finding the right screen protector for this phone. They are free so I just paid shipping and it wasn't too bad this time. So my advice is look at this site when you're sitting in the doctor's office or when you're on the bus and just want something to ease the boredom. Don't spend money on here for products that cost more than $2 because you still have to factor in the shipping costs.

If it is not enough that the social net is full of complaints about fraud and deception by Wish.com's trash site, reviewing their offer pages reveals a shocking and outrageous image of those promoting sales on this site: The site is simply flooded with items of a strictly Nazi character!

There are plenty of typical Nazi items (such as military hats, helmets, etc.), Nazi military symbols, Nazi pictures, Nazi coins and rings, flags and more! What is even more outrageous is the fact that the main office and the management of that site are located in San Francisco, USA, and from there runs the business of the site undisturbed!

Not only does the person who buys from this site put his money on the deer fund, he is also a supporter of a hateful and abominable site that promotes a distinctly neo-Nazi agenda, and does so in the cradle of the democracy, the United States of America.

The attached photo provides a small "taste" of that garbage.

Wish website - true or false customers' evaluations?

As part of my follow-up on the conduct of the Wish site, I am also interested in reviewing the responses of customers who bought or were interested in buying the product they responded to.

There is no doubt that whoever will do this as I do, will come across an intriguing phenomenon that repeats itself in many of the reactions that appear there: praise and praise not only for the quality of the proposed product versus the price required for it, but also for the fact that the product seems to have reached them even earlier than promised by the site! And examples of this are not lacking in abundance at that site.

We naturally ask ourselves how it happens that many of the respondents who ordered the product see fit to emphasize that the product was received even before the promised date. At the same time, according to the accumulation of complaints on the Sitejabber site, there are many complaints about serious delays in shipments from Wish, not to mention complaints that nothing reached to the customers.

An individual check that makes a comparison of the reaction formulas, the names of the responders and the date of the response, will provide us with an answer to this question.

If you still do not know this lesson, the difference between a sage and a clever one is that the sage does not get into a trouble that the clever one knows how to get out of it. Caveat Emptor!

I have ordered some 5 different gadgets from Wish.com. 4 of them came only and the quality was below -100. Some cheap chinese cr**p. STRONGY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SITE. Plus I noticed that Google lately advertised this site so much. This wrong ad selection from Google makes people believe that this is indeed a viable shopping site. I am now quitting using all of the Google services, dont trust them anymore.

Wish has a colorful catalog of items to choose from at various price ranges.
In a short period of time I purchase a lot of items from wish. Most of them were a disappointment. Like phone charges that over heat & stop working in a matter of days or tools that bend.
The reviews are useless as most seem fake. In a lot of the cases the review description didn't match the item or the reviewer hadn't even used the product before they made the review.
I shop on line all the time but no site has ever taken as long for delivery as this one. Even though a common theme in the reviews section is how fast there item came. Mine could take up to 2 months.
And last but not least. The biggest problem of them all.
Where is wish does offer a money-back guarantee. What they don't tell you is that on some items you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.
The BIG items!
The cost to ship a large item back to China or Japan can be expensive. And you will not be reimbursed that money!
Trust me I had to find out the hard way. Not to mention I had to wait over a month for my refund to find this out.
I respected not everyone's shopping experiences will be the same. But my recommendation would be to stick to sites like eBay or Amazon where they offer you a complete money back guarantee on defective or dis satisfactory products.
Plus it doesn't take anywhere near as long to get your items

I placed my first order with wish about two weeks ago. When my order came I was disappointed that the their recommended sizes were completely off. Since I ordered their recommendations I was surprised that most of the clothes were too big. One was about 3 sizes too big and then one the same size was too small. When I go to their return site they say I made no orders. It wont allow me to return or get a refund. I tried to call their customer services numbers. There were more than one. Most of the calls had a busy noise, one did not answer at all and one referred me to the apt and it takes me round and round again.

Fairly treated

I ordered about a month ago a bike light from wish at a very low price ( 15 euros plus 5 for shipping). When the deadline initially set for 1 week(plus an extra 5 business days) has passed and I still haven't received the light, I contacted support. The following day I had the answer, in which they apologized for the inconvenience, but something went wrong with the shipping process and offered to give me a full refund and also mentioned that if I shall receive the light in the future I can keep it. 2 days later I had my refund back to my bank account used for payment and today ( about 2 weeks after my refund) I received the light which is in perfect condition, exactly as described in the ad. When you, as a website, deal with a huge amount of merchandise and ship worldwide, it is just a matter of time until some packages get lost somehow, mostly because of shipping companies. What matters is how you handle a situation like this and in my opinion Wish.com handled perfectly, fair and honest the problem. Without any hesitation offered refund because of the delay. If this package would have arrived on time, I would of given it also 5 stars, because is exactly as advertised on their site. If they treat every customer like they treated me, I don't understand why they keep having these bad reviews

Hit or a miss.

This site has some really great things, and at amazing prices. But it also has things you wish you never bought. There is a real ambiguity of quality here. However, the site is great for giving refunds on items that are broken or severely misrepresented.

Very disappointed. Not a single product was useable. The eyeliner I had bought was gone dry. The sewing machine was broken. The wrist band (of watch) colour fed off in few days.

In the time that I have been buying the wish, 90% of my orders have arrived, 3% have made me a refund as long as it does not pass the month after the purchase and 2% or did not arrive in a period of more than 3, or the reimbursement was no longer possible because of the passage of the month to be able to make the claim of the money or also some of the items arrived in a size that was not requested (3 times happened to me)
I know that in many cases being products sent by mail, the delay in your arrival is usually because in the country where you receive the product does not have a good local mail system and that is my case
But I am satisfied with what I have asked so far

Ordered phone, Now the item is showing some gel and not delivered. Expected delivery date is April 14 and changed to april 21, still it is not delivered.
After the transaction, My card has been hacked, there are multiple transactions in my card. Thanks to my bank reversed all.

Site is completly bogus and it is onion site

Beware from the wish.com, else you will have night mares..

Wish.com Is a Very Great Site To Shop. I've Shopped There Many Of Times Now. I LOVE There Products And There Prices. My Only Down Fall,. Is That The Shipping Cost More Then The Product(s) Itself DANG! And I Have Some Issues Where I Didn't Even Receive My Products At All, And I Have Received Some Damaged Items. But Wish.com Was Very Kind To Give Me My Full Refunds. But Other Than All That... I Really Enjoy Shopping On This Site. Just Wish Shipping Was Cheaper Because some items Takes Months To Arrive.

Everything I ordered from Wish was of very poor quality. None of the clothing was wearable. See through or just a rag. Noting like the pictures. Total rip off.

Also since I opened my account my money was taken from my card from another shopping site Aliexpress... I had never heard of them or shopped with them but somehow I feel that my card details were leaked through Wish. I have cancelled my account and would not recommend anyone to shop with them. Cheap rubbish.

The only reason I ever ordered from Wish was because they guaranteed to refund your items if they werent what you were expecting. Considering all the items are knock offs from Chinese sweatshops, quite often they are not at all what you were expecting and sizing on clothing is 100% a gamble. They now require you to return items before they will refund, however, you are required to cover the cost of the return shipping. I had an issue with the ticket that I opened for the return and from that point on, the site wouldnt let me do anything further with the item I needed refunded. Kept telling me a ticket was open and gave me a button to check the status of my return. After being forced to contact customer service through another item I had ordered, they continually (in at least 6 responses) told me to go to the item I needed a refund on and open a ticket by clicking on Ask a question. I kept sending them screen shots and telling them that it wont let me ask a question or do anything with the item in question. They told me that was the only way to get a resolution and that they hoped they could be more helpful on future orders... there will be no future orders from me. You cant even call and speak to anyone! Their customer service number just tells you to resolve your issues through the app.

As soon as arivved at canada post after 2 weeks i opened the box it came broken even the box was beaten up. They send purposly broken item will never order again anything from them star rating zero even minus 10
